Everyone is very nice and the service is pretty good, too. It still took about an hour to have my oil changed, even with an appointment and I hate how they bring in things that need changed, like wipers and air filters. It feels like they try to shame you into buying from them when its much cheaper to have that done elsewhere. The oil change itself was about $56.
