If you ever though what a Therapists office should be like, THIS IS IT.Off street parking in back, easy access and handicap accessible. Arlene supervises the staff and attracts only the finest. Beverages and lite treats available before and after appointments, which are run on time.Well respected in the community. Takes most insurances and may make special financial arrangements.

Extremely unprofessional. Office has an awkward odor. Inexperienced therapists who don’t know enough to use your preferred pronoun. Ended up going to In Our Own Voices and had a much better experience!

After almost 1 year on the waitlist, I finally received an appointment. Upon my arrival, no one was at the front desk to greet me. During my time in the waiting area, I overheard 2 therapists gossiping about a client and referring to client as transwoman. I found it disrespectful and unprofessional. 1 therapist was walking around with no shoes on, which I found to be highly unprofessional as well.They dont care here! I had 1 session and will never go back.

This office violated my HIPPA rights by discussing my business with an agency I work with......without my permission. I did not sign a release of information at all!

Theyve helped me a lot, especially with gender identity stuff.
