Frank is a very good computer/4electronics man. He can hang TVs, set up computers, advise customers on what to buy and not buy, is truthful, talks layman language and is on time, cost effective and a nice guy.

Not very happy with the lack of professionalism. My appointment was set for 12 noon and I had to call them at 12:35p. The tech arrived to pickup my laptop at 1:03p. I declined services because of no receipt being offered.
