I have had State Farm Insurance with Art Sandoval agency since 2013. I have always enjoyed the personal attention I get by Andrea M. when I need to add or change coverage on my auto or home insurance. Since I have been with this agency I have had two claims one for an auto and one for my home. I must say the claim process and turn around time was absolutely amazing experience. I have had several vehicles covered with full coverage, road side assistance and car rental with the lowest rates that no other insurance company can beat. Andrea helps me every time my home insurance is up for renewal going line by line with what coverage I need to add, lower, or change. I recently added extra coverage that was not on my pervious policy that we added with a low cost. I have referred several family and friends of mine to Arts agency to see Andrea who gladly and quickly assisted them and welcomed them to the State Farm family.so if you are looking for professional, great quality insurance and absolutely amazing prices dont take my word for it and give them a call today!

I am posting a review on my negative experience. I have been with State Farm for about 8 years and in that time no accidents nothing. My wife submitted a claim and I had a terrible experience from the collision location to setting up my car rental. State farm was supposed to set that up and I had to walk from the collision repair shop to the rental car location 4 miles away. Then I arrived to the rental and no reservation. I had to walk all way back to collision center. The collision center also said it was in same building but still no reservation. I called state farm and they were very rude and not helpful. Overall experience was a nightmare. Very unprofessional and very unorganized.

Awesome people to deal with. They get things done and its so nice to call in to a business and they know you by name. No call centers, no having to explain your situation over and over again. Art and Andrea are professionals and will work for you.
