DHS and worker Kelli get 1 star because I cant give 0. Super uncaring, acted like me applying for assistance was a burden to them, kept on speaking in terms of if this is true and tried to place my case in another county. I spent 2 hours crying after my call with Kelli and asked to cancel my application...it was hard enough for me to get over the embarrassing feelings of needing help, but after how I was treated I will never ask for it again. Kelli replied with a inconsiderate, OK, take care. Thanks for making me feel like I nothing but garbage that doesnt deserve help right after I FINALLY got the courage to ask for it.

My appointment was about mental health and everyone was very nice and efficient and got me where I was to go in a timely manner.
