Delivery is scheduled, but doesnt show up. No one calls you. No one answers the phone when you call them.You try to speak, they speak over you.Superior local customer service, Delivery when promised - no. Im still waiting for my delivery like the reviewers before me...I did not select this shipment company, but I will make sure that my future purchases will not be through companies that choose this shipping service.
Ordered a stove from Lowes. Lowes called the day before delivery was to happen to tell me that my window of delivery was changed from 8-12 to sometime that day and that XPO would call by 9PM to let me know a new window time. NO call by 9PM. EPOs recorded message basically says how they have to schedule deliveries to optimize THEIR time!!! How about some consideration for the customer? I Called Lowes at 9PM. Lowes CS said I was calling too late You cant make this stuff up! I cancelled the order. Both Lowes and XPO have to understand who is paying for the service.
Was to be delivered 5/27. Today is 6/4 and still no delivery. 6 days of no update on tracking. Call and the excuse is they are backed up. My item has been on truck for 2 days. Truck has not been unloaded yet. Anticiapted delivery 6/7. I wont hold my breath.
Every time XPO is involved in delivering an item to me, there is a huge issue. Every.single.time. Not only do they have no clue which packages go on their trucks, but then when you call to ask questions, they transfer you from one agent to another - and then if you ask to speak to a manager (I got Ed several times), he lies and does not follow through ONE bit on what he tells you he will do. Avoid doing ANY business with this company. Period!
Only 1 star because have to provide something..by far the WORST delivery service I have ever the displeasure of dealing with! We ordered a ride on mower from Tractor Supply Co that was supposed to be delivered on 5/27. This company rescheduled the delivery date 10 times because a lack of drivers and the delivery required a lift gate truck that they didnt have on hand like thats supposed to be the customers issue! When the manager Joe Frazier was contacted by email after REPEATED unanswered phone calls, there was absolutely no reply. It took me contacting Tractor Supplys customer solutions teams to contact them to demand delivery be made mind you, we live directly across a hardware store to whom they deliver to almost DAILY! Finally, they give a date an estimated time of delivery of 6/11 between noon and 4 pm on the tracking site. After 4 pm I look to see the status and it says delivered at 2:53 pm. It was not at my home so I called and speak with a less than helpful person named Katana who asks me did you need a lift gate truck....now how in the hell am I supposed to know what truck I need to deliver something to my home?? She then proceeds to check on the status and says it was dropped off at the Tractor Supply store closest to my address since they didnt have the proper truck on hand to bring it to my home even though we paid a $153 delivery fee! I asked why wasnt I contacted, no call or email just dropped it off elsewhere and her response is Im just finding out all of this information like you are. Is there a manager no hes gone for the day....Beyond disgusted with this company and will never do business with them. If you have any way of finding out who will be doing your delivery in advance and find its this company, cancel your orders! This company needs a serious facelift in customer service, employees, and accountability! I will be reporting them to the BBB and following up with management.
Have yet to receive a package from them on time and intact. Just awful
New excuse every time we called. Unorganized, late, instead of just being honest about how late our items were going to be they kept saying call back tomorrow it should be on its way tomorrow. So frustrating!!!

Just keep pushing the date back even tho its 25 minutes away and they have had my order for 5 days just sitting at the shipping center.

Cant comment on their residential delivery but I picked up some solid surface countertop at their Albany NY warehouse that came from AZ and had zero problems. People were friendly, they had it loaded in my truck within ten minutes, no damage, no drama.

I ordered a very expensive garage air compressor, there was a mix up with the shipping address, my billing address was used instead of the actual shipping address, no big deal. I emailed and the company I bought it from emailed xpo, we were assured that it would be delivered to the correct address and that when they called to schedule the delivery to triple confirm. Well they never called and I arrived home to find my compressor left in my neighbors driveway. I called xpo I got the same line every company uses well with COVID-19 mistakes happen and that they couldn’t come back out to get it till at least a few days. I asked what was I supposed to do leave it out in the street(it weighs 305lbs) they said they’d let me know. Days later no excuse, I had to rent a truck with a lift gate and move it that night so not only did it cost me the rental of the truck but I also paid xpo an extra fee for lift gate service that I obviously got nothing from. Garbage company, garbage service

Ordered a snowblower through company that used xpo for carrier, kept changing date of delivery then lost it, employees gave attitude and no definite answer to any question. Unreliable and unprofessional
The companys driver (apparently they only have 1) decided to call out. After already rescheduling my delivery that Ive now waited 1 1/2 months for called to tell me again it needed to be rescheduled. Thry said the truck broke down but told lowes that the driver called out. So then they said I needed to possibly wait up to an additional 2 weeks to get it delivered. And 24 to 48 hours for a call back from a manager. WORST COMPANY EVER.
I had a scheduled delivery for 6/2 they never called or showed . I tried getting answers and was put on hold for hours . There response was oh we are really behind but u can come get your pool if you want . Unreal I paid over $100 for shipping and that’s how they treat you .
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANYI bought a desk from Office Depot that xpo was supposed to deliver that was a day late without telling me and the day it did arrive it was late. First the delivery guy went to the wrong place and waited there for an hour before calling me and after three times of giving him directions he finally got to my place. But when he arrived he was delivering my desk alone and made me help him carry the ~100 lb desk to my front door, not even inside! But he did go inside so that he could use my bathroom. I then realized the box was damaged and I could see scratches on the desk that are visible after assembly and there was a broken part inside too, but Office Depot was unresponsive about this whole thing!DO NOT USE XPO, THEY WILL BE LATE AND DAMAGE YOUR DELIVERY

They guaranteed my order would be here on dec 27th. They called me. Scheduled an apt. And I had to make sure someone was there all day to retrieve my order. They never showed up.So I called. They said they didn’t have a driver. No call. Just didn’t show!I was going out of the country the following day and needed this delivered as soon as possible as someone was watching my animals. And it was to feed my animals.Talked to the manager Jason. guaranteed it would be delivered by Monday. Gave him an alternate number as I am out of the country and cannot be reached. He never showed up. It’s now Wednesday. And my chickens don’t have feed. No call. This company sucks.

Giving 2 star because of the delivery guy/truck driver. Delivery was on time and the customer service was great. However we had a big time problem with the delivery guy (one among the delivery team). He was very rude to us and he maintained it trough out his presence in our home. We asked him to cover his shoes with a bag (provided by us or he can use if he has one) or remove the shoes before entering to our home for safety of our kids. He DO NOT want to do it and he DID ENTERED HOME WITH SHOES showing his ATTITUDE. We were in shock and speechless.
Absolutely horrific transport company. if you want to receive your product damaged beyond repair, have a driver act like someone else did it and not give a crap that your product that you paid for and then paid for to ship was treated in the worst possible way, then let Conway freight transport for you. If you want a company to deliver something and care how it gets to you, I recommend calling Old Dominion. they are an excellent transport company. By the way, I receive freight around 30 times per week, every week so I know a thing or too about this company. EVERY time they deliver, it is damaged and their attitude is the same. terrible.
Horrible experience! My wife was told to expect delivery on a Thursday between 12:30 and 5:00. When the delivery did not come by 5:00, she called, and was told the delivery never made it on the truck! ( One would think that if the delivery never made the truck, that the person waiting at the home might have been told, as opposed to being made to wait all day.)I called Vito at Con-Way the next day. He was pleasant, and made it seem like these things happen all the time, and it was really hard for him to know in advance. Regardless, he promised that the delivery would be made the following Tuesday.Again, my wife waited at the house. This time, the driver said he could not get his truck up the hill. My wife had to drive her SUV a quarter of a mile, to where the truck was, load the delivery (a patio table, and a heavy umbrella base) into her car, drive it to the house, unload it, and move it to the backyard. The driver offerred little to no assistance, as he could not leave his truck.I again called Vito the next day. He said that they have 18 wheelers, and do not typically do residential deliveries. He was pleasant, but made it sound as if delivering to residences was not something they care to do.To top it all off, the delivery was incomplete!Vito said he would get back to me. He did not.I have come to find out through the company we ordered the patio set from, that Con-Way LOST THE GLASS TABLE TOP. The furniture company has said they will replace it if needed.

Called because tracking number claimed there was no shipment associated with tracking number. Woman representative stated they are only a carrier and do not have to give tracking info or notice of delivery...even though I need to sign for and unload items myself.
Absolutely pissed about the service of this company. The first day of my schedule delivery the company called me 2 hours into the window in which the delivery was scheduled to be made to inform me they didn’t even have it yet. Today, I’m still waiting for this delivery that was supposed to happen between 11a-3p. It is a Tuesday, which means like most other adults I had to excuse myself from work and wait around for this order which has yet to arrive. Called the company multiple times & was given attitude by multiple employees. I understand there are delays in life, but there was no reasoning other than that I live in NYC (I don’t!!!). They said it might not come until 10:00 tonight, if I even get it today. I’ll be making sure my orders are never delivered via XPO again.
