Went in to look at inventory at Reliable Chevrolet and found me a beauty! I eventually traded in my 2020 Trail Boss for an upgraded 2021 version. The customer service was excellent. The salesperson’s experience and attitude was 5-star and he (Nate) went out of his way to get what we wanted. The experience was so awesome my daughter also drove away in a new 2022 Trailblazer on the same day! We are happy customers!! This place is the worst!! Told my insurance company that I physically ripped the bumper off my vehicle after they made repairs that were not to manufacture specifications. I could literally bump my hand on the fender and the adjoining part would come loose/detach from the other. Also, there was an area where someone had caused friction from a push and pull rubbing the topcoat from the base of the main body. Looked like it could be from friction or and adhesive removing the topcoat from the substrate.After taking the vehicle home, there is a large dent on the hatch door of the 4Runner rear that was not there. I have no desire to make false claims, and only wish to receive a quality product for the cost paid.The service person “Deloris” had the audacity to tell my insurance company that I ripped the bumped from the vehicle!!!! First of all, who would do such a thing, or have the strength, and lastly, the error in the repair was so small and an easy fix, why would anyone make such silly allegations.This place is not only the most dishonest business I have felt with in Albuquerque, but I can guarantee they will pay for their false allegations and never have the opportunity to service insurance claims from Travelers again..I do not recommend this company to represent you or your families needs in any means. Be careful, and never trust these folks at their word.Shame on you for the lies and deceit.

Ive purchased three vehicles from Reliable Chevrolet, as well as all maintenance services from there and in my experience Ive had nothing but exceptional service. This last purchase 06/25/2021 was no difference. Sales rep Nate Johnson was professional and easy to work with. I dont need anymore vehicles for a long time but when Im in the market again, Ill be headed back to Reliable Chevrolet.

I bought my car from these people. So I Sent my car there for service. It has been there for 2 weeks and still hasnt been looked at. nobody ever calls me back. I called AAA and I had to have it towed to another shop. They knew it was my only vehicle and Im missing work. I dont recommend these people plus they lowered my credit score by 25 points and got me nowhere and never called me to say they couldnt help get me into another car. I took my car to the auto clinic and transmission shop on San Pedro they had it done in one day.

They were very kind and great to work with. Helped us even though we were less than ideal to start with. Got us going in less time than we could have imagined. Mel and Cesar are super sweet.

Made an appointment to get an oil change and a diagnostic on the vehicle and they said it would be 2 weeks before it was finished. Over two weeks passed and they hadnt even looked at the car. What is even the point of making an appointment if theyre just going to keep it sitting for 2 weeks?? I spoke to the finance manager who said he would get the car expedited and it was finished the next day. When I get the car back THERES TRASH IN IT. Someone had left drinks in the car and during the pandemic, I think thats a health hazard. The radio in the car was also on and I dont use the radio because I listen to music on my phone. So did they even work at all while they had my car or did they just have snacks and listen to music?I also emailed the owner and a few of the directors because they low balled my appraisal and no one ever got back to me. I also messaged their Facebook page and the guy said he would have a sales representative reach out to me but no one ever did. Its a miracle that this place is still in business with how they treat their customers. I got a higher appraisal amount from CarMax!Please reconsider if youre thinking about going to Reliable Chevrolet unless you want unkind service, to be ignored, and trash left in your vehicle. Im truly disgusted by the service I received and Ive never been so disrespected by professionals in my life.

Service beyond expectations.Bought my Corvette pre-owned at a third party dealership back in December 2019. Since day one I had minor issues with performance but dismissed it since the car was running and no warning lights were present. 2 weeks ago the check engine light finally came on so I couldn’t dismiss it being something minor. Took it to Reliable Chevy where I met John from the service team. Since day one John set the bar high walking me through the entire process of diagnostics, service and repair. His professionalism and reassurance on his certified service team gave me peace of mind that my vehicle was receiving top quality care. STOP!! read this before allowing these people to do any maintenance to your vehicle. I brought my truck in for a recall airbag sensor when I came back for my truck I noticed that there were 2 cracks running down my dash board. I called and talked to management guy named Mike who then told me it could have happened because my dash was older. He basically lead my on and said send pictures and Ill have our interior guy get on it asap. You used that on me for the last 3 months finally I just gave up thats what Mike was hoping for. They also never cleared the air bag code so now I have to take the truck back in to another dealership .

Had a problem, and they fixed it. Did an awesome job too.

I bought a vehicle at their used dealership Isaiah the salesman was very helpful into getting me into a used car, but the another salesman by the name of Jude was very rude as if I took him away from something else that was important I couldn’t help but over hear that he didn’t want to help me no more or answer any of my questions when it came to insurance or any other relatable questions when it came to buying my first vehicle because he wanted to work with someone else who was buying a new truck over a used car, a few weeks later my vehicle was stolen out of my driveway I haven’t even made the first payment so when my vehicle was found and recovered I decided to take the vehicle to reliables Chevy repair shop because I decided is was best because I bought my first vehicle there and dropped off mid July so between the 17th-20th, I was told my vehicle would only take a couple weeks to repair its now September 20th and still no vehicle thanks reliable for not being so “RELIABLE”

Had to go back 4 times to get the repair correct. Said they fixed it, but did not and still had the damage. No communication. Said it would take 2 days, it took 2 weeks. No phone call, text or email.

Very disappointed with this place! My family went in to purchase a vehicle and before agreeing to any numbers on the vehicle the dealership submitted their credit off to 10 different banks ! I work at a CHEVY Dealership in Arizona, and this is not how business is done! 0/10 do not recommend!!

They scheduled an appointment with us only to come in and not have anyone to help us. Made a rookie move by trying to get a financial profile before showing us the vehicle. Lastly, instead of trying to work with us on ordering what we wanted, they simply said they didnt have it. Oh well, they are out $50k and we received better customer service from their competitor.

I came in with a $49 coupon for oil change and tire rotation. I was asked to pay over $90. I got charged $10 more for the oil change than I should have been and I was almost charged for the tire rotation which you guaranteed me that if I purchased my tires from you would rotate for free for the life of the tires. Guess Ill be looking for tires somewhere else and looking to find a brand other than Chevy as my replacement.

Very poor after care service. I had a we owe for repairs that were needed and it took 6 MONTHS!!!! To get it done. The first time I took it in for these repairs they had the vehicle several weeks !!with no work being done on it!! In fact I made my first payment and only had my vehicle 2 days!!!!! I received the vehicle in very poor / dirty condition and was promised it would be clean, it wasnt. Once reliable got my signature and money all customer service was nothing but excuses and broken promises. The sad thing is I was a repeat buyer for 3 vehicles and now I will go somewhere else to be treated poorly

We just got a used 2019 Nissan Rouge from reliable Chevrolet. Our sales man Nate Johnson was absolutely amazing! He did everything possible to make sure we got into the right car for our family, as well as making sure it fit all of our outdoorsy and camping needs. I am very impressed with Mariel Santos. She took extra time to diagnose the issue with my check engine light. It took longer than normal, but she had the mechanic test/clean several parts before having to replace the manifold gasket. She kept my updated daily.
