I dont have the car back yet so I will rate the business and the work again when I do. So far not so good as they have raised the cost above the estimate by almost 20%.I am pleased with the work and the service. The girls in the front were very pleasant and easy to work with. The only problem is, the original estimate is the one I was negotiating with. I was dealing with a third party insurer and it was too late to change the amount. So I am out about $180.00. Ouch.

Our 2020 Hondas drives mirror got taken off by a hit and run. They repaired it for under $1K and it works and looks the same as the original. Great and honest work.

My insurance company recommended Mr. B’s Paint and Body Shop since my Honda was damaged due to a hailstorm, we had a while back. The people at Mr. B’s Paint and Body Shop were so awesome, and did an excellent job, so much in fact that my Honda looked brand new when they were done. Another thing I appreciated is how quick they did the job which made things easier since my insurance does not cover a loaner car. The customer service was also outstanding. They also called a couple of times to keep me posted on how much longer it would take before the car would be ready. I highly recommend this auto shop to anyone who is looking for excellence and an honest auto shop business for any car repair!

I busted up my rocker panel and mud guard, and they fixed my car and matched the paint up really nicely. I would definitely use this shop again but hopefully won’t need to. Great service!

Avoid this place at all costs if you like your vehicle looking good and having all pieces put back on. The first trip resulted in missing pieces of plastic mouldings and hole plugs on the inside of the doors. The weather stripping looked like it was installed by a drunk person and did not line up at all. The paint had patches of heavy swirl marks on the front and rear quarter panels and doors about 15 inches in diameter and swirl marks along the gaps where the body panels meet. They even managed to scuff up the headlights when blending the quarter panel with the hood, the once clear headlight housings now have a haze along the top half. The alignment of both passenger doors was atrocious and stuck out from the body. The seam seal on the rear door had a huge bubble in it and the paint over it was cracked from the deformation. They also added this really cool feature where the car will whistle like a banshee at highway speeds. After addressing these issues with Mr. Bs they were gracious enough to claim they would make a second attempt to correct my issues and apologized for the poor paint finish stating they had the wrong pressure on the paint sprayer. After an additional five days in the shop they did replace the missing big plastic piece but not the plugs. They replaced the swirls with these beautiful scratches you see in the picture along the entire passenger side. In addition they managed to get overspray on pretty much every passenger side body panel that didnt have the new speed stripes, they even managed to get overspray on the inside of the front window. When I pointed out that the bubble in the seam seal had not been addressed the assistant manager Scott Benavidez proceeded to get a bottle of touch up paint tear away the seam seal that had bubbled up and brush on the touch up paint. If this is the quality of work you are looking for you should definitely give Mr. Bs a call. Otherwise learn from my mistake and go elsewhere.

I thought my car door was off the hinge so I go in and take it. He came outside and checked it out came back with this tool and helped me fix me car door it wasn’t even off the hinge it was just unbalanced and he could have charged me but was nice and didn’t. He fixed it in about less then 15 minutes it was awesome coming here again!

I just picked up my Subaru from Mr. B’s Paint & Body. They performed the repairs beautifully, as I knew they would. They also helped me make sure the repairs were done right when the insurance company wanted to cut corners. I even had to call Progressive to remind them that it was their insured guy who hit me, and I have the right to have my car repaired where I want, and to have those repairs done right. Without the fine folks at this family-owned body shop and their knowledge of what’s right I might have been pushed into settling for less. Just recently bought a used vehicle from an owner who had Mr.Bs body shop do work on it a few weeks earlier, on the front bumper. I noticed on the weekend one day after purchasing it, that the front passenger side bumper piece was separating, so I called the person whom I had purchased it from. She apologized, and said the above mentioned body shop had recently done the work. I said no problem, I will take it into them to have it looked and fixed. When I got to the shop, I told the girl at the front desk the situation, first words out of her mouth, we dont warrant work after car was sold to a new owner, i tried to explain the situation in which she tried to act like she didnt know anything about the work done on this vehicle, and within 5 minutes though, her memory must have come back and she said, i told the previous owner it was going to need a new bumper, had the price right at the top of her head! Amazing! She never even offered to look at it, nor would i want them to. We ended up taking the vehicle to Central Body on 4th street, they took care of the problem, ordered a new piece to fix the issue, and we were on the road! HIGHLY recommend Central Body for your vehicle repairs, and stay away from Mr. Bs!

My insurance company gave me 3 options in which to choose to get my vehicle repaired. I chose Mr Bs based on Google reviews and number of submitted reviews. I am SO GLAD I chose them and not the other options because they went above and beyond my expectations! The paint matches perfectly and you cant even tell my car was scraped! I will be recommending them to family and friends and I highly recommend you try them if you need vehicle repairs!

I had some significant hail damage to my new vehicle. They did an extraordinary job of repairing it. It looks like new again. The staff was friendly and helpful. I would definitely take my vehicle there again.

The people who I spoke with were extremely helpful though my car was totaled and I cant comment so much on how good their work is their customer service was great! They made sure to get everything from my demolished vehicle and made sure I received this before the insurance company took over. I would definitely give them a shot for paint and body repairs.

The paint job was fine.I am revising my review, a bit, after discussing this matter with the owner. Certain factors that influenced my earlier review have been resolved. This review moved up from one star to four after a reasonable discussion with Scott, the owner.The guys who work the front office, John and David, really try to serve the needs of their employer and the needs of the customer.Mr B replaced a rear bumper for me, with no frame damage. They got OEM parts, did a nice job on assembly and paint. So, the end result was good.My remaining concern, and the legit reason for four instead of five stars... With no frame damage, this could have been a one day job, or maybe two at most. Instead, they had trouble with a supplier, and kept my truck for four days. I get that things happen, but they did not communicate as they should have. I had to call them to find out about the delays. It would have been better for them to have the necessary parts in stock, before I took my truck in.I can tell John and David really seem to want to do a good job. To his credit, Scott promises to try to address the communication issues and improve things for customers going forward.

Mr. Bs has great service and quality! My car situation was a bit complicated, plus I needed extended time due to personal timing circumstances but the front office team were always very patient, kind and thorough. As it turns out, they couldnt even help me BUT still, he took the time to refer me to where I needed to go AND vacuumed ALL the glass out of my car!!!! I couldnt believe it! Love the fact that it is a family owned business that cares about their customers. Drove from Rio Rancho to Gibson and Valencia in Albuquerque (approx 22 miles) to have quality work done. Very pleased with their service and they kept us informed about the progress of their work. Work done on time as promised and the car was clean inside and out when they finished. Would highly recommend.

Scott and the crew at Mr. Bs could not be nicer people. I had a rental while my car was being repaired, and somebody hit the rear bumper of the rental when it was parked somewhere, pushing the plastic bumper out from the adjacent metal side panel and breaking the clip that held them together. Of course, they didnt leave a note. The good folks at Mr. Bs spent 45 minutes working on this problem and fixing it - and they didnt charge me a dime for that work! They saved me a $500 deductible, as well a bump up in insurance rates for the damage to the rental. Like I say, really decent folks.Oh, and they did excellent work on the repair of my car, too.

I took my car here to get hail damage fixed as recommended from a family member and also another dent repair shop in Albuquerque. The first thing I noticed is how truly professional and upfront the staff is about the entire process from start to finish, including how the estimates work and where parts are sourced from.When I received the car, it looked back to brand new and the work was done well. About 3 days after taking the car home, I parked it in direct sunlight and noticed what appeared to be black overspray over the entire car. I took it back to them to see what they thought, and they were able to determine that it was not in fact overspray, but something else that may have been picked up from the road and could be removed quite easily with a cleaner. Although they were quite obviously not at fault for the grime, they STILL offered two free car washes to remove the grime from my car.All in all, my experience with Mr. Bs was great and I would recommend their work to anyone who is in need of car body work and wants it done quickly, professionally, and correctly. Great work!

I had my car worked on here to just replace the door panel and when I picked up my car (which was late and they told me last minute before they were closed for the three day weekend) the side mirror popped off as I backed up.Upset, I went to them wondering what happened and they just said it was like that when it came in. It wasnt.Edit: it was a couple years back but the negative experience still sticks with me. It was definitely here since my insurance offered it and I havent been back since.I dont appreciate the fact they dont own up to their mistakes like they are now with their reply. Worst repair shop I have ever experienced. They took almost half a year to fix my Jeep. They never ran out of excuses and damaged two of my vehicles when they were in their care. Go anyplace but here.

To not let them do the work that there would be a 400 dollar charge to put the vehicle back together. Crooks is an understatement. You can see where they admit to the charge on their facebook page. Stay away. Once we got the vehicle to another shop it has been confirmed now 3 times that their estimate included items that were not indeed damaged, State Farm agreed to pay them the ridiculous fee of 400. Soo I hope you guys enjoy that cash. Crooks!
