I love this dealer! I know that’s hard to comprehend because many people know that the Service Desk is always trying to rip them new orifices. However, the service manager Aaron took such great care to follow through with all of my issues and requests and put Tad, their best “A mechanic,” to work on my truck twice. I had replaced some parts and I also had an issue when my truck was getting very slow to drive uphill he checked out everything and new so quickly what the problem was, my fuel injectors. ;( So although I didn’t get to fix it there because I didn’t have the money at the time and I broke down later on in a different state,Tad diagnosed all of my truck issues with the experience and knowledge that he had within less than an hour. (I’m sure probably even less but you know you got to pay for at least an hour LOL) They didn’t overcharge me which was great and the turnaround time was one of my best experiences with a mechanic shop. If you have an issue with your truck and you can wait to get to them and you have the money to pay-get there! Do not be cheap going to a mom and pop or your friends or do it yourself, I highly recommend this Volvo dealership to be honest and straightforward with you. You get what you pay! Oh and last but not least a huge parking lot and a nice shower. 🐆

Went there today to pick up one of our delivery trucks. The guys there were professional and personable.

Amazing people working in here

I had visited this place to get my transmission checked out and have to say they did a great job. However, three weeks later I noticed having issues with my start. I immidiately Assummed the issue has to do with a fuel pump or filter.I brought it in, and only after 1 week they took the truck in and told me my injectors need to be changed $5000 job and everything is pointing to it. I told them let’s do it unfortunately. After, they completed the job they said the primer pump is not working. Are you kidding me???!!??The truck ran perfect and all I needed was a pump changed but they put me in a hole for 5 grand.Do not trust this dealer service at all anymore!!!Beware

Horrible service!!!!! Brought in to look at a lagging throttle issue. Told them to check maybe the fuel filter is bad. They changed a sensor that wasnt a problem then next day as a miracle a plastic tube blew on me and i had to bring it back thinking it was their fault.But no they charged me all together about 2k and when i went on the road the problem was still there. i stopped at a mechanic shop to find out they never even checked a fuel filter which was completely dirty.Spent 60 bucks and the issue went away.i will never go there and advise you not to bring anything there for mechanic issues. Because obviously they cant diagnose a simple problem.

The Regional Manager Tony is very bad person, he abuse the customer, dont even try to fix the problem, he is very racial man. Even he curse the customer on in front of everyone. He doesnt even know customer is always right, even they are wrong, However Manager should pretend, Customer is always right, Customer wants to listen from Manager, Yes sir, Let me check again, Let me see, Let me see what Can I do for you again with no charge, Specially when customer made a payment already, Guess what I called to his boss, to fix this complain, His boss never called me back either, He might not get my message. Too bad anyways, Even That regional Manager Tony refused to take my truck next time for other issue. Just because he is very racial person. WOW. I strongly believe if that Regional Manager go to McDonald and asking a job, He cant even sell One single sandwich. He must have a good source to get this job, My next step to file my complain with Volvo USA Direct. lets see.

I am not satisfied with the service, no one ever looked my truck for most 2 days, Very bad service, And I dont recommend this place. For us truckers time is money, they don’t deserve any stars.....
