Jeffrey did a great job remodeling my bathtub to a shower. He kept me in the loop and explained things as the job progressed. Fantastic job and very professional.

We had our shower in master bath upgraded. The experience from picking out materials to getting the project completed was pleasant and they were very responsive to my numerous questions and concerns.Richard and Jeffery were hard workers and made sure everything was done perfectly. They showed up on time and communicated everything they were doing.Very professional and I would totally recommend Poulin Design Center.

We’ve been in our home for 25 years and the time had come! Although we’d heard horror stories about bathroom remodels with other contractors, Rubin Cabrera assured us they would do everything they could to speed the process with as little disruption as possible. My husband has some serious memory and confusion problems and the thought of having our main bathroom out of commission was really scary! Rubin said they would have everything ordered and ready to install before they would even start and would even work on the weekend if necessary to keep the disruption to a minimum. Lawrence Sanchez was the lead man on the job and he was amazing…..I don’t think there is anything he can’t do!!! And Albert Baca has even followed up long after the job was complete to make sure all is right.There aren’t enough stars to give! These guys….. Rebath… is absolutely the best! I cannot recommend them more highly….. professional, honest (even gave a refund for work that wasn’t necessary…. Without being asked!!), and really nice, polite, good people. Thank you for our lovely, new bathroom!!

We love the whole team of professionals at Re-Bath Paulin Design, from Rubin and Robert in the beginning to Jeff who worked tirelessly for almost 8 weeks in our house to remodel Master bathroom, another small full bath, and kitchen. Cannot thank enough to Jeff about his hard work, paid extreme attention to detail to renovate in perfection, easy to communicate, accommodating our family need, being great with our little kid through the process! If we do another project after saving some money, we will definitely ask Pailin design and request the same team and Jeff! Also, thank you, Richard for your help and great work! I wish I can post pictures in the review for before and after project to show how we are impressed! Honestly, final product looks even better than Randering 3-D!

I had an appointment with the small jobs guy He called 30 minutes before the appointment first said he was running late, then said he shouldve called me yesterday to tell me they had an 8-10 week backlog and the small job was $7-10k. It was pretty clear he wanted me to cancel my appointment for an estimate, so I did.

Corbett the installer was friendly and professional. He worked hard despite some issues that arose during the job.

I am having a second bath re-coated. I thought the price was a little high on the first bathtub but after they were done I was impressed. Thank you for a job well done and in a timely manner!

My mom has a beautiful shower from Re-Bath. On a recent visit to her house she commented that the doors were difficult to open. I called Re-Bath and spoke with Josh. He sent Lawrence who quickly replaced the door rollers and the shower was good as new. Both Josh and Lawrence were a pleasure to work with. Thank you guys for great support and service!

The gentleman that came in did our remodel of our bathroom was so very professional and clean! He took his time and made sure the work was completed to our satisfaction. I would definitely refer Re Bath for remodels.

We had two bathrooms done and they both turned out great BUT now a crack has developed in the shower pan of one and the bathtub drain plug does not work in the other. Have tried calling rebath but i am told it will be a week before someone can call me back about it and I am past the warranty period (its been 3 years).Good work but are difficult to work with at times.

We had Poulin/ReBath remodel a bathroom 5 years ago. It was excellent work and beautiful materials. After 5 years of use we had a problem with the shower doors. They came right out and repaired it at no charge. Ill never use anyone but Poulin for remodel work. They are fabulous.

Jason has come twice to fix minor problems with the shower we had installed 5 years ago, and not charged us for his time. He had great communications regarding when he was coming, and showed up as planned. This is superior service I would not have expected. Thank you, Re Bath!

I had my master bathroom and kitchen remodeled late last year by this company and I am delighted with the results. I talked to 4 or 5 businesses before deciding to go with Rebath. The salesman I worked with was very patient, knowledgeable and professional and was a great help in selecting materials. I especially like the Rebath product in my new walk in shower; it looks like sculptured tile and cleans so easily compared to the ceramic tile and grout that was there before. The men that did the work did a great job of clearing out the old materials and very carefully installed the new, plus they were good to work with. I really enjoy my new bathroom and kitchen.

Was a great experience with you guys from start to finish. Our salesperson Rande Broyles was very helpful in showing us all the great designs and materials that we could use in our tub to shower conversation and was there for whenever we had questions. Our installer Bob Hollman was just as good. He laid out tarps down from the door to the bathroom picked up everyday when when calling it a day and his work was a master piece. Definitely will use you guys again.

Had rebath done about 3 yrs ago the handle to the tub was stripped an my water was running profusely and had to turn off the water at the street I called our installer Jason an he was out bright an early the next morning to fix it! Thank you rebath!

Sharing this in hopes this wont happen to someone else. The rebath contractor that was used totally messed up my parents bathroom due to his own fault on cutting the measurements and had the adacity to be pissed at my parents and refused to answer his phone to finish the remodel. When they called the company to complain and cancel the service its like they didnt care at all canceling the order. Now my parents are stuck with a messed up bathroom no countertop looking for a new serious contractor to finish his horrible mess! Dont let this happen to you!
