My experience at Rich Ford in Albuquerque was an absolute shock to myself and my husband as to how EASY and TRANSPARENT the entire process ended up being. Over the span of months, I had contacted probably close to ten dealerships and started the purchase process already. Things continued to not work out so we decided to make some last minute efforts before just purchasing a vehicle online. Our greatest mistake was that Rich Ford was not our first call.I called the next morning and spoke to the sweetest person named Sabrina. Within a five minute conversation, Sabrina found us the EXACT car we were hoping to find at the lowest price with the most rebates of any dealership ANYWHERE. It was a done deal in that five minute conversation.A few phone calls and emails later the same day, and Sabrina had arranged her for amazing assistant, Lena, to drive the vehicle all the way to us 4 hours away due to myself being 8 months pregnant and my husband having a broken foot.Literally from a five minute phone call to later the same day, our dream car was sitting in the driveway and we didn’t even leave our house. Alex was very helpful during the entire process of my cars repair. He always called me with updates or other information that he needed. This was the first repair for my 2015 Ford Flex and my first real repair experience with Rich Ford. I do not recommend the service center to anyone. I am very unhappy with my experience. I requested multiple things to be checked out on my car, and they did a good job on the things that they did attempt, but I can see that they did not look at all of the things I requested. One of the items was to look at my headlights, a very routine and simple matter, but after picking up my car, I could see that they had not touched the bulb that I had pulled out at all. In general, my experience made me feel like they were trying to get through as many people as fast as possible, so my needs were not truly being heard. The staff in the service center were not very attentive and did not seem to care that I was there seeking help. I also requested rental car services. The phone number for the Ford rental desk was not available on the website, so I had to call other departments and figure it out. I was told that I would be added to a wait list for a rental car and would be contacted the day before my request, but I never received any such contact. Overall very unhappy. I will not be returning to this service center unless I have no other choice.
We walked in “just looking” and walked out owning a new vehicle. 😬 From the sales team to finance to driving off the lot the entire experience was wonderful. The only suggestion I would make is to provide some snacks as everyone knows purchasing a car takes hours. A snickers bar would have helped to fend off the “hangry”. LOL Seriously, we are thrilled. Kudos to Sabrina who took excellent care of us from the moment we arrived in the lot. Would I buy a car from Rich Ford again? Absolutely, YES!!

Not a good experience with this dealership. Communication between the various departments is poor and it results in mistakes and long waits to solve issues. There are a couple of bright lights in terms of individuals who have gone out of their way to help me, but they too are limited by the frustrating culture of that dealership .

Do not value a customers time. Wasted over 1.5 hours and the vehicle was never even seen.Came to get our van serviced while on the road. Husband and I asked service coordinator, Jeffy, up-front whether they could service us ASAP. We were passing through town with our dogs and could not afford to wait in the waiting room for hours. Jeffy assured us they could see us in around 1 hour or less.After over an hour waiting, they hadnt even started looking at our van and said we would at least have to wait another 1.5 hours for it to be seen. We had to leave with our time wasted and vehicle unserviced.

This was by far the best car buying experience my wife and I have ever had. The sales lady Frankie was outstanding. She was able to answer our questions, and when she didn’t know an answer she went and found the answer for us. I had bought 2 trucks from there, and on my Ford I was supposed to get my windshield fixed . I called them over and over and showed up they told me they would send me a check in my mail to get it fixed. Time goes by I call and argue with them because they didn’t even want to send me the check anymore. Now, I also bought a Dodge Ram and not even 2 weeks later the engine light turns on, so I call them to let them know because it’s a brand new truck and they have the audacity to tell me I had to pay for a diagnostic and the repair cost . This is outrages ! I brought my own personal vehicles before and payed for a repair and had a worst outcome and instead of fixing it right the first time I would have to waste my personal time on having to bring my vehicle to get repaired AGAIN . My son had brought his mustang in before to this dealer ship and literally charged $1,000 or over for any repair and he was back and forth at least 5 times because they would always leave it the same . 0 stars!! No concern for the customer whatsoever, UNRELIABLE, IRRESPONSABLE, you can honestly tell they are only there for they’re paycheck
Our car buying experience was personal and it felt as if we had control of our deal. When we arrived we were set on a brand new truck. Cameron and Mike went above and beyond to make that happen. Cameron actually ran to another part of the lot to check if a delivery order had taken place to provide us a new vehicle that we sought out. Mike made sure we knew the financial aspects of our deal and that we were happy with our purchase. Shammond in financial worked hard to make sure that we felt secure in our deal. They listened and executed as a team and for that we are grateful.

Rich Ford does a great job taking care of me and my 2014 Escape. Brandon kept me informed daily on the progress the techs were making on my car. My only problem was with the amount of time(2.5 weeks) it took to get my car work complete.

Rich Ford sent an email inviting me to make a service appointment, so I did. I scheduled 20,000 mile service for my F-150 through their website. The first available time was one week out. The day before the appointment I got a text reminder.However, when I arrived at 3:25 pm for my 3:30 appointment, the service department had no record of any appointment. They asked if I wanted to wait an estimated one hour to ninety minutes in their waiting area because there were four cars ahead of me. I thought the 90-minute estimate was optimistic, and I didnt have two hours to wait around. The service technician said they dont really make service appointments, its first come first serve. 3 weeks later I still need the service.
Worked with Cody looking for mustangs and he has gone the extra mile from working late hours so I can come look at cars to looking at other locations and fighting for me to get the best deal. This has definitely been the most enjoyable car buy experience that I have ever had! Would highly recommend Cody.

Worst service. The service people forgot I was there. There was no explanation on my recall. Just a bunch of folks who seemed unaware and not forward thinking. But they were really great at ending every sentence with a short commercial about how great Rich Ford was. The irony. I had so few answers about my problem that I took my vehicle to Power Ford and the experience changed my view about dealerships. I bought my vehicle from a used dealership and hadnt claimed a local Ford dealership, but it it very clear that Power Ford will be it.
I’ve had pretty good business experiences with Rich Ford. I get updated regularly on the status of my vehicle and I haven’t been under quoted and charged more than expected. I appreciate that. I’ve had no issues with the service or the maintenance done. I’ll likely keep bringing my vehicle there.

It was great at first when my sis was signing for the truck, but we decided to cancel the extended warranty, which should take 4-6 weeks. We are in week 7. 🙄I suggest not getting the extended warranty, especially not attached to the monthly bill payment. Besides that everything was running smoothly.

Does not honor their price. I ordered a vehicle from here after I was given a price. It was supposed to take 4-7 weeks. when the vehicle finally showed up 12 weeks later, they raised the price up $4,500. The manager said that he did not have to honor the price I was quoted because it was not a contract and they had a low inventory. Their version of fixing a 4,500 mark up was they could tint the front windows. The sales rep, Patrick was kind and caught in the middle of poor management and worse customer service. I company that won’t keep their word is morally bankrupt.The google reply they put on here when they get a bad review is just lip service to save face on google. They say they want to make it right and to call them but I’ve called, emailed several people, left messages and nothing back. I should have listened to my neighbors when they said they had a bad experience here and to go somewhere else. When you’re give a company 73K you’d think they would return your phone call.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE FOR SEVICE HERE. Empty promises; lack of communication and lackluster service at best. We purchased TWO vehicles from Rich Ford last year and it seems every time we need service; it either isn’t done on time, or the repair is not completed properly causing a return visit without a positive resolution. I currently have 4 vehicles, all less than three years old that need regular service or other work done. I find myself having to find another service shop to perform any work on them due to the continuing issues we encounter with Rich Ford service. You would think that spending the amount of money we have with them, they would understand loyalty in both a brand and company. Unfortunately, it appears that neither of these is a concern any longer.
Everyone was very nice and professional, especially John Collins, my service advisor, after a rather unpleasant experience of having my catalytic converter stolen. Realizing there was a national backorder of possibly months, theywere able to find the aftermarket parts Ineeded and the insurance company approved the price increase and I was back on the road in a relatively short period of time. Thank you Rich Ford!
I dont think these guys really want to sell vehicles. I had a 10am appointment this past Sunday morning and my salesman wasnt there to greet me. I had to ask other salesmen walking by to help me find him. I only drove the 50 miles because of their radio add for a used Avalanche. My credit is in the 700s with nothing derogatory, I make 42k a year and my only obligations are 700 dollar rent and 55 dollar phone bill and they couldnt even get me approved on a used 2007 Avalanche. Salesman just called me back and now saying its not because of my credit but because the truck is too old.. But then why advertise it on the radio and offer financing? Cuz its a trap, an invitation to the dance. False advertising.
Recently purchased my 1st new truck from rich ford. My salesperson john bell went above and beyond making sure I was satisfied. He did not pressure me and there was no haggling back and forth. I will definitely reach out in the future.

I own a 2014 Ford Taurus SE and it was brought to the ford dealership on Lomas Albuquerquefor not starting,the engine will crank over but it would not start. They ran a diagnostic test and said it was the BCM might be at fault then they told me that they would have to run to run a complete diagnostic they still and they still didnt find the problem then they had to call the ford hotline for answers and they still havent fix the problem and now Im stuck with a $1500 dollar bill and when I asked why the bill is so high and my vehicle still not fixed Im getting the run around bad service no help and clearly a rip off. This would be a no star rating rating for me no help but charging you for nothing.

Poor sale’s service. We expressed readiness to purchase a vehicle for our youth organization and their sales rep gave pushback when we expressed how our status as a nonprofit made us exempt from paying sales tax. We thought he was doing his homework to finish the deal, but instead sold the vehicle we were ready to buy to someone else. Unethical and not the type of people we are comfortable doing business with.
So disappointing!! Looked at new Explorer in evening. Went to buy following day, but wanted to look at Explorer ST. After trying to find this vehicle on roof with many steps (my wife very ill also) it was not there. Then tried to look at two other vehicles, but no, they were out for the day at a private event! Spent much time there and just decided to buy the initial Explorer, but no, then we were told it was already sold two days prior, but still on the lot!!! No fault of salesperson, but drive anywhere else to buy a vehicle!! Seriously, take this advice! I had to give one star to write a review.Update: Contacting you wont happen we bought an Explorer Limited Hybrid at Power Ford the same day we were misled by your dealership. My friend has a ford f-150 right so we went off roading. We ended up taking flight and nose diving into a ditch we got out and the truck was perfectly fine. So when they say built ford tough they mean it.
I normally only come here for the service for my vehicles. I only gave the dealership as a whole a 4 star as their salesman are jokes, and all they care about is a sale. I went with a very specific vehicle in mind. My F150 Platinum, knew the package, color, tow rating ect. That I was wanting and the salesman kept telling me that I wouldnt notice any difference in this vehicle here, which was a complete different engine, transmission wanting, color, interior color ect.I however was contacting you about one of your employees and the service I received while working with them. Tony with the service. Tony has been exceptional with working with me and my truck. He is very knowledgeable about the vehicles and very courteous about staying in contact with me during the whole situation. Along with sending me photos of the progress being made on the truck. He calls every day and either tells me what is happening or apologizes for the time it has taken for the truck to be finished. I knew going into this that it would take at least 1-2 weeks and knew you guys were very busy also. I drive a good 20 miles out of my way to make it to this dealership just so I can handle my business with Tony. Nowadays people are too quick to talk bad about someone and most people dont get recognized for their hard work, so here I am.
My experience was all positive. I needed a new battery. AAA got my car started so that I could drive to Rich Ford. They replaced my battery and I decided to have an over-all maintenance. It had been a while. The driver of the van was very nice in driving me home and getting me in and out. Everyone was cheerful and helpful. We were passing through Albuquerque in our motor home. We had our check engine light flashing at us. We worked with Maria first and she was kind enough to offer us an open time slot to come in to get the code checked. We then worked with manager, Lucas Lopez, to help get this issue fixed. It wasn’t safe to drive the remaining 2500 miles of our trip but the service center was unable to fix us within the next 24-48 hours. Lucas was empathetic to our precarious situation and the possibility of getting stuck either on the side of the road or for a prolonged amount of time in NM. He connected us with an excellent independent truck dealer to get us fixed that day! He also kept in contact with us and Ford Customer Service to ensure that our work would be covered under warranty. Thank you, Lucas, for helping us stay safe and have the ability to return home to Charlotte! I was having a problem with the antenna on my 2018 Explorer. Frustrating due to the fact that it was so intermittent. I spoke with John Collins at the dealership and they took the vehicle in for diagnostic procedures. They determined that there was a faulty antenna and had it replaced. I was delighted not only with the repair but the courtesy that John displayed to me by giving me daily updates—-great service!!! I will be coming back to Rich Ford—-Thanks John

The oil service was good, but I paid a diagnostic fee for an AC blowing hot air and they couldnt detect an issue. Truck still intermittently blowing from cold to hot. Will have to take it in again, and pay another diagnostic fee.
Bought the Mach-E, which I love. But this overstaffed dealer gets 1 star for hooking me up with the car. 1 star for the free charging station they provide. Minus 3 stars for jamming a bunch of dealer junk fees on me, for the hard sell on overly expensive service contracts, and for handing me a car that was dirty and not fully charged,. With people buying cars off the internet these days, youd think those old sales tricks and sloppy service would be a thing of the past when buying in-person.
We had an amazing experience here!We were passing through in our RV, a 1991 Toyota Winnebago Warrior, on our way to the Grand Canyon when we hit a curb with a lot of force and knocked our RV out of alignment. Way out of alignment. This happened on a Friday evening. We searched and found a number of alignment shops, but no one that would tackle our RV. Rich Ford, YAY! this was a Saturday morning and we were looking for a repair that day. Nate in the service department totally took care of us. He was extremely personable and friendly as well as knowledgeable and professional. They did the alignment for a very fair price and had us on our way! Thanks!
Absolutely the worst dealership to take your car or truck to. Took my car over to have a part recall replacement, waited over two months to get back & it was returned back to me with dirty shop rags throughout the car engine & missing engine cover. Was told by manager (Lucas) my car did not come with an engine cover which is a LIE because just bought the car and checked out engine before perchesing. Manager rude and disrespectful to customers!

Repair took 3 weeks longer than promised due to “unexpected delays”. They were willing to work on the price somewhat though and so far the work seems to be holding up well.
Call to purchase vehicle, salesperson Alonzo answer the phone and he was quick to check on the vehicle to make sure it had the equipment I needed. I told him I was ready to buy, he said someone was looking at it and he would call the next day to confirm it was available.I follow up the next day and he said I needed to send a copy of my DL and send confirmation of purchase flight ticket to hold. I reply I was on it and sent it as well as my credit application on line.I try to communicate Saturday and no reply, Sunday I was out of area, Monday he call after I text him and he said it had been return to original customer because the deal did not go through. A dealer does not go through reconditioning, safety, certifying and posting it on line if the front deal has not been funded. This is based on 14yrs of experience as a GM sales manager.One, the sales managers are wasting money on vehicles before the deals are finalized, two Alonzo is lying and they just sold it to someone else, three they have poor business practice, or four, all of the above.He said the sales manager try to call Sunday but no voice mail or call from Alonzo either.After sending a text about how disappointed I was, Alonzo reply, “I wish the sun was under my control” not the sun Alonzo, just the way you and your dealer conduct business!!

I called ahead and the sales team were easy to work with and provided information on my interest for the truck I was interested in. The test drive went well. When we returned to the dealership to work the numbers the sales man was polite and answered all my questions.

Everybody at Rich Ford deserves 5 stars. I flew in from Denver to buy a truck here because they took the time to find me a truck that would work for me during this non-sense low inventory because Ford didnt order computer chips.
