The blower went out on my old heater. I decided to replace the old furnace and was very happy with the job and the price. The new heater works great. The guys that did the install had to rebuild all the metal ducting. they did an awesome job and everything works and looks great.Real customer here with a photo for proof.
Our realtor set us up with Redline and they were supposed to come within a 4 hour time frame and call before they came. We never received a call, so our realtor set us up with another time the next day, and offered to pay a fee in case they showed up and didn’t call. No shows on the second day! Called and no answer! Left voicemail and no call back! Do not use these guys. We called Allied Plumbing and they came out promptly, called ahead of time to let us know they were coming and did a great job!
Brian came out to locate sprinkler stubout . He gave excellent teaching not only about preparing for sprinklers but also about plumbing system in our new home. Awesome customer service and personality. Thanks Brian!
Revised, good work but pricey.
Redline Plumbing receives a very bad review from me. In July 2018 during a conversion from Propane to Natural Gas, for lack of a simple five dollar part Redline did not order on time; even though the job was scheduled in April of 2018 my home was without hot water for over 10 days.Unknown to me at the time Redline did not use the correct connectors and couplers when hooking up the natural gas to the house. Now in Oct of 2018 due to their very terrible workmanship and installation of a coupler that was not approved by the Gas company, there was a very large leak! The Gas company had to come out on an emergency basis. They had to disconnect the meter, open up the ground and allow the gas to dissipate safely and shut down all the work done by Redline. The entire job done by Redline has to be completely redone and redone correctly! It is a miracle the gas leak did not catch a spark and become volatile and have an explosion.I strongly recommend anyone thinking about using Redline for their plumbing needs to use another company. Their quality of work is terrible. The company cannot be trusted to do the work correctly and safely. This is the worst plumbing company ever!
I send a request on the web page after hours for failed tank less water heater. They called me back immediately that next morning. The office was great in providing me options. Casey, the service tech showed up to my house on a Friday at 6pm at the time I was told. He was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and very professional. NOTE, I had called Wagner Mechanical on the previous day and they came out and said my water heater needed replacement for $5200.00! Knowing the estimated cost of the water heater I knew Wagner was trying to take advantage of me. I then asked around for a reference to a different contractor. Redline was recommended as a great contractor. Redline gave me a cost 1/2 the cost of Wagner and I agreed to have Redline replace the heater. Before replacement Casey took the time to diagnose my tank less water heater, flush the unit, clear the error code and got the unit back on line. I know the unit will eventually fail in time due to aging. I also know I will be calling Redline to come replace the unit. I recommend this contractor for your plumbing needs. Do not hesitate to call them.
Fast efficient and definitely put a great system in our new home, very good customer service and accountability!! Totally would recommend this company to anyone!
We used Redline for a new construction home and had a variety of experiences with the different plumbers. Some were talented and did a fast and thorough job, whereas others seemed new to the task - like when we had the water softener installed, which took many hours videos from YouTube to help them complete it. The largest challenge is comes from the lack of communication between the front office and the actual techs. Many times our requests for work went unanswered and our project was delayed.
The workers that came to my office were very unprofessional.I noticed that some of them were drinking alcohol while being at work and that is not acceptable. Very unprofessional.
Red Line Mechanical was hired to install a new water heater. There has been problems with the water heater, as they seem to not have installed it properly. They have been scheduled to come and fix it & have failed to show up two days in a row. They do not stand to their word & they seem to not do their work correctly. Lastly, they have awful customer service, if you go to them in person to talk about the problem they give you a dirty look.Yes, they give you affordable prices, but their work & customer service is awful. You get what you pay for.
We had to replace our furnace this winter. When our furnace failedwe had no heat in our home. Redline Mechanical LLC were very promptin replacing our heating unit for a very reasonable cost. The staff werevery friendly and compassionate to our stressful situation. I would highly recommend this company.
I highly recommend Redline and specifically, Brian. Under such unpleasant circumstances (no hot water), Brian made the hardship easier to bare. This professional was extremely, diligent, polite, and most importantly well versed and experienced in this skillset, maintenance, repair, or full replacement of the tank less water heater. The task completed at my residence took not fewer than 10-12 hours for it was a major failure by this water heater. Brian stated he would not leave me hanging without hot water, and he fulfilled his promise. Brian was easy to talk to and answered all my questions, continuing to educate me further on troubleshooting the problems and showing how to take care of this system. I want to close this with, work ethic.Through all this Brian was hustling, working hard and making me feel like the job was in good hands. Thanks again.
Bryan has always done outstanding work, and the last time he came, he did a great job on our toilet. He is prompt, courteous, and competent, and the job was done in a minimal time and at a quite reasonable cost. I would recommend Bryan and Redline Mechanical for any and all plumbing jobs.
Bryan and his crew were very professional and did everything they could to fix my plumbing problem. My upstairs toilet was filling very slowly and they came out and were able to fix the issue. They found a small rock in the water line. They stayed until the problem was fixed and I was very pleased with their work.
Bryan and his assistant Santos have done a couple of jobs at my house. They are fantastic! Polite, professional and the quality of their work is excellent!
Brian came out to look at our water pressure issues. He showed us how to maintain our faucets and sink. Very helpful!
Very accomodating, great service, very comparable pricing.
So far, its been a huge waste of time going through this company. Ive had three separate visits from Redline to accomplish very little. Visit #1 was to explain how it took over 70 seconds to get hot water from my tankless water heater to my kitchen tap. The solution implemented on Visit #2? Tempering valves to mix the hot and cold together, which has done nothing to fix that problem. Visit #2 was spent explaining repeatedly to the technician how I wanted a simple water line run to an espresso maker and where I wanted the hole drilled for the line. Visit #3 saw them install the RO system that *they* recommended only to have the technician leave without checking its operation, *and* not returning when he said he would to reinstall the dishwasher properly (incorrectly reinstalled it after running the water line). Now I have them coming back on Monday (Visit #4) to get the right line to the espresso maker (they didnt check before running the wrong type of hose to the espresso maker, meaning theyre going to have to repeat the work they spent all last visit doing....Then theyll hopefully fix the RO system (a brand of which *they* recommended) and install the T-valve so I have RO water coming to the faucet *and* plumbing to the espresso maker.Honestly, Im not plumber. But this doesnt seem like advanced stuff here. A couple T-valves and the right materials couldve saved so much time, headache, and frustrstion. On top of it all I asked the girls in the office *repeatedly* to send a different technician who could review the situation and make it right, and they repeatedly sent the same guy instead of getting another pair of eyes on the project. The whole sad saga continues Monday... Updates to follow.
