Adequate, but compared to the criminal enterprise known as FedEx they are beyond outstanding. Make no mistake they are the only choice for reliable shipping. Adequate, they consistently do the job they are payed for.

This place cant deliver to an Amazon Locker. Showed up to get package and was met by Mary, the rudest person to work at customer service I have ever had to deal with. She needs to be canned. Took her forever to get my package. I will not use UPS ever again while I am in Albany. Your welcome Mary.

For some reason I have to hunt my packages down, because the delivery guy keeps leaving my stuff at the wrong house. What I dont get is that my address is on the packages and the houses that he leaves my packages at have their address on their mailbox and he still chooses to leave my stuff at someone elses house. Some of these people like to keep your packages and I want everything that I ordered. Ive been living in my house since 2009 and Ive never had this many problems with my packages getting delivered to the wrong house. This deliver guy that delivers to the Worthy Manor subdivision, off of Highway 300 in Worth County, needs to stop being so careless with peoples orders. Next time I order something, the person may decide not to give it to me and I dont feel that it is my job to hunt down my packages that were supposed to be delivered to my place in the first place.

Deliverys were not on time

Short black lady with no hair, very rude. First time, told me she didnt want to walk my package to me. Second time, banged on my door and told me she is not going to knock again. Third time, I asked her to check for my package on her truck. She told me, she was not and I can call 1- 800 number. I asked for the number? She told me 1-800ups. I asked whats that? She told me that is all she required to give me and she is a federal employee. I hate when companies deal with UPS in Albany, GA. Havent met one employee yet that wasnt rude. Dont care what union these employees are with. She need to be fired! She act like a thug, not an employee. Have called to report her on numerous occasions. She is still working. Today, I suppose to received a package. That I didnt get. Person suppose to drop it off at nearest access point. Tell me why it wasnt dropped off. Now have to wait another day for package. Payed for a service and was put on their time. Aint that something.

For some reason I recieved my package 2 days late, so when it arrived through ups I refused the package and they said the would send it back to the company it came from I come home 2 days later an the package is sitting on my front porch that I refused. Ups wont send the package back even tho they messed up, now I have to go through this process to buy a return label to ship it back since ups screwed up.

Consistent no show on Saturday. We will receive an email that delivery was attempted but the truck never comes to our house. This only happens on Saturday deliveries but happens consistently. One Saturday I was able to get Customer Service to call the local facility which got a hold of the driver and the delivery was then attempted and was of course successful.

This is the 2nd or 3rd time that UPS has changed my delivery date. When I called the number I got a recording that said the receiver had changed the delivery date. I am the receiver and never changed the delivery date. I guess the UPS drivers in Albany, GA are to lazy to deliver a package when it is on their truck. No phone call or anything from the Albany UPS office.

Good place to stop by for your mailing purposes. Only default is that theres a wait in between time.

UPS driver claimed to have attempted delivery at my apartment and that nobody was home which was not true. They never showed up. There was at least one vehicle in my driveway and I made sure someone was there waiting on my package. No knock on my door, no doorbell, and no notice of attempted delivery. I was forced to drive to a UPS location next business day to get my package. This has never been an issue in the past but I probably won’t be using UPS to deliver anything in the future.

Quick and friendly

I had an insurance check that had to be countersigned by the mortgage company. I paid 60 dollars for a quick delivery and return. First: they showed it as attempted delivery but I refused it (??). Then: They wanted me to come out at 8 oclock at night to pick it up at the hub. So: I told them to deliver it the next day or return my 60 dollars... Next morning: I got a call. It was about to go out, but the supervisor pulled it for a damaged claim because it was nearly torn in half. I finally got it. But only after wasting 60 dollars and driving out to the hub and picking it up myself. Those people are rediculous !!!!!!

TERRIBLE!!!!!!! In thirteen years never asked never had to sign for a package. I never had an issue with anything missing/ distroyed. A package worth $100 dollars was left as usual, but then a package worth$15, they asked for a signature. Also claimed to have delivered it twice, claiming that no one was home. I sat here at the house for two days waiting for delivery that they NEVER made.

Ordered something. It was out for delivery at 8:29 am. Call for it to be held before it got shipped off because I live so far out on a dirt road. Lady told me it couldnt be held. Had to wait until 7 pm for the ups driver to turn around and not come down the driveway to my house.

I called them 30 min after I missed the delivery guy. I was told somebody would be contacted within the hour. I waited for hours before calling back the second time. I was told someone will be contacting me with in 1h. Nobody contacted me. package is still not in my possession. I have to miss a few hours work tomorrow just to get it.

Worst of Delivery Company!!! On two separate occasions the Driver lied about the time the package was delivered. The first occasion I NEVER got my package. Today seems like the same problem has occurred seems I need my package by January 1st & they are saying that itll still be delivered on january 2nd. I have begged to pick my package up but these lairs will not let me pick my package up. I AM HIGHLY I UPSET!!!

If I could leave a zero I would but it will not let me and leave a review. The lady at the front counter is about the rudest person I have ever had to deal with. I do a lot of business with ups and I do not appreciate it I would advise you go somewhere else or call and schedule a pickup do not go in there because you will wind up walking out mad and flustered I have already contacted corporate and they are going to return my call I will not be using UPS any further. If you hate your job that bad please go find another one.

Not considerate of people who work. multiple times they try and deliver and i ask for them to leave it with my neighbor and they wont do it. i ask them to leave it at the front door and they wont do it. every time i have had to drive to their customer center to get my package. use fedex instead

This place is very unprofessional . Why are they out at 8-10 o clock delivering packages? thats too late and they dont know what people have going on this time of night . I do not want them handling my packages...

The woman who works 4 to 6 has the worst attitude in the world she was rude to me and an elderly as we walked in yesterday she has no patience nor respect. She needs to be slapped she chose to work there so she should do her dam job with some decency

Packages arrive opened. Packages are left in driveway instead of the porch. Neighbor found my package in the middle of the road. Packages arrived sopping wet and damaged. It just cant get anymore unprofessional.

Terrible experience. Tried to ship a firearm as was instructed to me by UPS and Benelli. Upon getting there was told no. After lady spoke to her supervisor, supervisor stayed in back and replied that she wasnt looking up FFL for Benelli. Take it somewhere else. I reported them to corporate and will continue to do so until I know it is followed up. Even Benelli said they had a contract with them.

They have really bad attitude and they are no help and slow... They all need to be fired and hire new people with better attitudes and people skills

Never get my items on time it always a delivery/address error. They never attempt to call or get in touch with you about your location, then I have to wait 2 or 3 more days just to get the same results. Makes shopping online hard. Not professional.
