Ive been parking here for years and you couldnt find kinder, This place definitely lives up to its reviews! Everyone was so incredibly nice and helpful! Dropping off the and picking up the car was a quick and easy - we called ahead and our car was waiting for us when we got there to pick it up. Overall, amazing customer service and super reasonable rates!

This company is horrible. I prepayed for service and given instructions upon return. I had my tag, called after picking up luggage and told I needed to call back when I was one minute from the site of pick up. I was at the time of my initial call 30 seconds from the sidewalk. I was told before we left to call when we have baggage and to meet outside door 5 or they would t pick us up. We made our way to the bus that was not conditioned and sat and waited for over 20 minutes while one guy gave instructions to people who went to the incorrect door. We were told we would not be waited on if we were in the wrong spot yet we had to wait while people were being directed. The company employees were not wearing masks and driver didn’t even put his seatbelt on. Upon arrival most people received their keys but we didn’t. Then when they displayed a key we said no ours had a few other items attached. Then we were told they tore our keys apart because there was too much on them. Yet the other customers had all keys attached to their key rings. Upon inspection of our keys in the car our house key was missing. They asked us to look again then asked if we even had our house key. We put our luggage in our vehicle and as we were leaving the gentlaan told us if we find our key to call and let them know. We said we would be leaving a bad review and he laughed at us and when said he didn’t need to laugh at us yelled that we should never come back. This is one company we will NEVER use again. Ignorant and rude employees.

Came here after I found out my usual place had closed....so sad. The gate person was friendly and answered my questions. Was still able to leave keys with them. Got covered parking. No further information yet, but will do an update when when pick up my vehicle at the end of July.

I am SOLD on this service. All I have to do is reserve, pull in, and they come to us. Airport experience is so much smoother and Safer! Plus they were just so accommodating. We had a change in our plans and they politely and with no problems worked with us. We Will Be Back )

The drivers and staff here are wonderful!!! What a great experience, especially since I accidentally left the window on my vehicle open!!! Nothing was missing or damaged. THANK YOU SO MUCH!! I highly recommend Park and Shuttle and will continue to use this place always.

Good place to leave car while traveling. Easy in and nice to be picked up at the airport after my trip so I can just drive myself home. People are very friendly and helpful with my bags, plus they offered us water on the way out!

When we got back, our battery was dead. The driver got a charger and stayed with us until our car started. They were so kind and helpful- really above and beyond!

Had my son park theyre during his better semester break. On their website it clearly states $2 per day for long term parking. Plus I had a coupon for $1 off a day. When my son went to pick up his car after 37 days, they charged him $142. I called them and they charged him $4 a day. I made him go back. They wouldnt budge even though they knew they were wrong. I called back and had to be forceful with them and they lowered it to $85. Still double what should have been paid. Take my advice DO NOT PARK THERE. They try to take advantage of you.

When things go right it’s all easy but it’s when nothing goes right that when Park & Dhuttle really shines. So I landed from an international trip at midnight in albuquerque, of course the van was right there when I emerged from baggage claim. First challenge I could not find my orange place ticket so the poor driver had to drive me in circles for 10 minutes before we finally found my car. Luggage off loaded I jump in my car and the battery is dead. I walk to the front office where they immediately offer to get someone back to help and would I like to sit inside because it was only 28 degrees at that point. The driver returned within a minute and brought a portable jumper to start the car of course that didn’t work so after about 8 minutes and a few non starts he leaves to get a larger battery jumper. Within minutes the car is started and I am off to my home. I parked there specifically because of safety I knew I would be coming home by myself in the middle of the night and have always felt safe at Park & Shuttle. But it never occurred to me that I might need help at that hour to get my car going. I am so grateful to Park & Shuttle for going above and beyond - why would anyone in New Mexico park anywhere else.

Love the great service they provide. This last December I was in a hurry to catch my flight early in the morning. I dropped my keys in one of the vans. I realized it when I was in line to check in. I called and they told me they found my keys. They kept them for 2 weeks and had them ready when I got back. Its a testament to how I get treated every time I park here. I never consider parking anywhere else. My go to Airport Parking.

They picked me today from the airport very quickly. The driver made sure he put my luggage in the trunk. It is very cheap and very close to the airport. It feels like VIP service.I loved it.

Great service by the drivers, but when I left the lady at the pay window overcharged me. Their sign right by the lot says $2 a day parking, but she insisted it was $4 a day and charged me twice what it should have cost. Apparently their employees cant read the price on the giant sign right in front of them.

Have a coupon online currently and wont honor charged more than priced lady threw coupon away. Terrible customer service.

We had a coupon for one dollar off per day. But the attendant did not honor it. He said the computer would not register the code. Horrible customer service. We called to speak to the owner every day for a week but they were never there. Plenty of other options out there. Skip this one.

I like it and use it every time. Coming from Rio Rancho, its less expensive to leave the car here for a week than to have my wife drive back and forth.Nice staff. Shuttle picks and drops off from the parked car spot.

Shuttle driver only picked up two people, leaving a few others just standing there. I was running a little late already, so it was incredibly frustrating to see the shuttle be just a few rows over and only pick up two people before leaving. I called, and that was the only shuttle driver, so we all had to wait for those two people to get dropped off at the airport before he would come back for us. Ridiculous, horrible service.
