Recently moved from the East side of Central to the North East. Its Saturday, March 10, 2018, afternoon, running errands with my bike. I had checked the area of Menual for a high rating barber shop.Had decided to try Zekes, reading the review from others. I walked it, was addressed immediately. Asked if I wanted a haircut? I had asked to bring in my bike, as there is no place to lock it outside.Dominic was available, sat down and told him the type of style I wanted. He took his time cutting, getting a razor fade, he was casual and conversational. He did an awesome job.Had a great experience, the place is casual. Not crowded, nice environment. The others barbers were very nice and pleasant. Definitely coming back for my next haircut.

Saturday: 04/14/2018First time ever visiting, I am Highly impressed with the services that my grandsons and myself received from the barber Mike.My younger grandson got the Tapered Fade Cut $15.00My older grandson got the Bald Fade Cut $15.00 and myself an edge-up with sideburns trim $6.00.Ill definitely be taking the boys back to Mike for future✂️hair cuts✂️highly recommend.

Probably the best barber shop in Albuquerque! My opinion of course. When you enter the shop, youll be greeted and feel welcome. I get cut by Dom who is an awesome young man! We always have great conversations and he has amazing cutting skills! Be sure to call ahead and schedule an appointment or walk in and give it a try. Youll see sports on the TVs and great music in the background. I love the country music! You wont be disappointed!

UPDATE: Reviews dont last forever and any small business deserves another opportunity to make things right and thats what Zeke has done! Hes a concerned owner who cares about his business and discussed my review with me. Needless to say he and his staff have earned my business! Thank you Zeke.My third time there but unfortunately wont be returning. Showed up at 2:40pm and waited an hour for my barber...the owner was able to finishes 3 cuts in that time. Im down to chat but when the conversation takes longer than a hair cut somethings wrong!

On 8-3-18 around 1:00pm I went in for a hair cut got seen quick I asked for a razor fade high an tight meaning 1 1/2 on top an a 0 on sides the older gent said ok the left side of my head is not blended right an to make all things worse he shaved off half my right side beard an than the guy cut the back of my head with a straight razor I didnt ask for a hot towel or to shave my beard really sucks I only got a hair cut so I could have nice engagement photos done Saturday Im extremely unsatisfied with the work this shop did an will also be leaving a bad review on the bbb see at I get for paying for something I didnt want not to mention I left a tip I wanted to say something but did not want to make a scene cause there were children in the shop
