Jodi is the absolute best at what she does (Thermolysis). She takes the time and care to figure out your individual needs. She is so friendly and makes you feel comfortable throughout the process. I only wish that I came to her sooner.She uses the top of the line equipment; the APILUS | XCELL which has a timer, touch screen and keeps track of hairs removed. It also includes a roller which goes over the area being treated while the client holds the metal rod for conductivity and performs galvanic current post treatment to help with healing and swelling.Can be difficult getting an appointment due to her website scheduling restraints and only booking 2 weeks out, but once you learn the system getting an appointment becomes much easier.

I was surprised to see that someone thought this facility is dirty! Ive watched Jodi wipe down everything after each appt. It is an older building, but never dirty. Even the bathrooms are well kept up for what they are. In any case, Ive been seeing Jodi for the last year for my lady beard. Im seeing some drastic improvements and shes never made me feel like having facial hair was unusual. She knows what shes doing, thats what matters and she is funny as all hell!

These reviews are clearly paid for or very close friends of Jodi. She takes advantage of young girls not knowing better by charging extra. Be careful she is very manipulative and her work place is dirty. Do yourself a favor and go to a real professional not this ghetto sketchy apartment.

I have never been treated as rudely as Jodi had treated me at my last visit for no apparent reason. When confronted about it she had stated that the person before me had yelled at her. In my opinion I felt like she was treating me that way because I had stopped going to her for a while because of the pandemic. Needless to say it was a very uncomfortable 30 minutes. I will not be going back, I’m not going to pay for someone be rude to me.

Very friendly yet to the point, plus I love storm such a sweet heart. Definitely looking forward to next appointment.

Jodi Pacheco is a very experienced electrologist and it shows in how skilled she is at her job. On top of that, she put me at ease immediately during the initial consultation. The facility is clean and organized, with a feeling like a slightly more casual doctors office. She always follows up with me about the previous treatment at each new appointment to make sure there are no problems, and I have never had any complications from my treatments. I truly cant say enough good things about it. I am only partway finished in my treatments (it can take a while depending on how much hair you want removed) and I can see the results after each treatment. If youve got some hair you want GONE forever dont waste time with other methods, electrolysis is the only way to go for truly permanent hair removal!

Went in for my appointment/consultation today. It went awesome! The lady is very nice, very knowledgeable, and explains everything thoroughly. Looking forward to my future results. :)

All the great things I can say about her and her business is she is #1 in Albuquerque ( I have tried others), her office is very clean, she is very professional, she explains things thoroughly, she made me feel super comfortable and her work is the best. My area of treatment showed improvement with hardly any side effects after the 1st treatment. I highly recommend her!

I have had such positive experiences going to Elite! I tried it all before I went to Jodi. Waxing, tweezing, creams, I even bought one of those expensive at-home lasers. Electrolysis is the only answer. Jodi is funny and kind and truly cares about you as a person. I highly recommend Elite Electrolysis!
