Had my hair cut done by Rob. He is a great guy and does a great job. Very busy shop and very clean. The staff is very polite and take care of you in a timely manner. When I went I believe there were 7 barbers working that day. The people that walked in the door did not have to wait very long at all as well.

My son-in-law and I brought my 7 month year old baby and and there was no problem at all he didnt even cry.The barber was very careful and friendly with the baby.

Honestly, got there an hour before they closed, signed up on the sheet outside the front door as instructed. 20 minutes later watch the barber walk out past my car, get in his car and leave. but I hear yhey do good work

Been using this barber shop for more than 7 years now *John specifically* and wouldnt go anywhere else. Seeing the different styles that come out of the shop and how busy they are only compliments the quality and personalized experience you get at this barber shop. Just recently remodeled and it looks great. The majority of my friends use this shop knowing that its the best in the capital region if not the entire state.

Nice and quick, quiet and accommodating. Everyone is properly skilled on what they are doing. My kids use Jon, I can simply show him a picture of what I/they want and he gets it done accurately. When my kids come in, they also change the TVs to something appropriate for kids. Thats big!

Went here for just a cut, surprised how rushed it was with 10 minutes on my hair and then a non-consensual 10 minutes on my beard throughout the haircut. The haircut was nothing to complain about, other than the fact that the barber had me turned away from the mirror the entire time so I couldnt see the results as time went on (also mistake because couldnt see what he did to my face), but when he started going at the beard/mustache too much was trimmed off that I would only realize after all was said and done and as someone with a defined jawline the trim was farrrrrr too in than my jawline is. For a self-proclaimed master barber who has the most experience there, I was surprised when he used a straight razor on my cheeks without shaving cream (crazy itchy for days after) Also, no neck shave at this barber if thats something youre used to with barbers that actually seem to care. Barbers here and the environment also seem pretty pretentious and unfriendly. Id suggest going elsewhere where the barber nurtures your head and treat it like they understand how important of an aspect it is in someones life and that it isnt just another job in the queue.

Great barbers, good price. Ditch Supercuts, spend a few bucks more and be much happier with these guys.

Havent found a better place to cut my hair in Albany. Every barber does a fine job-- they care about the end result. They are also super chill and friendly.

Worst haircut I ever got. I showed him a picture of how my hair is normally cut. He said its a simple fade. I sat in the seat for a total of 7 minutes and was told I was done. He left my hair on top wet and combed down so it was difficult to see the real results. Theres a fade on one side and a chop job with no fade on the other. My nephew whos 6 years old couldve done a better job. I went to another barber this morning who said theres really no fixing this until where the fade wasnt done fills in and he can match it to the other side. Ill have no choice but to wear a hat for Thanksgiving pictures. I look ridiculous. Complete ripoff.

The little Barbershop is pretty tight. Theyve recently updated their interior and its a lot more contemporary and pleasing to the eye. They always have movies playing on the TVs there for the kids and theres never usually too much of an overflow in the waiting room despite how small it is. They get people in and out, and thats without sacrificing quality. You can expect a great haircut from anybody at this establishment, however I go to Rob or Jeff faithfully.

The website states you close at 3. I dont expect to walk in the door at 2:45 and be told were done for the day. Ill keep my 30 bucks and take my business elsewhere from this day foward.

Got a haircut today and it turned out excellent. Exactly what I was looking for. Staff was very friendly and there was no wait at all. Even on a saturday. Highly reccomend. Fair warning though, they do not take card. However they do have an ATM inside. Mens basic haircut is $21. 😀

Horrible location. Stopped by after work right before closing which i called ahead to see if they would still be open which they said yes. Walked in and sat down as my 1st timer. The guy asked if i had a preference, i said anyone is fine. The guy asked openly if anyone wanted to get 1 more guy. They all started making noises like they didnt want me in there. No one stepped up (in my eyes i felt like i didnt belong there or didnt deserve my business) but i still gave them a chance. One guy ended up giving me haircut but he tried to rush the job which ended up with a cut on my face but i let that go since it usually happens and i just took it out from his tip instead. The manager tried to welcome me in but his barber kept speeding through which resulted in taking longer. Overall poor customer experience, will not go here anymore.
