Actually on the phone with Paul now. So far has been super efficient in handling all requests. Recently had a vandalism claim that was made even faster with this agencys assistance. So far Im am very pleased with the service and efficiency of Paul Maestas and his entire staff. I would recommend this agency if you actually want an agent who will deliver on promises and handle all future road bumps. Changed from Fred Loya both my fiance and my brother over to State Farm and the difference between the two companies is worlds apart. I really enjoy this place and the group of people that have helped me. Its easy to get set up and theyve given me a few days to pay the bill when im short on cash. They are all super friendly. Sometimes they get super busy so they cant answer the phone but i just wait and call later.

I have had some Financial Hardship and I was advised if I couldnt make a payment I would have a laps in coverage I said was fine. Then I make a payment on May 3rd and then Sate Farm took $518.00 out of my account with out my permission. So I have no money to buy food or feed my family my husband is disabled and I have a child. So I call and ask them to return the payment and was told oh well cant do it and try and blame me for account being past due. When they clearly told me it would be ok cant believe the horrible experience. If you ever become past due make sure you dont have a card on file unbelievable

Staff is Horrible dont provide accurate information. Are not trained at all the staff will tell you one thing then do the complete opposite make sure you dont have a Debit card on file they will take more money out cant believe the horrible experience and the incompetence
