Onboarding was great. A rep jumped on a zoom meeting with me and a few other restaurant owners to explain the software and answer any questions. Very easy set-up. No real issues there. It was great being on zoom with other restaurant owners who had purchased the software as well. I got a few contacts out of that, too. Which is great

So much potential, so little actual execution. If what they said they could do, they could do.. itd be awesome. Instead you are sold a Cadillac, pay for a Cadillac, and get a Yugo. Initial on-boarding communication seems good till you realize its all a big cattle call to lump you in with everyone else for a super impersonal zoom meeting. After that, you are on your own. Nobody responds to emails, nobody answers phones, no responsiveness during restaurant hours (they are a restaurant service company right?). I paid for a year.. should have opted out after the 14 day trial. Dont make same mistake I did.

I signed up with MenuDrive with promises of great back end support and a streamlined experience.Initially worked well, then I had attempted to reach out to support.Unable to get through on the phone, as the system hangs up on you after waiting 20 minutes, emails to support are never responded to or replied.Now waiting over 5 business days, and unable to get support on the phone to get the online menu fixed.Absolute terrible customer service, back end support is useless.I will be cancelling my account today.

DONT DO IT!! This company is absolutely awful. Let me list all the reasons that back up my statement: The offerings they have in the info on their site is a lie, they do not respond to customer service emails even though they promise to do so within 1 business day, customer service is A JOKE. I was on the phone for an hour with a customer service rep who had zero understanding of their software and answered my questions with information irrelevant to the question I asked. After an hour I asked to speak to a supervisor. This supervisor was just as ignorant about their services as the other representative who transfered me. This business is unprofessional, advertises untruthfully, and an absolute waste of time and energy. I hated having to even give them 1 star. Really wish I would have read their reviews before signing up. I hope you learn from my mistake!

I contacted MenuDrive regarding our urgent need to develop a website and order site for a local business that I represent and work with. MenuDrive developed a site for the business that is on target with our needs both from a food ordering perspective and also reflects our analytical needs. Website and order site is easy to navigate and aesthetically on point with our branding. The reporting system is fantastic.....everything you need to make critical business decisions which helps with our selection of marketing activities to drive sales. As a new restaurant in a very crowded market, this was important for decision making. The team assigned to our project was amazing. Delivered in the very short-time requirement we needed but also very thorough (very little tweaking needed once product launched) which enabled us to meet our critical timeline for launch. Our team was professional, easy to work with and very responsive. I would highly recommend MenuDrive because they set themselves apart from all the other companies we contacted by being responsive, easy to work with and took time to understand our need. They do this by having experienced professionals who know they business they are in.

I signed up with Menudrive for my business over a year ago. They set up the site last year and all they had to do is complete the set up process and go live. I contacted them multiple times over the course of 3 months by phone, email, and facebook with no response. I finally gave up. They dropped the ball badly. During these time where we really needed the online ordering capability, I couldnt get them to even call me to finish the set up process and go live. My business suffered greatly. I highly recommend looking elsewhere for online ordering options.

Menudrive is a second rate online ordering system for sure. The software is clunky and counterintuitive. Their customer service is absolutely terrible, and their techs dont know what theyre doing. Too many bad experiences to list in only a little over a year with them. Cant get away fast enough. Dont waste your time with these guys.

Menudrive and Lavu merged into one. After they merged, everything went south. Cant get a hold of them and when we finally get a hold of them. They dont know how to solve the problems. After weeks of trying to solve the same issue. I asked them to cancel my subscription. They said they will have billing contact me, which they never did. I have to contact my credit call and explain to them what happened to dont get charge again.

I was actually very excited to get my first install and the first one is taking 6 months plus to get it right. Too many excuses and dealing with their support staff that most of the time is guessing at best. I am going to take them down from my websites and distance myself. I have better options that dont take this long and work more efficient.

When my designer was unable to build a functional online ordering system for my restaurant, I turned to MenuDrive. I was blown away! Not only did they get the menu and modifiers right, they took the pictures and files I uploaded and generated a fantastic layout AND a killer app. When I had questions, they responded quickly. They guided me through the process professionally and seamlessly. I couldnt be happier and would recommend them to anyone. A great experience overall.

Nobody answers the phone.Nobody calls you back.You may get an email returned if you are luckyTheir engineers cant fix the most basic issues if your requests do not fall in line with their platform.There are constant bugs that make the screen freeze.The site is different on a desktop, iphone, android, etc.You will start a project with one person then, they will disappear and you will have to finish with another.Its just a mess

Less than one star service. Asked for a demo of the software as advertised on the web site and was basically told it wasnt worth their sales teams time to show me because they know how to run my own food service operation better than me. Terribly disappointing experience with a wet-behind-the-ears sales manager.

BAD!! As a restaurant owner highly recommend you DON’T choose this terrible company. Never ever respond you on the first call or many times !!! The only thing they can do is leave the message for you and no one respond back!!

They have been working on integrating online/mobile ordering through my POS system for over 3 months now. After many emails and phone calls, MenuDrive still doesnt have it right. Yesterday I finally said enough, lost complete confidence and faith, canceled and they refuse to refund my money for the unfinished product!.Terrible customer service, very rookie techs, stay clear!!

Absolutely fantastic, almost unbelievable. Our menudrive was offline and we were unaware that we had an order hanging out in space somewhere when our phone rang and it was a menudrive representative telling us that A) we were offline B) we had an order and what the order was C) how to correct the error!!Pretty hard to beat that customer service.D.
