Some of the reviews say they treat you like family, its true. They were very nice and made sure me and my children felt welcome while installing the car seat covers I ordered. They are also very knowledgeable about their products and have personal experiences with them. Theyre not just trying to sell you stuff, and theyll let you know if its worth buying a product. I will definitely come back in the future

I cant speak of the craftsmanship of the new owners so I wont. What I do know is that I went in and got a quote for reupholstering my chairs that was 50% greater than the quote from the previous owners. So instead, I went to Ace Upholstery for a quote for the work that was less than half of that and then got the fabric from R&R Fabrics on 1st Street that has an excellent selection of high quality fabrics for less than half the price than the fabric quote I was given from HOC. I am glad I did a little bit of extra leg work for the fabric and work going to these two places because I saved a great deal of money and so advise others to do the same.

Had my seats reupholstered in two-tone custom-colored leathers. The colors were matched perfectly to the existing interior, the quality is amazing and was even able to match the stitching. Rita & team were absolutely wonderful! Will definitely recommend to others.

Amazing. What a transformation. We live in a travel trailer and the couch that we had was made with leatherette covering. In no time at all it began to deteriorate. When we thought of replacing it while we were in Albuquerque, the RV dealer recommended that we check out House of Covers to look at recovering options. It was the best decision that we have made.Jake came out to our site so that he could better understand the uniqueness of our request. Right from the get-go he made us feel important and as time went on, like family. A few days later we stopped in to the showroom and fabric was chosen and ordered. We returned a few weeks later. And Voilà work started and were so happy with the quality and the look of the changes to the couch that we extended our request to other areas of the trailer.Both Rita and Steve were involved from time to time and they made recommendations, for example to the trailer valances to give the trailer an up to date look.While our work was finishing up we could see the work being done for other customers. I have a loveseat with 2 pillows and 2 pads that were worn out. I did have extra material. I took it to Jake House of Covers to fix. Rita greetedme and was wonderful. I got my pillows and pads back today. I havenot been so happy and excited. they did a beautiful job. I will be backto have them repair when needed. All the people are so nice but thespecial one is RITA. She is a wonderful Lady.

I had a tear in my 15 year old Tacomas cloth drivers seat, stopped in and Rita gave me a fair quote . I was kind of surprised when I picked it up, they replaced more material than they said they would because the fabric was so worn out and thin, also added some new foam because it was the right way to do it. The seat repair does not even look like a repair it looks like it is brand new, color match, material texture match, all spot on. Super friendly customer service, same day turnaround, I will for sure see them next time I need an auto upholstery repair.

Someone told me about the house of covers. So one day I was out riding my bike I was in the neighborhood so I stop by the staff is very very friendly and knowledgeable they answered all my questions and while I was there about 35 minutes I looked and watched some of the work that they were doing it was very good I was really impressed. Fantastic service and support through a project to re-cover seats in my 1999 vehicle. These people are warm and friendly and they worked hard to help me accomplish this project even though I was unable to visit the shop until the day of the work. We had to coordinate everything by phone and email since I live 200 miles from Albuquerque. They were flexible, helpful, and professional.
