My Windows 10 PC lost to some registry entries that could not be corrected using any of the standard tools. Not only did Josh get my computer up an running again, he managed to save all my data in the process, AND gave me a machine that is much faster and more reliable than the one I brought in. Josh is very professional and you never get the gimmicky feel of dealing with a big box store. His prices are more than fair and I had my computer back in less than 48 hours. I couldnt have asked for more. This is the only place to take a computer. I also have to give a shout out to Penny the shop dog. Shes the best greeter a business could have.

I was considering the need for a new laptop, but I didnt have much cash, and I generally keep things longer than most people. I drove a 1978 Datsun 280Z for 21 years. My 2012 HP laptop was a hot machine when it was new, but in Jan 2019 it was super slow to start, and wasnt doing a great job when I used it for presenting webcasts on a big screen TV. Josh looked it over, cleaned it up for me and recommended a RAM upgrade and a new solid state hard drive at a fraction of the cost of a new machine. A year and a half after his upgrades, Im still super happy with the performance of my laptop. He made it work better than it did when it was new, Josh is amazing! For over three years I have been a HP Computer Poster Child of Misery and Buyers Remorse.If I shared my story with all the gory details you would cry.DO NOT PURCHASE an HP ENVY 17 LAPTOP if you can avoid it.It is the first brand new computer I ever purchased = $1800.00 total invested thus far since March 2016.That said, after multiple system recoveries, and sending in my computer twice to HP (rebuilt a flawed CD Burner and a new Hard Drive), and being informed after only eight months after the replacement Hard Drive that I needed another Hard Drive, I called several local ABQ computer repair services and was told a similar story:I should have a Solid-State Drive installed.J-BIT TECH was convenient for me and Josh had it installed in just over two hours on the same day.My laptop has a completely different operational sense about it now like it never had before.I am convinced HP does not want their customers to know about Solid State Hard Drives but I am not a techie so I cant say for sure.If you have an HP ENVY 17 LAPTOP get a Solid-State Drive or simply do not do business with HP as they make inferior products.Do know this about HP: the money goes in one direction -- and it is not the customers.But savvy computer repair services like J-BIT TECH can make it much better and even like new.I also copied and included this review into my 2-minute HP Support Survey.Sincerely,Brent S.ABQ, NM.
