Received a laptop & much faster than initial estimated date. It was a refurbished for my daughter’s homeschool. In the event that we run into any issues being it’s new I will right another review because the site I bought it from had horrible reviews. Severe reviews. Makes me nervous. But, so far so good. Crossing my fingers!

They sent i5 laptops instead of what we thought we paid for i7s. When I contacted them about the error they refunded us the difference. I would buy from them again. Melody was awesome.

Place Doesnt exist. Look it up on google, its between houses. (Side note) nice nissan truck in the pic from Google maps. They owe my kid a lap top that was delived to the wrong state and wont respond to anything.

Ive been trying to get into contact with the company to resolve an issue were they havent shipped me the item I bought from them. After finally get in touch with someone, it turned out to be an automated message that never help lead me to a customer service representative. I tried for two days to just speak with someone to no avail and am extremely annoyed that it has been impossible to speak with a person. If you are considering purchasing from this company, just know, the price might look appealing. But they are not willing to put even the smallest amount of effort in if you require any costumer service.

This is the worst place to purchase electronic devices from. I bought a computer from them which was supposed to be a Christmas gift, it has been almost a month since I bought the computer and they never shipped my order. They never answered their phone. So, I highly do not recommend them at all.

Ordered a used Apple Watch from them and it still had all the previous owners information on it. It also had the standard account lock so I could not get it to link with my iPhone. Also they had terrible customer service and never answered their company phones.
