She and her team have offered annual reviews of our policies, offered us the best rates (weve done comparison shopping), and always been prompt and courteous to answer questions and process the few claims we have submitted. I would highly recommend this business.

My parents have been with them since 2012. They have become excessively over price. Also family could never get in to meet with the agent that owns the business, but had to work with one of their associates who was nice. Family had to switch because of how over price they are and they house valued at only half of what the value of the house is. Not impressed with them.

Called to schedule an appointment to meet with agent as I am considering switching to Farmers. Requested an appointment with the main agent. I was informed she is always in and out and I could not get an appointment with her, only someone else in their office. If the agent is too busy to see me presale, I could only imagine how difficult it would be to talk to them if a ever had an issue. Scheduled an appointment with a different Farmers agent.

Bad experience when changing our home owners insurance to rental insurance with this agency - they did not disclose that they had to write it off to a sister company, but went ahead and listed my rental policy as canceled on their web site causing a whole lot of anxiety and confusion. They did not want to address my questions and referred me to this sister company. Really? I still had other policies under them. But who needs to deal with more than one offices/agents? I wound up cancelling all my policies with them and switched. So beware.

I received a deceiving unsolicited letter from them even though Ive never done business with them nor, now, ever will. See attached photo. Inside the letter just wanted my business, outside was inappropriate text that wasnt necessary in my opinion.
