Jeffs Gasoline Alley does top-notch work at a fair price, and above all I trust and respect them. Rick is a straight shooter. He goes out of his way and will work with the customer to find the best solution. Unlike a few other businesses I have worked with, he doesnt simply look for ways to do and charge for unnecessary work. Staff in the front office are as polite and professional as they can be. When I last dropped my car off, I could not sit inside while waiting for my Uber ride due to COVID restrictions but she brought me a chair and a cold water bottle. FInding a good auto repair shop is one of the hardest and most stressful things, and I have had many previous bad experiences. Since coming to Jeffs, that is one less thing I have to worry about. I would not hesitate to recommend Jeffs to anyone.

Weve been bringing my wifes nearly 20-year-old Subaru to Rick for a few years and weve never been disappointed with the work, the fair pricing, and professionalism. Our first visit involved some major work and the cost was about half what the dealership quoted. And the car ran like new when Rick worked his magic!

Our Toyota Highlander blew an oil cooler line and dumped all of the engine oil. A common problem with this year and model of Highlander. The problem happened late in the day. Called Jeffs Gasoline Alley and they said bring it in. Managed to get the car towed right before they closed. Rick, owner, researched to see if there was any factory recall which would have been a free replacement, there wasnt. That was great of him to check! There, however, was an upgraded part to fix Toyotas design flaw. Rick and his crew did a great job to fix the problem and have me back up and running by the afternoon of the next day. The price was extremely fair. Outstanding job!! Would absolutely recommend Jeffs gasoline alley.

Ive been going to Jeffs with a variety of Subaru, Honda and Nissan cars since 1993, and I tend to own older cars which need regular repairs. Jeffs continues to be honest and reliable. They arent the cheapest place in town, but Ive never had them tell me something is fixed when it isnt, and Ive never had an ongoing problem with a repair theyve done. They do the work right the first time, every time. Jeffs only works on imported cars, so the times when I have owned an American made car Ive been forced to go elsewhere, and definitely noticed the difference. The folks at Jeffs are also willing to tell you when something really needs to be fixed, vs. when its a problem where you can wait a little while longer to repair, which is helpful to me.

Overcharged for coil pack. Also got an alternator last year and this year it’s already done and it wasn’t even changed and if it was it was not with the part I was charged for. May seem nice but the prices aren’t worth the work.

Rick is truly the best and most thorough mechanic you will ever find. He really cares about his customers and remembers the details of their cars. He is always available to listen to his customers and get their cars problem correctly identified. After he completes his work, he makes sure you understand each item on your bill and what was done. He also keeps you abreast of what work may need to be addressed soon. He checks all those little things that other shops never bother with as part of his regular service routine. He is a true profession.

This is the only auto shop where we simply drop off our cars and say do what needs to be done. They do exactly that, what needs to be fixed. They are good about balancing the age/condition of the car with how much money should be put into it. We have been taking our foreign cars here for 18 years and have never had a problem. In fact, we will not buy a domestic car anymore, because it means dealing with another shop. We once had to have the car towed and it turned out to be a couple of dollar part which they fixed for free. It is so nice to be able to trust a car repair place and not have to feel like you are being taken for a ride. Highly recommend.
