I called Narrow Road and spoke with Ian regarding our delivery. He was absolutely pleasant and professional, and worked with me to get our delivery to us within our very tight timeline. We opted for a contactless drop off which went seamlessly. The coop arrived in perfect condition!

If I could give 0 stars I would.horrible customer service. I was told I would receive a phone call when the driver is close, that didnt happen.after they arrived, I asked them if they could drop the package off at the garage, which has easy access. they declined saying the paperwork says to drop it off at the front door. after they drop it off I have to spend the next 30 minutes taking apart this pallet and moving it piece by piece into my garage as it doesnt fit inside my house.I have never seen someone so unwilling to help their customers. the worst experience Ive ever had with a delivery company.

I received n order from Crate and Barrel of a glass top table delivered by their last mile service. The driver was extremely helpful and accommodating, and did an excellent and damage free job of delivering and setting up our new table. An excellent service.

Employees are quick to lie to avoid answering simple questionsMerchandise is poorly handled resulting in damage and missing items to the products.After the initial call to the company, the run around begins. Then no response.Would never recommend Narrow Road for any one for any reason! Would give a ZERO STAR RATING if able! Avoid this company at all costs

Heavy load, great service

My delivery was rescheduled 5 times because the package was too heavy (A Matress) and they didn’t have enough drivers, and once because they had no internet and couldn’t print out the delivery paperwork. On the fourth time they rescheduled they finally came out to deliver I was given the estimated time of 11:30am-1:30 pm. After not being able to get a hold of anyone and no one showing up between expected times I left then later checked my security cameras that night and found out they tried delivering at 3:42. After nearly two months I am waiting today for my scheduled deliver that was supposed to arrive at 2:00pm at the latest and it is 4:59 pm and the driver said he only had two more stops and would be here after that... Hard to believe that they’d give priority to even two othe deliveries after rescheduling mine 5 TIMES. Pour customer service full. Full of excuses!
