I literally just walked into an EMPTY lobby - literally zero people, and they refused to do a freaking haircut because “people were checked in online.” There was NO ONE IN THE BUILDING. They even admitted to having TWO employees present- but were “too busy doing things in the back.”You know what that is? It’s lazy. It takes TEN MINUTES to do my haircut, or even less. This is the second time I have been treated this way at a sports clips, you guys really need to hire some people who actually want to work instead of hiding out in the back when there are LITERALLY no customers.I will never give Sports Clips my business again. Or even try to, since ya know, y’all don’t like money, apparently.

The hair stylist just took a customer that didnt registered online that gave his appointment to his son a cut in front of me. They didnt ask me if I had a problem with it. She said, oh I can take you with me just sitting there. This is not how you take care of customers. I wont be back!

4 out of 5 stars for the stylists. Pretty clean facility and youre treated well during the visit. Price point a little too steep especially if you want to go monthly? (Including tip a haircut could be close to $28-$30). Waiting time has been okay using their online check-in system.

Krista took her time and did an excellent job with my haircut and beard trim. I got the MVP and felt like “Royalty.”

I scheduled an appointment online. It gave me an estimated time to be ready for. I received a text 1.5 hours before my estimated time saying I needed to go in. I dropped everything, went in, and then was invited to sit in my car for a half hour until they were ready for me. This demonstrates a lack of respect for our time as customers.If you are not ready for us, please don’t request we come in and then tell us to wait. We also have schedules we need to keep.

The assistant manager is a great conversationalist and a very poor stylist. She’s cut my hair three times now. The first two were okay, with small errors that were easily corrected; however today was the final straw as she buzzed my whole head after agreeing differently. After stating that I asked her not to buzz it all, she agreed too much was cut, and told me I wouldn’t be charged.Needless to say, she will never cut my hair again.Needless to say,

I have got the worst hair cut, ever expected.

This place is awesome! Took my son for a haircut(on sunday) and I wanted to give this place a try. I was blown away at the amenities that were offered, specifically male orientated. A skillful stylist done a great job on his hair. It didnt stop there, a chair massage followed while rinsing the fresh cut. A hot towel wrap followed by a soothing scalp massage. Personally, i was jealous that I just a day before had gotten my hair cut. For a little more than an average haircut price, the extra services are well worth it! As an added bonus, you wont miss a minute of the game(s) showing that day!

I have to say that despite the times we are in the staff here are handling it with professionalism and kindness, it’s really nice to go a business with staff that has such a positive attitude and trained properly! Thank you guys I’ll always be coming back to you.

Great service! I’m pretty uptight about my hair so I am hesitant on trying new places. Glad I came to see Sabrina. She did a great job for my first time here. Gave me the cut I wanted. Price was 22 for cut on hair and beard not bad when i usually dish out 40 at my regular barber.

Didnt go there

Ive had to go back to have something fixed with my hair 5 times now. Why do I keep giving them a chance? Because its nearby and open late, and I believe in giving people a chance to do something better and recover a service. After paying $25 for a $12 haircut multiple times, going back for missed spots and uneven fades with lines, I think Im done being patient. I was asked by someone at work today if I cut my own hair. Dont come here if you want a nice fade, because the lighting sucks for detail work, and what looks okay in the salon will look terrible in natural lighting. I have a coupon for half off my next haircut, and I wont be willing or able to use it.

I started going to Sport Clips a few years ago because it’s close to where I work. I’ve always gotten great haircuts and service that has me leaving looking professional and feeing relaxed. I typically do their MVP package which includes getting my hair shampooed while sitting in a massaging chair with a hot steamed towel over my face. After that, they use a massager on your shoulders for a few moments to work out some knots. It’s honestly probably one of the best ways to decompress after a long day of work before heading home. Lately I’ve had the pleasure of working with Melih who always provides a great experience.

Been going to this location for over 10 years. Seen through several staff changes and a change in owners. Haircuts used to be great, but now okay. Today was very disappointed to see new touch pads requiring significant amounts of personal information in order to get on the wait list: First and Last Name, Zip Code, CELL PHONE #. You also need to check a box to grant permission for them to text your cell phone number. This is a ridiculous data harvesting campaign. To top it off, the new system is slow and after punching buttons here and there and everywhere, people were lining up behind me. I just threw in the towel. You lost my decades old business. I guess its fine. $20 is way too much for a haircut anyway.

Wow, absolutely terrible. The lady that checked us in was SO rude. Amber was her name. Unfortunately she was also the hair stylist. She butchered the holy hell out of my sons hair. It looks SO terrible. I even tried to trim it a little better at home to no avail. We were being so nice and friendly and my son was so well behaved and she acted like she didnt want to be there at all. She barely said one word to us, did a horrible hair cut, and then basically kicked us out the door without so much as a thank you. Awful. Will never go back.

Great place. At least the person cutting my hair knew how to cut a mans hair. Barber school is a must, not just beauty schools.

Worst haircut of my life.Part was crooked and uneven width...there was even a little island of hair sticking up in the middle of the part.Cowlick was cut so badly that it literally sticks straight up and out. Looks ridiculous.Sideburns were a disaster: the left side was trimmed a good half-inch longer than the right side, which wasnt even trimmed at all!On top of that, I called and complained to Jennifer, the store manager, who was probably the RUDEST person I have ever talked to. She asked me first if I was calling the right store, then acted like she was pissed off that I would dare to complain...no Im sorry this happened, lets get it figured out or something. Nope. Just a rude, bitchy-ass Go ahead and come back in. I will NEVER go here again, nor bring any of my family or friends.
