Ask for interface they do have a nice place for these homeless people to stay at unfortunately they need more places such as interfaith here in Albany that are not only just made for men but its also made for women and children. Unfortunately theyre just not enough homeless shelters here in Albany when theres so much places that could be rebuilt and redone that could be made for the community it needs to be upstepped upgraded and taking care of sooner or later I hope sooner

I was there for two months, its clean and most of the staff is cool. You could end up someplace a lot worse. I want to thank everyone for the help I got there.

Is one of the homeless pantries or pantries for this neighborhood I have never been here but they say its well taken care of

A place to go chill out if you have nowhere to go if your homeless I do know they open the doors at 8:30 in the morning so you can go there to take a shower. So do your laundry there but you have to become client and all you need is proper identification to bring their and the sign one paper and thats it so make sure you have ID when you go. They also serve breakfast in the morning its Mondays or Mondays and Thursdays at 8 a.m. you must leave your bag at the entrance before you go into the kitchen area. There is a lounge there and sit and relax

Helps you with all corners of life downfalls. From shelter, food, clothing, resume, looking for apartment, etc... Professional nice people. They take a huge stress off when you hit rock bottom and cant see what to do next.

Im thankful of the help they gave me. I feel they are a huge blessing in an emergency situation.

Homeless shelter but the staff is sometimes disrespectful to people staying there. Obviously people going through tough situations in life but theyll treat you like drug addicts and inmates sometimes. User adds a last resort

As far as shelters go, I have to say this is definitely one of the better ones. There were a few minor issues there but they were resolved quickly by the staff. One staff member was rude but everyone else was kind and welcoming.

They provide meals, showers, clothes, hygiene, lockers and mailboxes for the homeless.

These people dont respect my religion. They serve Pork, and operate like church pimps getting high on funding slated for the homeless. They have a community breakfast served by a bunch of hacks. There is never enough food, or coffee. They serve food with no hair net or regard for food safety. They capitalize that the homeless have very few means to complain. These people have displayed that its not about helping anyone. The director is the most out of touch person I have had the displeasure to deal with. She is concerned more with her personal wealth and vanity then helping those she has been charged to help. This is evidenced by the Rolex, and the Devil wears Prada.

Somehow I survived a month at this place. the food is awful. Chores are demeaning and not needed but a waste of time. better than a concrete pillow, but barely.

They kicked me out because of another girl starting a rumor and I didn’t know about it. They only care about the white population not the black population and it’s not fair. One more thing DONT GO TO INTERFAITH THEY TAKE 90% OF YOUR CHECK
