Michelle, Mario & Katrina,I can not thank you all enough! Not only do you provide me the lowest rates in the state but I also have MAX coverage!! What!?!?! Had a mishap on the freeway with a cement block. Called Mario, He got me directly connected to a claims agent. Within 2 hours claim was Filed, Estimate Completed, Rental Secured!! Car went into shop; picked it up 3 days later. Paid my deductible and that was it!!! All updates sent to me via Text.Never have I been in an accident (There has been several) and had a one call resolution until I came to Michelle Romero’s State Farm Agency! Michele Romero is great and knowledgeable. My problem is with the girl who answers the phone named Katrina. The last time she and I talked, I mentioned to her that when I had spoken with State Farm Headquarters, they gave me information that was very different than what she had given me. They said she was incorrect about what she had told me. So, I asked her to help me understand why they were saying something so different than what she was saying. Thats when she began yelling at me, and eventually hung up on me. She was very reactive to my question.She is not being honest with Michele about our conversations, so Michele is only hearing one side. I feel disappointed in MIchele that she has made no effort to contact me about any of this.I have decided to find another agency where you dont get yelled at for asking questions.

Its second best compared to my state farm in Denver and the service is friendly and fair and if it wasnt for Michele and the two ladies that use to work there I wouldnt be with this particular agency, but Michele is definitely the only one left for me here and shes a great agent and wonderful person. I sure miss the other ladies, monique and seresa. I do recommend this office over any other in Albuquerque
