I scheduled an appointment with Cal Live Scan but this one came up I thought it was one in the same, I went to Cal Live for my appointment at 3:50 on 10/24, then I get an email from Berkeley Live Scan which is located in ALBANY, saying I missed my appointment and they were charging me a CANCELLATION fee. I called CAL they let me know that Berkeley Live Scan does this and they are ripping people off because they think they are CAL Live Scan which is located in BERKELEY. So I am disappointed because they have removed money out of my account and I already received my fingerprint scan at the location I was supposed to be at.
