I can confidently say that this was the worst service Ive ever gotten in my life.I took my Milwaukee drill here to have it serviced while still under warranty. After I showed him the problem, he took it in and told me to call him in a few days to see what was going on with it, so I did and he said he was still getting around to it, to call him again in a few more days. I called again a few days later, he said he wasnt sure what was going on with it, and to call back again later because he was busy. I had to leave the country, so I asked my girlfriend to call him and see when a good time to pick it up would be, whether or not it was fixed.When she called, the owner told her that she had an hour and a half to pick it up or he was going to sell it, because his shop isnt a storehouse. When she said that she had commitments, and she could come by tomorrow, he said that she better hope that its still there.So she went in the next day to get it, he was really rude to her (dont make the mistake of being pretty around a chauvinist), and gave her the drill back while saying it never should have been left here, Milwaukee needs to buy him a new battery.Cant say enough bad things about this place.

Good guy I think he gets screwed by the warranty gig

I had a super friendly and competent experience of Jose. He cross-referenced parts numbers to discover that he had the small Milwaukee part I needed in stock when nobody else in town did, and sold it to me for a buck. Very friendly conversation too.

I was going to take my chain saw, but rite off the bat he asked what I had as soon as he knew it was a small job, he said would take three weeks .He said he had to much work funny when I got there they were closed before posted hours so I had to call him for contact.
