Ive worked with this company for over 6 years and the problem I have is conduent does not pay me for the hours I work!The reason the company gives is that the different consultants do not know how to do a budget properly!My paycheck is always short month after month.The past 3 years Vanessa has been in charge of figuring out the budget. Shes done a terrible job theres never enough money in the individuals budget to pay me for taking care of them.Ive had to go to the Labor Board so they can force Conduent to pay me the missing wages!Its crazy that I have to go to those extremes!Conduent needs to hire people that actually KNOW how to do their job!
