I love perfect but their prices have gone up so much its crazy. But they always do super super good on my nails. I always make my appt. With Anna. Never left dissatisfied.

Nice place and nice people. Left and messed up the polish on my big toe. Came back the same day and they removed the polish off that toe and repainted it for free

Nail technician took her time and did it right. I really like this place.

The guy that works in there seemed like he was in a rush while doing my nails! I asked for gold glitter on my nails and it looks yellow with a little bit of glitter in it. He was in a rush the whole time! I have bubbles in my nails. I will not be going back here again! I rather spend the extra money and go somewhere else.

Was told it would cost 5$ extra just for the coffin shape. Then I picked the color. He said 45$ for gel. So I said no and he still did gel. I didnt get charged no. But theyre wrong and messed up. The color is GORGEOUS. But my nail color is smeared and wrinkled because its gel.

I came in to get my eye brows waxed and they had me standing for 5 minutes before the girl got annoyed that I was waiting to be told where to go. She told me to sit in the chair for 15 minutes and was completely ignored. Very poor for business. It’s a simple walk in service needless to say very poor first impression I will not be back. If I could give zero stars I would.

I have visited other salons over the years but always come back to Perfect Nails. The work is the absolute best and they take their time and make sure it’s how you want it. I’ve never had a problem, have been going for over 10 years. Prices do change depending on what you get, make sure to tell them exactly what you want- especially if it’s anything other than the norm. I even recommended them for manicures on children. My 10 year old loves visiting them and getting her nails done.

I love that place, I live 35 miles away but I will drive there to get my nails done by any of them.. it’s over like 300 colors... I will be going back next week.

Some old lady made my eyebrows as skinny as TOOTHPICKS when i said i wanted them just to be cleaned up. my eyebrows are naturally thick but now they’re not.

Me and one of my friends went to get our nails done and there was no line so I asked them how long would it be for us to get our nails done and they said 10 mins. There was probably 7 employees there but only two of them would do nails and some would just be sitting around looking at their phones while there are people waiting to be helped. Long story short, they took 2 hours to do my acrylic and my friend never even got called over to get hers done. People walked in after us and they called one of them over before her. She literally sat there so long she ended up getting polish off the wall and painted them herself 😡 Oh and after all of that I didnt even get what I wanted so I came home and had to reshape them myself. 😡

Very very rude people and services are horrible. They do a bad job and expect you to pay without fixing it. At least when Wanda would do your nails although she was high off of marijuana she would do a good job. Sunny was ok but the marijuana threw her off to where she couldn’t focus. Nobody else can really speak english and only about two people can can do all services. Don’t waste your money!! Go elsewhere!!

I will never give my money to this “salon” ever again. I simply asked for a full set of SNS in an American manicure style..... what I got in return was a cloudy, lumpy, uneven French manicure. I was unable to communicate what I didn’t like with my technician because of a language barrier. I had to talk to the “manager” and she would relay it to her and I still got something completely different than what I asked for. Then she proceeded to charge me $50 dollars when the price menu posted stated $40. After I asked her to fix them and tell her my dislikes she continued to tell me “that’s what an American Manicure looks like and that’s what I asked for” even tho they look nothing like the picture I showed the technician and refused to fix them .... waste of money and time...

Major language barrier and two new employees always do an awful job. Ive went in for a fill in had to pop them off the next day because my nails looked that bad. Big waste of money here.

I have always went there to get acrylic and the workers are always really nice. I would recommend it to anyone.

They did a good job on my fingernails but I paid for a pedicure and the person doing it cut too far back on my toe and I now have an ingrown toenail.

I went there today with my friends and wanted acrylics and they ended up painting my nails instead but I stopped them and they did my acrylics and the same happened with one of my friends but she ended up just leaving with the regular paint. And we were there for almost 3 hours, so it also took forever
