Dale was fantastic at not only knowing exactly what I was looking for, but immediately located the perfect potential client for which I was seeking. I personally got to interact with Edith Mondragon as my first experience ever going to a temp staffing location to find a job, she was beyond amazing. Ive been using Canstaff to find temporary employees this year. They are a fantastic company with above average employees. Of the 4 temporary employees, 3 were excellent and one was average. If I had the means, I would hire anyone of those 3 in a heartbeat.I believe employees who are so proactive about their employment that they will literally do anything for a temp agency, are generally more highly motivated to work than average people seeking a job directly. I would go as far as recommending using a temp agency of this quality to find new employees, rather than direct hire.On the employee side of things, I feel like this company will have your back should any issues arise. I discussed this average employee with one of the staffing agents, and he was both understanding and supportive of my needs, while also defending the employee to help him remain employed. I did give this guy a few chances, we found something he was good at and was willing to do (the worst job of the project, in my opinion) and he completed his tasks quickly until the end of the project. In the end, I was happy with him in this capacity. I believe CanStaff will make every effort they can to find anyone a job.

I cant leave a no-star review. Got a call today from these guys wanting me to come in for interview. I applied in January. SIX plus months later they wanna find me a job?Fortunately I found work on my own months ago. I did call them back to let them know I wont be needing their help. The lady I spoke to was gonna keep my application on file in the event I needed their assistance in the futire. I made it clear that if I ever did need a job I would NOT be looking for their help.I hope this review sinks in to whomever reads it.
