I wanted to thank Gil, the fellow who helped us get our computers fixed so they would print after the Microsoft kerfluffle. He found the Microsoft file that was missing and downloaded it, then had me put it in a file for the other computer that was being problematic. The person wasnt in, so we didnt have access to fix it while I was working with Gil. When our copier/printer lease was running up, I was having such a difficult time due to the poor customer service by many local copier companies....until we found Ultrex. Both their sales department and installation/delivery department had outstanding individuals whom helped our small business find exactly the right fit for us. And TJ made the installation/set-up hassle free and explained the machine in a way that made sense, yet didnt make me feel dumb. Where to begin. We have been customers for at least 12 years. I have interacted with Ultrex for 10 years. Taras and his team from office to tech/IT (Matt so great to see you again!) to delivery (Thanks T.J. you rock!) are amazing! Super kind conversational and very relatable. They are some of the most personable people to work with. Not only that they are attentive, competent, and thorough. When I have a need it is met as instantly as possible. Even when something doesnt go right they are prompt to address it. We had to downgrade this Summer to a lesser printer (but let me tell you it is high-quality, it just prints less pages per minute) there was no push to keep our printer or discouragement to downgrade, they were supportive, and creative to bring me an option that fits our needs and budget. Ultrex Business Solutions Inc. is our copy machine company. We run a ton of copies and their maintenance people keep our machine up and running. Taras does a great job checking up on us when we upgrade machines. They keep tabs on how our machine is doing and upgrade us when we can get a better machine. Matt, the Service Manager, is knowledgeable and nice. Kevin, the IT technical person, came in and helped get the needed information on about 10 computers. He is patient and kind. We have had our printer/scanner/copier with Ultrex for a couple years now. Their service is exceptional. When we need replacement toner or parts they get right back to us. Our office uses Macs and they took the time to help us get everything set up and made sure we were up and running and even came back to help us work out all the unforeseen kinks. We would definitely recommend them.

Have been using Ultrex with different companies I have worked with for many years now. Easy to work with. Good products. Good service. Sometimes you have to wait for a part for the machine, but is to be expected.

Kymber is a rock star.....I am newer to the office I work in and did not have any experience working with the printer here. Ultrex (Kymber) has always been super attentive and quick to respond to all of my questions and concerns. Would recommend Ultrex to anyone needing services such as these! Be sure that you do not sign their contract before they deliver your equipment. I did not receive my equipment until October 1st but I am being billed for September through October. The sales rep keeps telling me he will get that first month reversed and then he turns around and says they will give us an extra month for free at the end of the lease. Big Whoop I still have to pay for something that was not in my position. DO NOT SIGN ANYTHING UNTIL THE DAY OF DELIVERY. Next time I will call Xerox.
