Terrible experience with this company. My company has given them ample chances to get the job right and they have continually let us down. Our cleaning services have never been satisfactory despite numerous calls to the account manager to relay this info. The company also lied to us, stating that their cleaner did not show up to our premises to clean because of a family emergency. When we checked our cameras, the employee did show up and simply did not perform satisfactory services. The company had told us that our Saturday shift must be making a mess after their company showed up. We confirmed via camera that this was not the case. This company is unprofessional, dishonest, and was given FAIR AND AMPLE CHANCES to improve, USE SOMEONE ELSE.
