Cleared an hour out of my work day for an oil change appointment with Lyon Auto Spa. They lost my reservation and told me to come back later. I work full time and that is not easy. If you are looking for reliable service, it is NOT Lyons.

Would be nice if they picked up the phone once in a while. Ive been calling for weeks and no answer. No machine. Nothing. What a great business plan theyre running with.
