Love this company! The value it provides is underrated and unmatched.

This companys employees and other staff members are truly amazing! Everyone in all departments works very hard as a whole team and their positive attitudes are refreshing.

Companies won’t hire me because of a blemish on my record that was dismissed and NOT on my dmv abstract. The case was dismissed and should not have even been considered. In addition, it happened more than 3 years ago which is outside the parameters the company I was applying for was checking for. I have a commercial drivers lic in immaculate standing and this clown of a company is putting out bad info keeping me from making a decent living so I can feed my family.

Wildly incompetent and slow. I had to get a simple driving history report though them to drive for Lyft and they screwed it up twice.

WORST! There is no other word can describe this company. I have been trying to talk with them, fax disput form twice, and keep calling for nearly a month. They finally put some attention on my case and tell me how to fix my issues. UNBELIEVABLE!Why it exists to ruins people life by posting inaccurate and old info to employers? Why they only take fax or mail to collect your documents? HELLO?? IT’S 2018!!Legally advice: if they mess up with you, find yourself another job and prepare a long term battle with them.GOOD LUCK!

This company is a joke.. How they can provide a real record. Best option is directly with the ministery of TRANSPORT. DMVmny people are good driverdriver and because this company they dont get hire.

I`m not sure why the reviews are so negative, I have been helped out any time I called in and everyone was super polite.

The WORST customer service ever. They can not accept payment because there accounting person is on vacation, so I have to wait one week.This company is joke.

All these driver risk companies need to go somewhere, there not a good reputable resource to use. In my opinion. old fashion is the best way to go, look at the drivers MVR abstract of the candidate, youre missing out on good employees by using companies like this. I have a job driving tractor trailers for one of the top 5 delivery services in the usa and wouldnt never thought in a million years Ill be deny to drive my personal car for Uber .. companies are throwing money always, why dont you just give it to employees cypher out good and bad apples. Fake services need to go out of business. Some of Ya never drove everyday all day, to feed your family. how can you make that decision for a company to hire this guy and this guy but not that guy and Im driving around in million-dollar equipment for someone else for 13 years and a million mile driver and versus my car for a few lousy hours to make extra money. And thats if this company is for uber i dont remember signing up for anything else. . Stop being lazy companies and change how ya doing hiring . People will never have a fighting chance to turn there life around and have inspirational stories companies that help them put them back on a map after a traged event in their lives whatever happened to those stories

Inaccurate information. Not worth the time wasted.

Worst company ever. No such thing as customer service here. They lie lie lie. Good luck ever getting a response to any email, phone call, etc. They will waste your time with their ineffective staff/company. They will lie to you if they ever answer your calls or emails. Complete waste of time. Do not even bother. Go elsewhere. We originally used Softech, and one day out of the blue we couldnt run MVRs. Softech said SambaSafety acquired them. So we had to set up a new account. Well I was told it would take 24-48 hours. Well 3 days later I reach out. Mind you to get a response you have to bombard them with emails, phone calls, thats if they even respond. Lucky after all that IF you even get a response. After that Friday-beyond the 24-48 hours, I didnt get any response or help. I was sent an email by the Sales Rep on Friday after numerous calls and emails, that I would receive an email by the end of the day with a log on and password. Never happened. I reach out Monday, Tuesday, and then Wednesday. No response. We went with another company after not being able to run MVRs for over a week. So trust me do not waste your time this is some podunk operation that will not be around for long and will waste your time and cost your company money. How they have even operated this long is surprising to say the least. I wouldnt even give one star but you have to, to leave a comment.

Gav your company gave my employer wrong information that was not on my state DMV drivers record. Which kept me from working . And then they are slow at fixing the error. Horrible company!!!!

Horrible company. Cut off on multiple instances when asking for a manager or supervisor. Intentional mistakes passed on by inaccurate paperwork and zero to no effort. After five calls in one day I finally reached a manager who provided zero answers and could care less. Dont waste your time, avoid at all costs.

This place is the biggest piece of garbage company there is they send false information to your potential employer and which cost you jobs they have no clue what they are doing if you are considering using them to do background checks for your employees stay clear to go through Checkr
