For the past 20 years the DLENM has been a beacon of hope and high expectation for the development and fostering of high quality Dual Language Education and Training both in New Mexico and the rest of the nation. The Annual La Cosecha Conference is one of the premier education events in the nation under the visionary leadership of David Rogers and Edward-Tabet. The DLENM was also instrumental in championing the first statewide constitutional amendment making New Mexico one of the few bilingual states along with the Seal of Biliteracy.
