We were on a tight deadline to complete repairs for sale of our house and they worked us in within a couple of working days. They were very efficient doing re-piping to bring a boiler up to code, replacing a expansion tank for water heater, and replacing a water shut-off valve for a sink. They seemed very knowledgeable, and got the work done within a couple of hours.

The technician, Joe Montoya was on time, very courteous and took the time to listen to my concerns.I have been looking for a Plumbing+ company that provides the type of quality service and support that is geared towards customer satisfaction and I have found that with Wagner from the initial call to request an appointment to the actual service date. On July 29, 2021 a technician was requested to come and adjust the valve/water level on an already replaced (the previous evening) toilet tank kit. I understood there is a $79 fee just to come out. I informed the technician that he did NOT need to replace ANY parts as they had been replaced the night before. He quoted me a price of $153.01 which I assumed was the included labor fee. The technician replaced the flapper without telling me, despite the fact I had told him no new parts were necessary. When I looked at my invoice, he had charged me $63 for the flapper!I called to question the amount on the flapper (which I did NOT authorize). The owner/manager returned my call and was EXTREMELY RUDE and would not even give me the opportunity to speak. After a heated discussion on his part, he finally agreed to credit me the $63 for the flapper. As of today, I have not seen the credit and do not anticipate he will follow through on his word!I WILL NEVER USE WAGNER AGAIN!!! BEWARE!

Wagner reviewed the findings of a home inspection we had and quickly determined what they could fix. They installed plugs in the water heater control box and a ground wire where one was missing. They were meticulous, extremely knowledgeable, and professional. They only charged me for a service call, yet they certainly performed much more than a service.

I cannot say enough about what an amazing company this is and how wonderful Joe is. My family and I just moved into our house yesterday, and everything seemed fine until we got home from errands and our new house was 87 degrees inside. Frantic, we made tons of calls and were lucky enough that Joe was able to come out almost immediately. He diagnosed the issue, repaired it, and in less than an hour our house is cooling down again. We are first time homebuyers and terrified of what this could mean for us, Joe was empathetic, knowledgeable and easy to talk to. I honestly cant express how grateful we are for this company and for Joe.

Levi changed over receptacles in my homeHe took the time to explain and show me what work he was performing at the timeI had electrical outlets not working properly and he found the problem ; it was a loose wire. Our Wagner Tech Dennis was thorough, professional, and did a great job performing routine maintenance on one of our Mitsubishi splits. Since 2017, when chose Wagner to install our splits they have always been responsive, fair priced, and prompt with their service. I highly recommend Wagner for the job!

Our hot water heater quit working on Labor Day Weekend. I contacted Wagner and they had our service tech Carl at our house within an hour. Had a toilet that wouldnt flush well, and decided to replace the toilet. Discovered roots growing all over the sewer line once I removed the toilet. Scheduled an appt, and Robert used the camera to diagnose the issue.Robert explained the process, removed the roots, and provided recommendations to mitigate the problem. Highly recommend Wagner! Wagner has installed mini splits in every room of our downstairs, and is going to also put them in each room upstairs. In the past they have replaced and serviced our swamp coolers. I hired Wagner Mechanical to replace my existing HVAC unit, which failed after 18 years. I was very impressed that the person who came out to give me an estimate said he would be here at 9:30, and he was here at 9:30. Every other company wanted to give me a four-hour window, which says to me that they do not value my time. The installation team arrived on the date and at the time that they promised. They were efficient, polite, and professional. They cleaned up after the job. They carefully explained the new thermostat to me, even though I could have probably figured it out. The price was not inexpensive, but it was reasonable for the work they did. I would not hesitate to use their services again.

The Technician was was great he deserves a five star rating. However the people at the office canceled me three times after promising to be here. Therefore I give their management a two star rating. I also think their price is too high. At this time I’m not sure if I will call them back or not

They were great working the purchase and made sure that I had all the information with no pressure. THEY WERE ALWAYS ON TIME! The team did a great job of doing the removal and install and had the job done in about 6 hours. The field supervisor came out to make sure that I was completely happy with the job and understood everything about the new system. Cant compliment them enough.

Wagner installed our HVAC system 7 years ago. In order to qualify for the 12 year warranty we had to agree to pay for their monthly service contract. Recently we needed to put a new roof on our home which made it necessary for the condenser to be removed. Our roofer was willing and able to do this work however it would have voided our warranty. So at twice the cost we contracted with Wagner to do the removal and reset. The work performed by Wagner was very unprofessional, despite clear description of the scope of work the multiple servicemen who came out were not aware and not prepared to do the job we had contracted for. They even borrowed our equipment, two of them without even asking permission. Due to lack of communication between themselves and failure to understand what they were supposed to do, our experience has been very disappointing. As of today, 10 days after finishing, we have had no response from Wagner to address our concerns (which are numerous, including but not limited to, a bent gutter, final balancing of the system and potential electrical damage done to our unit from incorrect wiring).We are obviously unhappy.

I’m always afraid of calling out a company to do maintenance check ups because I feel they may do something to mess up a system running correctly so you can call them back for repair. Salvador was the person called out for our appointment and I was very pleased with his service and time he took to explain any questions I had. I am a happy customer so far and pleased that they did a maintenance visit on AC before our hottest months hit.Thank you Salvador!

WAGNER MECHANICAL replaced our old swamp cooler with Carrier central air conditioning and replaced our old water heater. They also upgraded our electrical systems to handle it all. They arrived on schedule with three trucks and a team of about eight guys - got it ALL done in one day. I cant say enough good things about this company, particularly their speed and professionalism. Dont waste your time with any of their competitors.

Jesus was the technician who serviced my unit and sold me a new one since my current one was rusted out. He was very knowledgeable, professional, polite, and understanding of my needs. There was some delays with my scheduled install date but Sarah went above and beyond to make it happen.. The install Crew were on time, with the same professionalism. Chris really knew what he was doing and was able to explain things in a way that was easy to understand. If your looking for a great company this is it.

Mike did a great job! He worked on our AC until the job was done, making a few trips for parts. He completed the job that we feel shouldve been completed yesterday, when we first got the AC turned on. It was never checked yesterday after being turned on. Wagners team arrived on time to install an evaporative cooler, and were polite and professional. The installation went well, but the water source (exterior spigot) posed unexpected plumbing problems. Although it was not their error, Wagner expedited additional service to ensure a reliable water source. They stayed late to advise and implement a solution to get my new cooler fully operational. At the end of the day, I feel like Wagner provided what they promised, plus went the extra mile to provide higher-level consultation - I see why they get such great reviews.

Technician performed annual water heater maintenance by flushing mineral buildup from tank. He also advised me regarding recirculating hot water circuit operation. Tech Alex L is very competent and technically knowledgeable.

We were worried about a sound related to our air conditioning. Turned out to not be a problem, but our technician was polite and explained how the condensation pump works and that it wasn’t an unusual concern by customers. Wagner has done a good heating and cooling job for us over the years.

I was very impressed with the Wagner Mechanical service I received. The team, led by Miguel, took time to speak with me and understand my concerns about installation. They spent the entire day working to install the system in a very hot house under difficult circumstances. I appreciated Wagners use of several specialized teams who came and went throughout the day working on specific jobs. Would use again.

Weve used Wagner several times in the past and they have a great team. They may not be the cheapest in town, but they are worth the little extra you might pay (though our new water heater was within $100 of other quotes). This review is for a hot water tank installation and plumber Steven Jaramillo was professional, on time, answered all my dumb questions, kept a tidy jobsite, cleaned up when done, and respected our request to wear a mask while in the house. I definitely recommend them.

Wagner put our heating and cooling system in 2006. Wasn’t real happy with the salesperson but have lived with a extremely loud blower system. Last summer I had a coil cooling fan replaced by another licensed installer. Cooler ran fine. In March we had a technician do a $99. System check up. When he review our system he was more interested in selling me a complete new system.When I turned the cooling system on this year it failed to operate. The installer of the fan last year notice the fan was spinning backward not in the proper direction. No one has touch the system since Wagner did it’s check up. The wires were switched and the system ran pourly.The wires were reconnected and the systems back to normal. I will never use Wagner again an suspect the wires were switched on their visit.

The experience from start to finish was superior. Very responsive from the company to the technician that came out for the quote and then back to do the install. Randy was our technician and he was Awesome, friendly very knowledgeable and professional.

Performed start up swamp cooler for the season. Super easy to schedule on line and then they called that day to give estimated arrival time plus e-mail confirmation. Technician (Randy) arrived right on time. He was thorough and explained his steps and condition of the cooler. Were relatively new to swamp cooling so he took the time to review how to operate for best performance. Very happy with his service.

After two no pass citations from the city inspectors, Wagner does not return my calls to fix the improperly serviced water heater(s). Still trying to learn names of senior management, but defensive telephone operators promise that someone will return my call(s). Still waiting!

Lucas was out to perform maintenance on our refrigerated air system. He did some required work and thoroughly explained what had to be done and why. He is quite knowledgeable about his work. We have had him come out before on routine maintenance and he has been very friendly and courteous. We were pleased with the work that he performed.

The team worked hard to get two HVAC units replaced in one day. They were professional and hard working throughout; no inappropriate music, language, or behavior. I am very glad I went with Wagner!

Technical people were great and did a good job. Unfortunately, sales and management are the worst. Once contract was locked in, they became condescending, insulting, and unavailable. Would not answer legitimate questions about the job. Never responded to correspondence. Probably paid way too much because we were in a hurry. Will certainly shop elsewhere in the future.

Lucas did a complete inspection of my mini-split system and cleaned four of the units, staying until the job was complete. He was professional, friendly, and explained everything, including pictures of the inside of the units. I enjoyed meeting Lucas and am happy with his service.

Overall extremely disappointed with this company. First, I made an appointment with them to schedule an AC repair. After giving all my information and setting up the appointment, the very same lady I spoke with calls me again the next day to say she is ready to schedule an appointment for me. At that point I knew there would be problems. Then on the day of the appointment they informed my wife, who had already taken off from work, that they needed to cancel. They said they didn’t have enough workers and overbooked. They wanted to reschedule in 2 weeks. After my wife informed them that was unacceptable, they were able to reschedule us for the following Monday. On the day of the rescheduled appointment, the tech showed up and said he could not complete the repair. He said his supervisor told him there would be liability issues if they tried to do the repair. Complete waste of time. I should’ve done myself a favor and call TLC right off the bat. Live and learn.

All of my dealings with Wagner have been excellent from hot water heater installation, and now Im having Wagner repaired and install a Carrier air-conditioning heater package unit on my house Wagner is very responsive to my needs, excellent work, and very cost competitive. I recommend Wagner, you will not be disappointed.

They do not install ducts & vents. I wanted to replace the ducts & vents as dust from insulation coming in house from air intake opening in attic for the furnace making it difficult to breathe. They could offer a ductless heating/cooling system that I will be getting more information on and an estimate. The professional that came to home (Joe) actually listened to what I was experiencing. He was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to investigate. Showed me pictures and explained. He was great.

Wagner has been nothing but awesome for me. They have replaced a water heater, done some minor electric, and replaced a toilet. I have had Randy for 2 of the replacements. Both times he was professional and explained everything that was needed and why. I also had Levi to do the electric work and he was professional and good at problem solving. So far I have been very impressed. I also like that they send a pic of the person showing up to work so I feel more comfortable opening the door.

I appreciate how flexible these folks were- when my schedule changed they adjusted so I could keep my appointment. The tech, Victor Valles, was professional, knowledgeable and very helpful. These folks take pride in the work they do and it shows.

No doubt, this company can perform your service. The technician, Jesus was personable and competent with the required repairs. My one complaint, is the date was scheduled a month in advance, the representative/technician showed up at 4:30 and said he couldnt do the repair and they would be back in three days. This at a time when the house was now getting miserably hot. The mini split system now functions well, but at an estimate based on worst case scenario, which means I paid for repairs that where not required.

Gavin was punctual and very professional. He very carefully replaced our aging water heater.

Our AC quit on the evening of July the 4th, because you know Sod’s law. We called a couple of repair shops and Wagner was the most responsive. Dennis came out by 10:30 on the 5th, quickly diagnosed the problem as a start capacitor issue, replaced the part and was done within 20 minutes. He was extremely professional, friendly and helpful. Overall I am very pleased with the service and response time of Wagner.

After the installation team left, all seems fine. Later on that night when we had to turn the garage light realized the garage light did not light up. Though the light bulb needed to be change, so we changed and still did not work. The techs were working on the attic, right above the light. So I called wagner and the next time they could send a tech is four days from now. Not good they should prioritize they work they messed up. Not happy with customer service reply after the installation.

They claim on their website that they provide a long list of duct services however they do not do any of those things. I am not sure why a business would advertise that they perform services that they dont actually do. I originally called to get information and was disconnected before I ever got to anyone. I then submitted a request for information through their website and never got a call back. These are all basic things for doing business (doing what you say you do, answering the phone, returning calls...)
