They came down to our business the day we called and fixed the problem we had. Service Tech was professional and courteous. I know who I will call the next time.

Called Master Plumbing to get an estimate on some plumbing work I needed done in my bathroom took forever to get ahold of someone to send a guy out told me they would email me an estimate within a week it’s now been 2-3 weeks and I still haven’t received an estimate after calling twice and even having someone tell me they would have to check into it and someone will call me back..Never recived a call back or an estimate I will never call or recommend this company to anyone! 😡

You shouldnt classify your business as being 24/7/365 if you have no one to do a job. You should not classify your business as having emergency services when in retrospect thats false advertising.

They were quick, courteous, and reasonable prices. ..My bathroom looks great!!
