Took 3 sessions of training with Mike and Chelsea Ashcroft at the Beyond School Hours Conference in Orlando. I can’t tell you how much I learned and how much information I have to take back to my program. There workshops are always informative and fun. Whenever I attend a conference, I always look for them!

I was recently at the BOOST (Best of Out of School Time) Conference and attended a workshop with Mike and Chelsea and it was great!! I contemplated quitting my job and relocating to work for their program! Very good tools for growing great staff and a culture of community, love, and FUN! I will definitely use the resources learned at this workshop as well as from their website in my afterschool programs. Thank you Mike and Chelsea! **Always be a PURPLE COW :D
