I was very frustrated with a competing company and called Noble County Removal. The person I spoke with answered all my questions, discussed how billing is charged....no $30 environmental fee or $36 container pickup fee when you discontinue services. I’m thrilled to not have to renegotiate my billing price every time service is interrupted! Thank you for accommodating seasonal customers. The call was also answered on the 3rd ring unlike the 40 minute hold I had with Republic services trying to discontinue services.

New driver refuses to pick up my trash unless I call the office right after he drives by. Office refuses to send him back if I dont call back as soon as he passes the house. Have to use a security camera to prove trash is at the curb and as a bonus he has torn my yard up twice now.

They are rude and extremely unprofessional. They constantly leave trash behind or just decide not to pick up my trash for the week.

Missed taking garbage again this week. Usually you have to deal with a government office for this level of incompetence

They missed my first trash pickup and the lady on the phone was rude when I confronted them. Only pro is they are cheaper than other trash companies but you get what you pay for.

Im not sure what all of these negative reviews are about, Ive had nothing but good service from NCD. My parents have used them for 10+ years and Ive personally used them for 3. Trash is always picked up at the same general time, other than around holidays, and the rate is reasonable.

Been using them for 3 years now, theyve never missed a pickup. Way cheaper than Republic or WM.

They picked trash up like they should of, My thing with them was that I thought I had a credit with them due to going to have extra things picked up and I never got around to getting the stuff out to be picked up. The new year came I pay for the whole year at a time and thought my credit took care of the bill. Then got a cancel notice in mail paid bill online late but paid them next bill got ten dollars added on for service restart called them about that and was told thats just what they do. Changed service paid new company in full for the year. Still not sure about the credit because when I called in the new year there was no credit and asked about the ten dollar charge there was no way they was going to take it off bill so best I just get some one else instead of stewing on it.

Very nice and helpful! Trash is always picked up on time!

The recycling guy misses our recycling at least every few months! His excuse is always that he did not see it, yet it sits where the trash does, and the trash never gets missed. I try to call to ask them to pick it up, and the line is always busy.

2nd time this year they havent picked up my trash. When they do pick it up they are fine. Lady on phone seems somewhat nice but doesnt really understand how inconvenient it is to have to go an extra week and tells me its ok well pick up extra if you have it for next week. Its not ok. What sits out of the NCD can get tore open by animals. If they forget one more time in taking my business elsewhere.

Good people just wish phone wasnt always busy when I try to call!

Not sure why you cant get recycle bin delivered Before you are due to put it out! Paying for service when not able to use it without using up a lot of bags to put it in.

Excellent service with the cleanest disposal trucks around. They are great people.

Picked up some trash. Then billed for small box, Large box. extra bag, bag sticking above bin top and did not empty bin. Cancelled service and were billed for writing refund check and mailing same. Talk about generating income!

NCD does a great job and are always timely in picking up the trash for their customers.

Had a problem they left a huge rut in the yard owner came out to fix it just put dirt on the hole then when they dropped the trash can on the sidewalk and left it the lady who leaves responses on google was rude to my wife and I and changes the story to act holier than thou. Switched to Republic and will never go back to NCD.

Nice facility, very well kept and clean trucks, & easy to deal with.

If you want your trash not to be picked up this is the service for you. Or if you would like customer service to be rude to you when you are upset that your trash hasnt been picked up choose Noble County. I wish I could leave a review of negative stars.

Don’t call if you have a dog!! If there is a dog anywhere within 1000ft of your trash can they will leave your trash and it will be another week until it is picked up.

They do a great job!
