I am a former employee of SRI Fire Sprinkler in Albany, NY. I was terminated after three months. I was informed that the reason I was terminated because there was not enough work. I only work part time. The company lied to me. I found the position that I was terminated from advertised on Indeed in less then a week. This normally would not bother me, but I recently was informed that this company did not file their W-2 and W-3 for the fiscal year 2019 till June 1st, 2020. This is four months after the deadline date of January 31, 2020. Due to the fact that this company did not file in a timely manor caused my tax return and my refund to be held up for review for more then four months. I am a single parent with a handicapped child and the refund I would of received would of help me pay bills. In my personnel opinion this is not a company that thinks of its employees. While I worked there I herd several stories about how they fired employees, when ever they had a cash flow problem and then hired them back if they could.
