Worst experience I have had ever. Nobody opens the phones, nobody answers the emails, even when you get an appointment you have to wait for more than an hour. I asked a simple question and after 1 hour on the phone still nobody was able to help me.

I am giving CarMax a 5 star review but I would like to add a star to my review. Where buying with CarMax leaves the hassle of dealing with a car salesman, etc. out of the equation, it requires a great deal of patience. From the time I paid to have my truck shipped and the time I actually drove off the lot was 27 days. It was at the dealership for 9 days before I was given an appointment. My appointment was at 2:30 in the afternoon and I left with the truck at 6:45pm. With all that being said, the girl I worked with on the day I took ownership of the truck at the Albany, NY dealership, was outstanding. Again, the key word would be patience. I am glad I have it - a lot of people dont.

My reason for such a poor rating is: My appointment was set for 3PM on 9/17/21. I had to wait just over an hour before I was seen. I was there to sell my automobile.I would like to give FIVE Stars to Nakhil Selby your Agent. He did a fantastic job taking care of me. I let him know that I was giving all the credit to him.

My wife and I recently sold our car to CarMax and the process couldnt have gone smoother. The two sales associates (Jewel and Ed) were polite, professional and very knowledgeable. They worked with us even though we didnt have all our paperwork. It was a smooth transaction. Highly recommend this facility in Albany, NY, for the cleanliness and courteous, knowledgeable staff.

This is not how car buying should be. The associate who completed my purchase knew nothing about cars (typical features of various brands, maintenance questions, etc.) and simply knew how to push buttons to get financed and say lots of sign heres. Would NOT recommend to a friend!

We got our quote one day and the experience that day was good. We decided to have the quote emailed to us and come back later since we didn’t have the title on hand. We liked the quote and wanted to sell the car. We call in on Saturday morning to see if we need an appointment to sell the car. The lady who answered the phone said no just bring in the paper work. We come In and Brittany the front desk employee says it’s a 2 hour wait and we need an appointment. We said can we make an appointment for Monday at 4:30. We go in for our appointment at 4:30 and Brittany did not make the appointment. So now we had to wait an hour to sell the car. The overall getting the quote and selling it was great but we were very upset when we’re told we didn’t need an appointment and then needed one and then when the appointment wasn’t made. This car max was 45 minutes away from the our house so we could come at just any time.

The car I wanted to purchase was transferred to Portland and it cost me double to get the car transferred to Albany plus a 3 week wait. The registration came and is unleadable so I had to order a new one plus the windshield has cracks in it. I spent a lot of time at the store plus a lot of phone calls to get this car purchased more work than a CarMax employee.

We were looking to sell our car. A new car dealer gave us a price for trading it in. We went back and forth, We got their best offer. We told them we’d think about it. I went online and got an estimate from CarMax. I went to CarMax, we didn’t know we needed an appointment. Matt explained the process. Told us to come in at 10:30 the following morning. We got there and were told that Brittany would be taking care of us. We gave her the documents she needed, and showed her the code from our online estimate. She went to examine the car, came back and agreed with the online estimate. The online offer was 800 more than the dealers best offer. She contacted our loan holder to get the payoff price. She explained the money, their offer minus the pay off on our car and the difference was ours. We signed the documents . We walked out of CarMax at 11:20 with the bank draft in hand. She explained that our bank would put a hold on the funds until CarMax had received the title for the car.Super fast, excellent customer service. I highly recommend.

From start to finish my experience was a headache. No one was particularly an issue, in fact Brandon was quite helpful in damage control and even offered to reimburse my first month car payment for the inconvenience. For that the two stars go to him and the associate Mo for his informative service and professionalism. Other than that I dealt with six different employees by the time my trade in and purchase was complete, with one associate who began the process and left in the middle because his shift was over, to me that does not show care for your customers and looks very unprofessional. I was the last customer of the day and was told I could take home my new car that night watched them put the plates on it. I sat there for almost an hour before someone checked in with me to tell me they were having printer issues. Finally, I was told I’d have to drive my now unowned trade in home and come back another day to pick up my new car. They took the plates off my new car and put them back on my trade in and sent me On my way! I was very displeased with the pushy and rushed experienced of the employees scrambling to get through my deal so they could go home. I felt as if I was an inconvenience because it was the end of their shift. The last associate which finalized my purchase the day I returned was very unprofessional and disorganized and was laughing and making jokes that my experience was so inconvenient. She then proceeded to tell me that she placed my car plate in my back window because she couldn’t find screws to put it on and even tried to put screws in it that were larger than the vehicle was equipped for. I asked another associate to please find screws because I shouldn’t have to get my own and put the plate on when I am making such a large purchase these things should be done. My car was also not detailed prior to leaving which I will now have to bring to a dealer and pay out of pocket myself, something that should be done upon purchase. My first day there took four hours and my purchase was not finalized, my second day finally getting my new car took three hours. Overall my experience was extremely unprofessional, aside from Brandon attempting to save the experience. I do not recommend unless they seriously work on their customer service and professionalism skills! In the end I asked to keep the bow as a symbol of good faith for the terrible experience and the girl laughed in my face and told me no, that would’ve been the least the company could’ve done!!! We shall see if my first month reimbursement payment check is upheld.

So, I had several issues had to wait over a hour after my scheduled appointment time to see a representative. I think that way too long. I believe process should be that assign rep should be there for you to be seen at the scheduled time.If client is late then that different set of circumstances.My biggest issue of them all was that need brakes its was caught by CarMax.It was stated that car was inspected & it met the standards. When I took it too my mechanic indicated that need brakes bad.I think that unacceptable being that just got car 2 weeks prior.I should have any issue two weeks in.

I felt like I received a fair deal on a quality car without any high pressure sales tactic. I like the fact that their cars have a warranty. It as nice to be able to select from all their cars nationwide. For a reasonable fee I was able to transport a car from GA to NY. The only improvement that I can recommend was the paperwork process that took 3 hours. I had a very nice young man who was new. It took about 2 hours before any management even tried to help him.

(Albany, NY) Story time.. So I totaled my 2013 Toyota Camry in January 2021 by having a run in with a deer. Got everything settled with my insurance for the down payment for a new car, went into CarMax a week later to try to purchase an SUV. We got hooked up with someone who gave us the run around for almost 5 hours and we ended up leaving with nothing. She told us we needed 6 consecutive payments to show on our bank statements for my husbands self employment business. So we waited 5 WHOLE MONTHS, to get this recorded in our bank statements. We reserve a candy apple red 2018 Jeep Cherokee. We get hooked up with Ed Stern and his trainee Christian (awesome guys, customer service 10/10). Ed tells us “I don’t know what the person you were working with before told you, but we can’t use these statements at all.” And I’m LIVID. BUT my husband had gotten another job since our last visit, which Ed then tells us we can use and it was easy, we got approved and went and looked at different SUV’s. The car I ended up getting was an Olive Green 2018 Jeep Compass. We were ecstatic!! The process went so smooth and Ed and Christian were so nice and they didn’t give us any false hope in the beginning like most car places do. It was just nice to be given any and all information straight out of the gate. If anyone goes to this store I HIGHLY recommend Edward Stern and Christian (I didn’t get his last name). 10/10 service with those two!! 💕

I ordered my car to be transferred to me on a Sunday. The car arrived at my local CarMax the following Tuesday and I did not get the call that I see and test drive the car until that Following Friday due to the fact that the car was being inspected, serviced, and cleaned. When I finally purchased the car I took it home and the low oil message came on two days later. How could that be if the car was “serviced” and inspected by CarMax? I brought the car back to CarMax and explained the situation and was told that the technician probably just “forgot” to reset the display, but that message was not displayed when we initially got the car. Ed reset the display and I was on my way. I then noticed on one of the hottest days of the month that the air conditioner did not work when I turned it on. I called numerous times to speak to someone, but the call system bounces you around to everyone EXCEPT people in the actual store. I ended up having to get into the car and go to the store and tell them that I had just purchased the car the following week and there was no air in the car. I was told by the employee that it was “ok, because things like that just happen. Sometimes you get in and the air just stops working” Again, how could that be if they took the time to inspect and service the car? The girl told me that they would not be able to service the car I had just purchased for two/three weeks. She told me that I should call the next morning and try and speak to someone, even though I was already there and in her face. I told her that I had a job as well and that I couldn’t keep running up to the store for things that should’ve been checked. I also told them that I had a very important medical appointment and I don’t have a vehicle to get there because my car was in need of repair. My car ended up needing a brand new A/C system that took 2 weeks to fix. I was given a loaner car by CarMax that reeked like fish. It was also filthy on the inside. How could a place that prides themselves on the quality of vehicles and the multi-point inspection send such an expensive car out without even checking it and then give that same customer a nasty car to ride in? The whole experience was TERRIBLE from start to finish. I can honestly say that I will never spend anymore of my money with them. It was in for repair more than I got to drive it.

We were impressed by the Grandeurof the facility when we arrived to view and purchase our vehicle. The representatives were very professional and friendly. Though we purchased a 2012 vehicle, we looked it over completely, expecting to find something to complain about. It was absolutely perfect. Even after the thirty days weve owned it, we are still amazed. We are completely satisfied with our purchase and would recommend them to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle.

Soooo, my boyfriend and I had applied online. Got a call about an hour after and everything was pretty smooth. I had a car transferred from Hartford CT to the Albany location. I had to call literally almost every day in order to get any answers on what is taking so long. All they kept telling me was “they have over 100 cars to inspect but it shouldn’t take much longer.” After more then a week of me sitting and waiting to hear from someone I finally got a hold of a manager (Amy) she was GREAT. She got us in the next day to get the car and helped us out with all of the information that was needed. Let’s just say, DO NOT TRUST THE SALES ASSOCIATES ON THE PHONE. Most of them have no idea what they’re doing and they had given me wrong information MULTIPLE times. Say the least, everything worked out. Amy had everything ready for us right at 9am and had Brandon help us out from there. Once we actually got to the store it was easy and a wonderful experience say the least. Thank you Amy and Brandon!!! We appreciate you.

Everything was great until the very end. I did not realize the difficulty I would have in trying to cash your check. I deposited it in my new account and and have to wait up to 8 days to receive the funds, Your rep told me 2-5 days and I objected to that. If I had known before I made this deal that your check was in fact not a real check that I could just cash, like a normal check, I would not have made the deal. I expected to walk out of your dealership with either cash or a check I could cash in hand. This was deceptive on your part. You should make this known up front, as in first.I got great service your rep. I do not blame her for my resentment. I assign that to whomever of your ilk that instituted such a policy.

Absolutely DO NOT purchase a vehicle from CarMax. I do not have space to give all of the details on how many times they have messed up. My paperwork to register my car had to be done three times and each time, it seemed that they cared a little less. My key fob does not work. My spare key does not work. I called cooperate and was told that I would get a call back about the paperwork. I never got a call. I called again about the spare key and was told they would call 48 hours later and here we are, still with no call. Unless you want to deal with the worst customer service DO NOT go here.

Can you post a negative star? Had an appointment scheduled for 7pm. We drove 2 hours to get there to wait another 1.5 hours to get in even though our appointment had been scheduled for a week. By the time we got in the banks had closed so we couldn’t get the payoff for the car which means we drove 2 hours for nothing. We left the car there and the associate said he would call at 9am with the bank information. It’s currently 7pm and still haven’t heard anything even with caking multiple times. As it is we have to drive all the way back to collect the check.

Drove 3.5 hrs to only be told that a 7 day payoff quote is not good enough they need a 15 day payoff and The banks automated payoff is not acceptable either. At any other dealer it’s never been an issue. I wanted to buy a car on my day off. They should just be closed on Saturday’s because they need to physically talk to the bank. The lady was nice but this seems unnecessary and unreasonable. If you have access to a 7 day payoff you can over estimate and send the difference back a few $ in the grand scheme of things especially when it’s coming from the customers side ( a dealer doesn’t normally throw deals away over $50 or less.)

The process was easy but it came to the value it was lower than expected due to a claim that the frame was damaged. however it could not produce a carfax report to back up the claim.when we purchased the car used there was no report that the car had been in any accidents and during the time that we owned the car it had no serious accidents. it had 1 fender bender when the car was hit while parked in a parking garage and damaged the rear passenger door and back panel. i sold the car anyway but feel maybe i should have gotten more since it had only 41,970 miles on the car, a 2013 Kia Soul, with many options.

Carmax was great. Everyone I spoke to and dealt with was friendly, courteous and helpful from start to finish. The only two issue I encountered were with the process of the 24 hour test drive and the curbside pickup. The specialist I had scheduled everything for my 24 hrs test drive (she told me I just needed to bring the insurance I’d card and my license) however, once I was there the person I dealt with told me that I couldn’t do the test drive even though the vehicle was listed on my insurance ID cards. Apparently, you have to have had insurance prior to obtaining the new vehicle. When I spoke to my specialist she was unaware of this restriction and followed up with the person I dealt with in the store. Once she got back to me on the issue she advised this is a requirement of my local CarMax in Albany. At this time I realized the specialist are working throughout the USA and not the actual locations. My second slight issue was with the curbside pick up. I was advised that if I uploaded all my documentation a curbside pickup would be a quick process however, when I went to the actual CarMax Albany to do a curbside pick up I was there for about 2 hours and everything I electronically signed and uploaded I had to resign and bring in original paperwork so it was a speedy pickup experience. But those are minor inconveniences all and all I had a great experience.

It took over a month to get the vehicle after paying the transport fee. Had an appointment for 7pm to pick up the vehicle and had to wait until almost 9pm. Within the 1st week the vehicle wouldnt start due to a dead battery from the vehicle sitting for so long. Vehicle came with only 1 Key FOB to lock/unlock vehicle and CARMAX wouldnt pay for 2nd. Awful customer service. Every time I try to call CARMAX I sit on hold for around an hour or get disconnected. The one time I did talk to my local CarMax about issues, they said they would call me back and never did. Beware of trade in offers! The offers only last a week. I had to reapply for the trade in offer due to it expiring before my vehicle arrived. The 2nd offer was less than 1/2 the original offer (after I already paid for the transport fee for the new vehicle).

The buying experience was great up until it was time to actually get the vehicle. The delivery date was changed twice. Then once the vehicle arrived at the dealership it had to go through emissions and inspections which took an additional week. It took me calling several times to just get someone to talk to on the phone. Once the vehicle was ready for me to test drive I made and appointment for an exact time and still had to wait an additional 2 hours upon arrival so I could test drive the vehicle. All in all I spent 5 hours at the dealership but in reality I should’ve spend 2 max. I love the truck I bought but the customer service was very slow and totally needs to be revised.

From the salesman who answered my call -shout out to Tony- and helped answer all my questions, address and take care of a few concerns I had with the condition of the vehicle, and get everything organized to have the vehicle shipped from an out of state Car Max, to the exceptional woman who worked with me at this CarMax -Jacquelyn C- the entire experience is what car buying should be. Jacquelyn was very professional, knowledgeable, and her level of customer service was some of the finest Ive ever experienced anywhere. CarMax Albany was very clean and sanitized, as was my vehicle. It added an extra layer of peace of mind to this already really great experience. Definitely give this place a try.

Prepay for a car to get shipped from another location (non-refundable). Vehicles are atleast a couple thousand more that major dealerships in the area. Couldnt test drive any vehicle they had on the lot; we were told they were too busy (but plenty of staff standing around chatting). Not a pleasant experience. I hope our experience was not typical. But we will never go back.

Well went in on a Saturday picked a car i wanted told them i would be back on thursday to buy the car. I got insurance on the car went there Thursday to find out someone deleted my paperwork for the car..then they gave the car i was to purchase that i have my car insurance on out for a 24hr test drive..got told it was nothing they could do and i would either have to pick a different car or wait for the other one to come back and hope that person doesnt want to buy it. Was there 4 hrs Saturday and again another 5 hrs on thursday. So i picked another car wanted to trade in a car well that company i needed a payoff from was closed so needless to say i couldnt do trade in. They told me i could come back within 30 days and redo the auto loan with the trade in so i went back the following friday spent 6 more hrs there only to not be able to do the trade in..this has been the worst 1st new used car experience ever dont think i will do it again...would never refer them to anyone. They didnt even offer any deal for me for all the inconveniences they gave me worst experience for a first time car buyer..never would i recommend them go to a real car dealership

I’m extremely impressed!CarMax gave me a offer for my 2018.5 Nissan Rogue Sport SV All weather package.I was leasing the vehicle and I really did not feel like holding onto the lease until the end..I did not think they would give me the number that they offered me, but I figured it was my day off and I didn’t have much to lose! (Other than a hour drive from where I live)To my surprise, they matched the offer and not only did I walk away from my lease, I left with a pretty nice check!!Will definitely recommend CarMax!!And thank you to Junay, she was the one who helped me out and got all the paperwork done effectively!

I loved my experience at CarMax Albany. And even more, I LOVE my new car. The staff is friendly and very very helpful. That amazing team helped me get into my dream car! I took one star away due to the lack of consistency between the call center and the actual store. Over the phone they take all of your information and don’t actual look over any documents you have. So I walked on with all the info I gave over the phone, when I got to the store it was different than what I had been told and a new credit app had to be run, etc. and I did not leave with my car that day. In the end I DID get my car but the process of being told one thing on the phone and a different thing at the store was a bit frustrating.

I want to talk to someone in person or at the actual Albany store since it apparently takes a week to do an overall inspection and was told Friday my truck would be ready, then it was Monday, then comes Tuesday and still no one has contacted me since it only needed the NYS inspection this is a joke for someone who is spending 37,000 dollars on a vehicle and everyone who says they will contact me and then they dont. I think the worst part of it someone laughed about my situation. Worst costumer service. The lack of professionalism is appalling. If I didnt pay for it to be transferred I would go elsewhere.

In the end we did get the vehicle we wanted, but the process was frustrating and long.The closest CarMax facility was 2 hours away and they don’t offer home delivery like they advertise. I would have gladly paid extra just to save the fuss.It took over a month to get transferred from Wisconsin. After it had arrived, I had to request an appointment twice before the car was “ready” for us to test drive it. When we did finally get an appointment for a test drive, the vehicle was extremely dirty. The inside was so dirty I really thought some stuff was scratched!We heard about 24 hour test drives, but this CarMax facility only allowed 20 minutes and they literally started a timer after they handed us the keys. We didn’t even have enough time to show other family members or anything.The car was missing a part (cargo cover). After some negotiating, they did pay for me to order one from Toyota. The salesperson didn’t know anything about the vehicle so they had to constantly go ask the manager about every question I had.After all the fuss, we did agree to the price and decided to buy it. We had already gotten pre-approved from my credit union, so I was ready to sign the papers and drive away. I was shocked to find out they could not accept any kind of electronic payment. There were no branches nearby, so I had to drive 2 hours to my bank and 2 hours back again. We knew they wouldn’t be open by then because we had already spent almost 4 hours, so we scheduled another appointment to sign the papers.This final appointment was scheduled for a Saturday, because they told us Friday’s are extremely busy. When we got there, we were not seen until 45 minutes after our scheduled appointment time. The first thing they did was ask for the cashiers check, but I told them I wanted to see if the car was clean first so I could check for damage/scratches. It took them almost a half hour to go get the vehicle. This is because it still had not been cleaned, so they had to try and wipe it down and hose it off quickly for me.The cleanliness was “acceptable”, but certainly not up to my expectations.I will not be doing business with CarMax again in the future.

Then, when she returned with the payment. She was made to wait another 2+ hours to take posession of the vehicle! I cannot recommend this company.

Did all my paperwork and financing before I arrived, then was told it all had to be redone when I got there. I have purchased many cars at different dealerships, this one is not an easy nor a quick transaction. I will not be going to a carmax again.

Customer Service reps (2) were excellent. Making appointments are worthless. Open at 11:00, appointment at 12:00, had to wait 1 1/2 hours before we sat down with a customer rep. They will schedule up to 11 appointments an hours per Carmax requirements (told by stafff). Not nearly enough staff to cover all the appointments in one hour. There were 17 folks in line for a sit down at one point. You never get to talk to the same customer rep when having multiple appointments to purchase a car. Multifunctional business model, frustrating to us and most customers. Forget being a walk in early in the day. You wont see anyone until late afternoon. Ongoing apologies by staff at desk for the wait. Actually saw some reps standing around in between meeting with customers who were waiting for service. Great place to find a quality used car. Realized after delivery that the car was out of alignment. Could not get an appointment until 3 weeks out. Took it to my local repair shop even though it was under warranty. Did not want to put undo wear and tear on tires.

We called and made an appointment for a test drive and to browse on a weekday at 6:30pm. We came at 6:20 and had to wait until 7:10 to see someone. We were then told that we couldn’t test drive because even though they close at 8:00pm they don’t do test drives after 7:00pm. So they made and an appointment for us the next day at 6:00pm. We had to wait again and after 45 minutes of waiting we left and went to a dealer to purchase the car.

I got my car choice transferred from another Carmax and it took almost a month before I received any news about the car being ready to look at in person. I’m not sure if it was because it’s tax time and everyone is trying to get a car, but that was the worst of it. Other than that, I love the process and how easy it was to go through financing. Other than trouble with my address on a bank statement (my fault) the associates I worked with (Steven and Kiera) helped me make this a more smooth car buying experience especially since it was my first time financing!

First of all, if I could give them a negative rating I would. This place is so poorly run and the communication is severely lacking.I chose a vehicle that seemed too good to be true. I received free shipping to my location from a nearby location (only about 120 miles away). They informed me it would be at my location by the following Friday... which seemed like a long time, but I decided to wait.On Friday, they had no update on the vehicle. It took several calls to the main dealership for them to locate the vehicle, which was only about 30 miles from where it originated.The following week, the vehicle was still not at my location. Several calls and texts later. I was told the vehicle would be at my location the following week. Then would need to be inspected and then I would get a call. Days and days passed. No updated information and no one knew what was happening.In the meantime... I booked an appt online for a different vehicle test drive. The online system allowed me to book it for a Sunday afternoon. When I arrived, they were closed. I called and emailed. Received NO response at all, even the following day.Finally, after a full 3 weeks of waiting with no answer, I called again for an update. The main office located the vehicle only after several calls and assured me I would get a call within 48-72 hrs. You guessed it, nothing.This week, after calling the main office, THEY couldnt even reach my local office. After several hours I received a text stating they would have someone call soon.A day later I got a voicemail stating the vehicle was in the final stages of the quality inspection and I would get a call sometime next week. Which would make 4 weeks total. I responded via text that it was unacceptable.The following day, Saturday, I received a text asking me if I wanted to schedule my appointment for next week (4 weeks now) for my test drive. As you can imagine, I am livid at this point. Ive moved on to a local dealership that was responsive and went a above and beyond with service.Do NOT go with Carmax!! I have texts and emails and pictures to back up all my claims as well.

First off, the entire floor team is great!! Not a lot of bs if they dont know something. At the same time, they seem to make it a point to get u the correct answer whether it sells the vehicle or not. Very straightforward and never pushy atmosphere. Albany NY sales team gets 10 out of 5 stars. I was looking for a half ton truck, lower mileage (40k or less), newer (2017+) and trying to stay below $35k, dec a know it when I see it case. My only problem with Carmax and the only reason I pulled a star is that they may have 10-20 trucks on the sales lot, obv implying For Sale, but u will quickly find that only 2-3 of those sales lot trucks can be purchased on the spot. Kind of like planning for Disney and finding out Its A Small World is the only available ride no matter when u stay. Its made worse by the hours long process of any staff member being able to tell u which vehicles are really available. They can show u an available truck and pretty much word of mouth sell it to u, but within the 5min walk/talk from lot to computer, the vehicle will vanish from the available database. Internet Jodi snuck in and stole 3 pristine beauties from me right under my nose. Two of them in one 2hr visit. I hate Jodi!!!!

This has been one of the most painful experiences I have ever gone through. I had one car that I reserved and was waiting for it to ship and it was sold to someone else. Now I have a second car that I had to have shipped twice and trying to contact anyone about the status is harder than pulling teeth. The switchboard when you call-in doesnt work half the time and nobody can answer simple questions. It feels like nobody wants to sell a car. Very disappointed in this company.

I avoided CarMax because I thought they would low ball my offer. I was greeted as soon as I entered and left with an offer higher than any of our local dealers within 30 minutes. Staff was professional, knowledgeable and friendly. When I did have to wait when I went back to accept their offer a few days later, but I could see they were very busy. When it was my turn the process went very smoothly and I left with a check and my plates. Would do this again and will recommend CarMax to others.

I sold a car through Car Max in Albany in March 2020. The DMV continues to insist Car Max does not own the car, as they have not received any paperwork from them. I have already turned in my plates, registration, etc. DMV would like another copy of the Bill of Sale. It would sure be great if I could get another copy from Car Max. Ive been calling them for 2 weeks straight. The business office is always closed. Pressing any other option on the phone tree results in either silence and hang up, or rerouting back to the main menu. Once I did get to talk to someone. She put me on hold to find someone from the business office. I waited an hour, but no one ever picked up. Im going to have to take off work to go there in person to try and sort this out. Their cars might be good, but their business practices are absolutely terrible.

I’ll start off by saying overall it was a positive experience. I got a car for a good price and the people there were friendly and knew what they were doing.The bad, I was pre approved via Carmax through their website. When it came to financing at the dealer I was informed that Carmax doesn’t finance in NY. The state I live and location of the dealership. I ended up having to come back the following day with a paystub to finance through a different bank. Annoying but not the end of the world.Also my car was listed as having full roof racks. Which was a big selling point for me. The car did nothing come with said roof racks. So that’s going to cost me about 500$. Again really annoying but it is what it is.
