I had a wonderful experience at Corleys Albuquerque Lincoln! I found a car that I liked and set an appointment. When I went in for my test drive Joe Gutierrez helped me get situated with the car of my choice. He gave me all the important information about the car, answered all of my questions, and was very patient with me. I highly recommend doing business with this dealership. I would buy from them again! I liked that Joe was informative without being a pushy salesman. Thank you Joe and Corleys Albuquerque Lincoln!!
Was shopping around for a slightly used car for over a month and found one at Corleys. Joe Gutierrez offered me a no pressure extended test drive. I didnt buy the vehicle after the test drive as I wanted to do more research. Joe never pressured nor bothered me about the car, only followed up to see if there were any questions or anything more I needed from him. I went back eventually and made a deal to buy the car. It was very easy, did all our negotiations and paperwork before arriving at the dealership to only sign papers and take possession of my new used ride. It was great to work with Joe and his team at Corleys.
Great experience at corleys! We got a great deal on a my daughters first car, and that was icing on the cake of our visit to this dealer. Special shout out to Joe Gutierrez, amazingly transparent and helpful... definitely NOT your average dealer experience! My daughter loves her new car and these folks have a great process, highly recommended. We will buy from here again if we get the chance!
Just bought my wife a new vehicle from here, Joe Gutierrez was the sales guy, he was amazing from start to finish. The process was easy and effortless we will be back to see Joe when we need another vehicle. Thank you Joe.
You can find a car from any number of sources these days but finding a true professional salesperson who listens--and truly cares about YOUR needs, wants and desires, is rare. Eric Moen is such a person, and he made this such a pleasant and enjoyable experience. In addition--the dealership is also well above average. Its beautiful, ultra clean, and organized into several attractive waiting areas. I dreaded the car-buying chore--but this was different. I enjoyed it--and love the Volvo I just picked up yesterday. All round, in every respect, I give Corleys (and Eric) a 5-star rating for my car-buying experience.
Just bought a 2018 Ford F-150. Randy Martinez was the sales man I dealt with and he was great. Even though his manager would not negotiate on price, it didn’t stop Randy from trying and being graceful through the whole process. He was friendly, helpful and kind. Great experience. And I love my truck!
It was great doing business with Joe Gutierrez. I usually buy vehicles every 2-4 years, and This transaction was by far the smoothest I have experienced. Joe thank you for your hard work and catering to my needs!
Thank you Niko and your service team. My blend door issue was resolved and my vehicle is working properly. The price was great. You all kept my vehicle clean and brought it to me when done. I appreciate you keeping your word of taking care of my needs with my vehicle. Keep up the good work.
Quick, easy and exactly as advertised online. The process to buy a used vehicle was very easy and intuitive especially with todays technology. The online price for the used vehicle was exactly the price at the dealership (Im only pointing this out as another reviewer stated it was different, its not). I dealt with Eric Moen, he is a professional and a true asset to the dealership. He was very kind, considerate for my needs and did not add any pressure to the situation. Kudos! I will be back for my future vehicle buying needs.
Stopped in with wife to look at the Navigator, wife walked in before me since I was on the phone with a client. When I walked in the showroom my wife was already talking to a salesman named Eric, I approached and mentioned I was interested in the Navigator. Eric obviously didn’t know that my wife and I were together. He looked at me and said he didn’t think I could afford it, he turned back to my wife and we just walked out. I may not have been in my Sunday best clothes but he had no right talking to me like that. Avoid this dealership if this is their idea of customer service.
Friendly and efficient service. Great car buying experience that was expeditious. You typically expect to spend all day buying a vehicle- no haggling needed to be treated exceptionally and get a great value. They also have a owner that takes pride in his business and personally talks to clients. All in all-wonderful experience . Thank you Joe, Rick & Eric for making this a great Christmas!
We had to have our car towed in while on Vacation. Trevor in Service was awesome! He arranged for us to have a loaner so that we would not be stranded (with two small children). And we were back on the road in a matter of hours. Thank You. Awesome Dealership!
Just bought a 2013 Dodge Grand Caravan with the excellent assistance of Joe Gutierrez. The whole process was efficient and pretty painless. I had just had the unhappy experience of having a van sold out from under me at a different dealership (North Valley on Central). When I mentioned this to Joe, he had a solution for reserving the vehicle while I had it inspected by a third party. He had solutions to just about all my concerns. So, thanks Joe and thanks Corleys!
Buying a car generally comes down to the sales person you work with, the finance person, and any experience with the dealership on the trade and/or items the car may need in service then or later. I know Eric Moen and Mario Sanchez were great to work with, so based on that alone and how we felt during the whole process...we give them 5 stars on buying our used Lexus GX 460.
We driving from Utah home to Alabama and the rear shocks on our Volvo S60 began leaking. The closest dealership, in Albuquerque, told us they couldnt get the parts for several days. But they called Corley in OKC, a days drive away and on our way home, and found that they could get them sooner. Kristina at Corley had the parts ordered and they arrived the morning after we got into OKC. We made ourselves at home in the dealership, which was very comfortable, and Kristina told us she hoped to have us on our way by 2:30. We were out the door a little after 2. Without her help we would have been spending several extra days in Albuquerque rather than heading home. And when we got the car back, not only did it drive like new again, but it had been washed and vacuumed -- even with two weeks worth of luggage and other stuff in the car. We couldnt ask for better service and if we lived in OKC wed definitely get our Volvo serviced there. Kristina rescued our vacation.
10/10 would definitely recommend buying a car from Joe. He was nice, attentive, and he made it quick, easy, and painless. We will definitely be back to buy our next vehicle from Joe! Thank you Joe!!!!!!
Joe Gutierrez is a good car sale person. He took good care of us on a suv that we bought at this dealership. Thanks to him and his team
Joe Gutierrez & Jorge A. were the absolute best at helping us with our new purchase! Great customer service & awesome attitude.
We purchased a 2018 Lincoln MKX from Eric and have never had a nicer car or better salesman!! Eric thought of everything we needed to set up our new car with our phones and the Lincoln Way App. I have recommended them to several friends as well!
Great experience; friendly customer service and very knowledgable team.
I recently went in for an alignment and two new tires. They didnt give a courtesy call to inform me my car would be kept over night. My car was not ready until 2 the next day after reading over my paperwork i noticed customer specifies front wheel alignment Only I told Jeff Allen my front wheels were worn which is why I needed an alignment . My jack and spare along with my wheel key were just thrown in the trunk.Mr. Corleys team has extremely poor customer service for being a Lincoln dealership I would expect better however I was very disappointed.
Excellent experience.. I thought Id be there all day haggling and back and forth, my appt was at 10 amd I left with my vehicle before lunch thanks to Joe Gutierrez. ASK FOR HIM!
Just bought a 2017 Hyundai sante fe with the help of Joe Gutierrez. he went above and beyond for me and my family and we couldnt be happier. thank you corleys!
Friendly staff. Nice cars. Easy access from I-25 freeway frontage road. They offer free car washes on site for customers who buy a car from the dealership. And the food in the on site cafe on the 2nd floor tastes great. There are customer lounges on the first floor and second floor for folks to wait in while their car is being worked on in the Service Department. And they have a nice gift shop.
I purchased a vehicle and took 3 attempts to have them complete the “we owe”. I am still waiting for my vehicle registration to be sent to me. I’m not sure why this dealership is not up to par with the “Lincoln” “Volvo” customer service standards.
Thank you so much for your unique hospitality and reasonable care. We appreciate doing business with Lincoln of Albuquerque. I highly recommend this dealership.
A dealership dedicated to customer care and satisfaction!
Always accommodating, efficient, and keep us informed on what needs to be done. We drive over three hours to have Corley service our car. We could go to a site under an hour away, but we chose Corleys!
UPDATE 7/14/20: After I reached out to the owner, Eddie Corley, Eric called me to apologize for how the dealership handled this matter. He explained that they were wrong for denying my reimbursement request and have now decided to fulfill it. I am satisfied with the result of this situation and appreciate Erics professionalism. If you use this dealership, I suggest that you work with Eric.ORIGINAL: I cannot recommend this dealership because they are unprofessional and dishonest. Rick, the sales manager, argued with and pressured me to make a decision on the sale. Any question I had about the purchase agreement was met with impatience and frustration. He also lied about having other interested parties. Once I purchased the vehicle, they failed to fix the alignment issue and would not address the issue further. The one star is for the patience that Eric, another salesman, showed me. He should probably be in charge. Maybe he has some honor.
Great personal attention. We got my wife an XC60 in Santa Fe, then they went out of business, so this was our first service at Corleys. Wow just a first class experience, a patient service department that took time to answer my wifes questions. Everything is clean and bright inside, then theres the cafe upstairs! Who has that? We had breakfast there while we waited and it was really good food served by such nice people. Impeccable service.
This was by far the worst dealership experience we ever had.Back in 2017 my wife and I leased a 2017 Volvo XC 60 T6 AWD Inscription... not a cheap vehicle by far.Since this was our first time leasing a vehicle we decided to buy a warranty coverage that the dealer offered at signing. We were told this warranty would cover out of pocket expenses for wear and tear items at the time of lease return. Was also told that this warranty would cover mid lease issues such as a nail in a tire or crack in a windshield with a total pay out of $5000 for the term of the lease.Of course, when we got a rock chip and contacted the dealer we were told our “warranty” never even existed... so the almost $1000 we paid for the plan was just a scam since the dealer never even filed the paperwork to activate the warranty. After months of dealing with the dealer to get the warranty activated they finally tell us they were able to register it but that it doesn’t cover out of term wear and tear like we were lied to during signing. To “make it right”, they got us in contact with a manager who offered to at least get a replacement windshield for us at dealer cost, around $700. I went ahead and told him that was fine and we would like to schedule the appointment. He told us he would get back to me that day with the available time frame. Days went by and I never heard back. Called back multiple time and left many voicemails and never heard back. I even visited the dealer in person and spoke with the General Manager at the time and he I formed me that the person I spoke with was no longer with the company and that they wouldn’t offer what they promised because he was no longer working there. After months of frustration we decided to finally cut our losses and paid a 3rd party to replace the windshield.Fast forward to lease turn in July 2020 and we get a bill for wear an tear on 1 tire(~$400). I call Volvo financial to let them know about the lease end warranty and they submit the claim. I’ve called back every couple weeks since July and the warranty company won’t even respond. I have called multiple times myself and sent emails as directed and still no results. Volvo financial has also sent multiple requests to collect payment with no results.Don’t do business with this dealership, they are dishonest and only out to make their profits. They don’t care about the “customers experience” at all. After owning 3 volvos and loving every single one of them it is very disheartening to see such an untruthful business practice on a great name like Volvo.
Repair was properly done promptly with no surprises.
Professional and courteous staff. They werent pushy and respected what I wanted. Didnt waste my time at all. They took COVID19 protocol seriously. The facility is top notch clean and organized.
Great place, awesome staff!!!
Very happy with the service I received when I took my vehicle in for service and a couple of things I wanted checked. I was told it would take a couple of hours. So I went upstairs to their Cafe and had a nice breakfast. Car was ready in about 1&1/2 hours. Very polite and knowledgeable service writer. While waiting a nice lady came by to check on how long I had been waiting. All in all a very good experience.
This review is not intended to bash Corleys rather to provide an honest opinion on my car buying experience.Important take away, when looking at the price online it is about $3k higher at the dealership . That price you see online already factors in $2k for a trade in and $1k to finance from them. It is disclosed in fine print on their website but not any other car buying channels. Now to the experience, Jason the sales guy was nice . Facility was clean and cars were very clean !However the overall experience was not the best. I bought a used car from them but provided I wasn’t buying a new one my family and I were not that important? Treated like second class citizens if I had to sum it up.Reading reviews I guess they had a restaurant? Would have been good to know for my three little ones that spent hours in the facility. But that was never offered. I seen a drink menu as well with a ton of options but we were never even offered water. Maybe intended for upper class purchases?Overall if you are looking for used vehicle look elsewhere if you are the type of person who gets offended easily but new cars buyers I am pretty sure your experience will be wonderful!!People reading this maybe like well then why did you buy the car.... well it was a nice car in the end of the day.
Awesome experience! Other dealerships weren’t willing to work with us and were only focused on making sales but Jason was amazing and really went above and beyond to help us and make us happy! Overall great time and I’ll be coming back!
My service advisor Jeff Allen went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with my service. it is always a pleasure to bring business with corleys service department.
Excellent dealership, in all regards. Was looking for a used car and found one I was interested in at Corleys. I called and spoke with Anthony in sales to get more info. After working with Anthony over the phone and text, we came to a potential deal. I went in the next day to inspect the car, and it was everything he said it was. It was pretty much flawless.Worked with Greg in finance, and was pleased in the rates he got for me, and he was careful to explain the entire process with me.The dealership is first class, the cars they sell, new and used, are top of the line, but what sets this dealership apart from others is the people that work there. This was the best experience I have had at a car dealership. From the minute you walk in the door, you are greeted nicely, and everyone you meet will say hello and take the time to make sure you are comfortable. This is a low pressure dealership and the people there are calm, polite, and professional.Give them a call - you will be happy you did.
Professional, courteous, friendly, caring Service Team is second to none! I have always said that Corleys service department is the best I have EVER experienced in my 67 years.
Always taking care of the customer. Even after the sale they want to make sure you are happy. I will definitely be coming back for future purchases.
Great experience! Akeem great salesman, answered all questions. Fantastic cafe upstairs, with everything youd like for breakfast or lunch. Highly recommend!!!
It was about as perfect an experience as Ive had in a dealership. The restaurant is a definite bonus!! Everyone is friendly and courteous! Simply a very nice experience! Almost makes me look forward to the next oil change!!
Take your money elsewhere. From the get go I was passed off by the first salesman I spoke with (presumably to the B Team, after they heard I was looking at a used car) who then proceeded to stand around the show room while I waited to be helped for close to 15 minutes. The salesman I went on the drive with was fine but knew literally nothing about the car and all of his attempts to speak with someone who did were fruitless, I didnt learn anything about it I didnt already know from the CarFax. The car itself was well detailed on the inside but the paint was scratched and scuffed in spots and the windshield had a number of pretty severe chips. After the test drive I spent some time sitting at a desk with the salesman while he, again, fruitlessly attempted to find someone who actually knew anything about the vehicle I was interested in. Eventually we went outside so he could look at my car and determine a trade in value. When we came back in salesman asked me to leave my key with the sales manager at the front desk so he could test drive my car (he didnt). Looking back I feel like that may have been a negotiation tactic of some sort, as I had to ask numerous times to get my key back. After a while the salesman brought me a line by line breakdown of the cost of the car (including a trade in offer which could only be described as acceptable) which, to my surprise, had a $1700 Desert Protection Plan included which wasnt actually any sort of power train warranty but instead covered the just paint and interior. They were very vague about the details of what this plan actually entailed. Considering I was looking at an 11 year old used off-road SUV covered in scratches and paint scuffs with a cracked windshield I had no interest in this and asked the salesman if it was a mandatory add on. After a brief discussion he went to his sales manager to see if there was anything he could do.The sales manager came over and opened by greeting me and saying that we had spoken earlier (we hadnt, though he had walked past me a number of times as I waited in the showroom). From that point he could only have been described as extremely pushy. He outright refused to consider removing the protection plan from the final price claiming that its already included with the car even though its apparently not actually a tangible object. When I mentioned that I would prefer to pursue financing on my own time he fought me over it claiming that they work with every bank, whatever that means (probably trying to up charge even more). When I brought up the windshield cracks he used it as a distraction from the discussion of the protection plan and tried to spin it as a bargaining chip to get me to agree to financing with them. At this point I told him it wasnt going to happen and asked for my keys so I could leave. By the time all was said and done I had to ask for my keys three times before I was allowed to leave. All in all the experience with the sales manager left me with a bad taste in my mouth. The salesman himself did an okay job which is the only reason why this isnt a one star review. Typical big time trashy corporate car dealership. Dont bother.
I came in with a friend who was looking to purchase a vehicle. Jeremy made the entire process enjoyable. It was the fastest and easiest car buying experience I have ever encountered; and over the years I have been a part of many vehicle purchases. Jeremy was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful and made the entire transaction go smoothly, he listened and was straight forward - which, unfortunately, is often hard to come by with salesman. I will definitely seek out Jeremy for all of my future car purchases.
Fast service
I bought a used F-250 truck there when I had a business years ago and it never gave me any problems. My dog loved that truck. I loved that dog,
Got a great deal on a 2019 Volvo XC90. We just happened to ask if they would throw in a jacket and a hat and they said Sure! Its in the mail! Never received it. Also, they offer to register your vehicle which I thought was cool since I live in another state and they said that they commonly do that. 3 days before my tags expire, I call the dealership and found out that they forgot to mail my paperwork to the DMV after I previously checked a few weeks prior to make sure it was mailed. They assured me they mailed it. They has to issue me an additional 30 day temporary tags so they can mail my paperwork and hopefully can register my vehicle. Still waiting for my jacket and hat. Its been a month!
Best selection of the most beautiful used cars at fair prices Ive seen in the state.
I recently bought a car at Corley’s and it was a great experience. I am typically skeptical about car sales but the moment we walked in and met George, I felt better about the process. He made us feel very comfortable with our lack of knowledge about the cars we were looking at. He took us out to test drive many cars and was very knowledgeable and patient the entire time. Most importantly, he is not a high pressure salesman. He goes out of his way to respect the time you need to make the right decision for you. George goes above and beyond to make sure that you feel like a priority in his busy day.
I know that taking your vehicle to get worked on at the dealership is never cost effective, but I know it will be done correctly. But they quoted me $1600 to fix one side of the automatic running boards on my Navigator. They told me that the part was $1100, I showed them I could buy the part online for less than $200. All they did was scoff. They wanted to charge me $600 to changed the battery cables.I took the parts I ordered online(cables were $80)went to a local guy he charged me $125 to install both.Corley: $2200Buying online and finding a great independent mechanic: $400
Im an Employee there great place to buy a vehicle great customer service come and see us
Came to this dealership in hopes to trade my vehicle. I knew that it had some hail damage from the last storm we had, rims are scratched. Understandable. However, I could hear all of the ugly things being said from the sales manager. It was unprofessional and it was more so, embarrassing. I did not purchase a car at this time. A month later, I received a call from the salesman whom helped me initially and stated that they have a new finance manager was confident that he could help me as I was upside down due to the damage to the vehicle. I was skeptical but I figured I would give it one last shot. Upon my second visit to Corleys, again I overheard a different sales manager saying the exact ugly remarks. Then I was told that the offer I had received on my car dropped over 4000 in a months time and that the people whom did the appraisal initially didn’t know what they were doing and that’s why they are no longer there. I told the salesman that once again my time was wasted and to remove me from his list and to never call again. I wouldn’t recommend this place if my life depended on it.
We own a Navigator and now an Escalade. Love the Corleys experience so much I asked if I could get the Escalade serviced at Corleys as well!
I found out about the Corley name at an event honoring his parents. I was new to New Mexico so it was impressive to learn of the legacy they built for their children and their service to the community. As I live in Albuquerque I went to Corleys Lincoln Volvo. It took a while to wait for the dealership to get car I wanted two years to be exact. The day came when I could get a car from the dealership I had waited for, I purchased the auto and a warranty (Easy). The trouble began when I went to pick up my car after the inspection for the warranty. I was left siting for an hour and a half the young man was running back and forth pretending to be trying to get my car, After the service dept. was closed he still ran back and forth for another 45 minutes finally he told me the manager said that I had to come back the next day. After that every time I went back because of a problem with the car I was treated rudely and with disrespect especially by the manager. Service after the sale is just as important as the sale but no one taught this to the employees at this dealership. One year later I am waiting on a repair that was done poorly but they will not take responsibility for it. If you want to be treated well during and after the sale dont go to Corleys Lincoln Volvo...
Probably more than a 5 Star service. Financial manager, Bob, Jeff at the Lincoln service dept, the ladies at the Cafè, everyone = fantastic. I only regret not finding them early enough, but oh well, great now. I highly recommend.
Service dept. is very good. Set us up with a loaner. No waiting. Snack bar breakfast was excellent. Large breakfast burrito with bacon, scrambled eggs, hash browns, and zippy green Chile. Brought half home.
The friendly staff are truly expert at what they do. From the time you arrive you know you are in good hands. They are great at explaining whats going on with my vehicle and details what needs to be done and why. Corleys is dealership I trust to get it right from start to finish.
Good no-nonsense knowledgeable people. Did not get swarmed by carnivorous salesmen.
They sorely misdiagnosed my Volvos issue, even after asking them to check the exact thing that I later found ended up being the issue. The issue was my cylinder sleeve had a crack in it and coolant was burning off on #3 and #4 cylinders. It would have been covered under my warranty, but they insisted it was only a head gasket. Two weeks after, and when my warranty expired, I found I was having the same issue, but I was SOL from there on. I ended up doing the work myself and found exactly what I feared. This dealership could have saved me a lot of money, had they listened in the first place. They are very nice, just not very knowledgeable when it comes to Volvo. Sometimes as a mechanic, you need to humble yourself and listen to certain customers when they give advice. Not everyone is a clueless customer wanting their car fixed. Most people with my model of Volvo are enthusiasts and know a thing or two about the car. Save yourself and search Independent Volvo.
Corleys is a welcoming, appealing facility, and both the service and sales staff members are very good at presenting those same characteristics to themselves. For close to a decade I have serviced my Volvos at Corleys, but this December 2019 was my first purchase from them. Representative Alex Millares walked me through every detail with charm and accuracy, correctly foreseeing every question, every step, and every detail. Everyone I met at Corleys reflect the same image I have of the staff at the Volvo Factory in Gothenburg. They represent the brand beautifully.
Hai was extremely helpful and quick. He determined where the air noise was coming in our chosen vehicle and had it fixed promptly. Truly an amazing feat attesting to his experience and knowledge as a Lincoln employee.
We just purchased our first vehicle from Corleys in Albuquerque and we could not be more impressed with the dealership. Everyone is very professional but friendly and warm. Please ask for Rick Patel. He is very easy to work with, attentive and dedicated to making the experience enjoyable., and knows the cars inside and out. Ray Sisneros was ready to step in with any questions and made us feel like we were the best customers hed ever had! I must say that, in spite of a vacancy in the financing department, Jeanette Padilla, Business Manager, did an outstanding job in spite of being extremely busy. Due to a vacancy, she was the only finance person there. Another specialist is definitely needed. I hope the service department will be as easy to work, with and I have been assured that they are.
Ask for Jeremy enough said. Thanks to him this was my family’s only positive car purchase experience. We appreciate you for helping us find the perfect vehicle and deal for our future!
We had a great experience at Corleys. In our search for a used car we found one here that we were interested in. We worked with Laura who was very friendly and accommodating. We test drove the car and found out it didnt have the features that we wanted. Laura went and did some magic to find the exact car we wanted and had it brought to the dealership that day! It wasnt even a Lincoln or Volvo. She saved us so much shopping around by doing this. We cant thank her enough. The AC in my car was not working and the car we were buying wasnt ready for me to drive home so Laura provided me a loaner with perfectly working AC (it was 99degrees that day in ABQ)! Will your dealership do all this? Definitely recommend Corleys (and Laura) when you are shopping for a car.
I have never experienced such an unprofessional place. You would think when buying a 45-50,000 vehicle you would get treated decently. The service staff is horrible to work with. When something breaks they make you take your car without fixing the problem and when you bring it back they charge you to use a loaner. It could have been fixed the first time. If Jeff is the manager then they need a new one. Should’ve stayed with Infiniti.
We have a Volvo that has needed some minor maintenance here and there. The people at Corleys were absolutely great with helping me get to work and back again while my car was out. My experience has been only perfect here. Thank you!
While on a trip from AZ to CO my check engine in my brand new car came on. I stopped in and Jeff was amazing. He helped me understand the issue and arranged for everything to be taken care of with my car. Then orgized transportation of the vehicle to CO. Service department is on point. Jeff, you’re the man! Thank you
AWD failure message along with hesitation during morning start-up on my S60 required a impromptu drop-off at my local Volvo dealership and was welcomed! Courteous car got me to my destination and loaner car provided later in the afternoon filled the void of not having a vehicle for the next three days. I was extremely pleased with the overall experience and would recommend Carleys Volvo to anyone who ask, Willie Walton.
If you’re in the market for a new vehicle ask for George Benavides, he’s down to earth and easy to talk to. He was very patient as it took me a few weeks to pick out the right Lincoln, which I couldn’t be more satisfied with. The staff is great, thank you Laura for going out of your way.
I have had my Lincoln MKZ for 2 years now and every service experience with Corleys has been exceptional. In fact my sales experience was also a good one. If you go in informed and know what you are looking at for a purchase or service then you will have no problem. I have been treated with respect and as a valued customer on every occasion. No I am not being paid to say this, and this is not a fake review!
I bought a brand new MKZ and Rick made my dream come true with the awesome car Im taking home. Even when I was so indecisive he was patient and understanding. I highly recommend Corleys and especially Rick when youre looking for a luxury car and a Great experience buying the right car.
-Looking for a used vehicle I spent hours looking at potential cars through every internet search site until finally drilling down to two serious contenders..Jaguar Albuquerque and Corleys Albuquerque Lincoln-Volvo.-I visited Jaguar first, and you know how you get a vibe immediately that says hmm? After just sitting in the car and not wanting to even take a test drive I went over to Corleys and am I glad I did.-From The elegant and welcoming Anna, to Gabe Lopez, the Sales Manager who brings such a friendly and professional manner to the dealership, to Alex who projects a joyous interest in your car search rather than a sales intensive experience, to finally sitting with the dignified and very personable Greg Armstrong in Finance, this was the best car buying experience in my long life, and I cannot recommend Corleys enough. I look forward to maintaining the car I purchased with them for years to come.
Great experience at this dealership. Laura & Erica were so warm & welcoming and willing to go the extra mile to help me select the right car. They were also instrumental in helping me to learn all the features the XC90 has to offer. I’d recommend this dealership for anyone looking for a Volvo.
Awesome staff - Chris and Raymond were honest and personable, great at keeping me in the loop and detailed in their follow up and recommendations; very efficient service, all things considered I feel the pricing was great, they tested my AC to see if it actually needed work or not rather than trying to make an extra profit for themselves, they spent time looking at all of the issues I mentioned to them, and identified other problems which I was unaware of - which were indeed legitimate and in need of being addressed; for my circumstances I was provided with an amazing loaner vehicle which allowed me to keep on with my life. Corley Volvo has always been awesome to work with, they have restored my confidence in my car, I trust their judgement, and I look forward to dealing with them in the future.
George was amazing to work with. This is the second vehicle he has helped us with. Will always go back!
Terrible experience. I came in to purchase a vehicle. They were friendly and professional on the front end, but things definitely changed. They allowed me to go on a long test drive. We scheduled a time to bring the car back and sign the paperwork. However when I brought the car back they informed me they sold the car to someone else, with no prior notice. As a man of high values, I was shocked at this practice of not honoring Gabriels word and committment to me and my family. If New Mexico values are important to you, do not come here!
Corley Ford. Best experience Ive ever had in an auto dealership. Everyone was extremely friendly starting with the receptionist, technician, service manager, and parts manager they were all great. I dont live in this area just passing thru but If I did they would be my dealership of choice. I thank God for them.
I highly recommend George Benavides in sales. Hes very patient, knowledgeable, and respectful. He touched base with me every step of the way and made sure I was 100% taken care of/satisfied.
Chris in the service dept was excellent. He answered all my questions and kept me informed of everything. I didnt get to speak with the service techs but know from the speed and quality of the repairs they are probably the best techs in the valley.
I love Corleys but 4 stars instead of 5 due to some internal issues- one hand doesnt know from the other. The guy who picked up my SUV didnt know how to start my car, but overall, Im a loyal buyer, and will only buy from Corleys bc they try to please the customer so much!
Dustin in the service department was great, really helpful and nice they make you feel welcome. It was a great experience, its been a while since I was last there they still had the other dealership on Lomas. Their new dealership is really nice, this was my first time there they still have the same great customer service. I will always go to them for all my car services.
I recently took delivery of my new Volvo at Corleys after having purchased it overseas. Rick was extremely friendly and provided exceptional service. Our delivery was smooth and Rick even took time to train me on some of the vehicles advanced features. Overall, a truly positive experience. Thanks to Corleys and specifically, thanks to Rick.
I had a great service with Raymond. Thank you so much for your help
This a great facility & well operated. Access to the facility is a little difficult since there is only one road in. Cars are parked on both sides of the road and transport vehicles are loading & unloading.
From start to finish one wordHORRIBLE. Staff unprofessional. Will not return calls. Do not take their word for anything put it all in writing. Jeremy, Ray and Anthony unethical. They will tell you to go in and keep you waiting because they dont know what they are doing. Gave us the run around for 15 days until we went in and demanded customer service. They brought Jeanette on board only positive addition to our experience. Anthony would not know customer service if he specialized in it! Threatening us after Corleys team was lazy and unprofessional. Proceed with this dealership with extreme caution.
Terrible services scheduling! They set me a time, which I assume would be a reserved time to get my car on a lift and being services. This is important for me because I have a life a other things to do as well. With no loaner car I am stuck waiting. Keep in mind Im getting a basic oil change.2.5 hrs later they finally get my car on the lift.1.5 more hrs and I can finally leave!4hrs for an oil change!I was not a walk in, I called 3 days in advance and still I wait this long!Poor scheduling!!!
I purchased an S80 executive from Rick Patel. We have had a great experience from the time it was ordered (2010) to this past service appointment. There have been a few minor cosmetic repair items, never a problem. The service department has always been very good about making sure things were fixed ASAP. In addition, the car is always washed when it returns from the service dept.
We stopped in only because the dealership was next door to where we had all but already decided to get an Audi. Two hours later we left with a new Volvo S90 instead... Our salesman, Hai Nguyen, was fantastic: very professional, incredibly knowledgeable, and quick to ascertain what features would suit us best and steer us to the right car accordingly. He was a pleasure to work with.
No high pressure. Alex did a good job.
I purchased a Ford Fiesta St from Erika. It was a good experience but went way down hill afterwards. I had my car professionally detailed two days later and paint flecks from a cover up on the rims came off. I called Erika the next day who didnt respond. They never took care of it, which i understand and is partly my fault because I should have checked it closer. However it got a lot worse from there. Erika left the dealership and they couldnt get it registered because it needed an emissions test. I had to come back five times. I wasnt in a good mood but out of my surprise they were never rude and always extremely pleasant. If it wasnt for Laura in billing and Dustin in the service department, I would not be giving them five stars. They are the saving grace for this whole situation. Instead of never buying a car here again, their conduct and approach changed how I feel. I am happy that they took my concerns to heart, and even though the rim issues isnt fixed they did the best they could to make me feel comfortable.
The service was very nice while buying a car. Communication is very poor here. I cancelled my extended warranty 7 weeks ago n till now no refund. Sent several emails n no reply. Getting frustrated with this place. Why should I pay interest on the item I cancelled long ago. Dont get me wrong. The car is fabulous but communication is horrible.
I have purchased two vehicles now from Corleys and I must say that they have always made me feel important by taking their time to find out what my needs are to let me know that everything will be fine. They have some quality vehicles for decent prices. Thanks to Ray, Jeremy and Harlem (spelled wrong) the Finance Manager from DuBois. I will purchase my next vehicle from Corleys.
Thank you Tom for coming and getting the cars, we appreciate you :)
I purchased a Volvo with a salesman named Kyle Kamm about a month ago, and he has been incredibly helpful. Both during the purchase and in the ensuing days, his remarkable commitment to making my experience smooth and informed is exceptional. His attention to detail, availability, and geniality are a boon to his company. Thank you Kyle!
I love the folks at Corley! They are honest, helpful and take excellent care of my Volvo and me! I highly recommend this dealership for service and sales! I will definitely buy my next Volvo from them!
Bought a sweet Chrysler 300 from Corleys great customer service from George Benavides appreciate the new car!!
