One of my tires was leaking air and I found a nail. Most tire shops are closed on Sundays and Costco wouldn’t even look at it for me. I called Tire Choice Auto and they promised to fix it for me today. I brought the car in, and Greg took care of it for me with the highest quality repair! Greg, you are the man! You saved my day. Today was my second time coming here to get my tire pressure looked at, and both times the guys at the shop have been wonderful! Turns out this time I drove over a screw, and in less than a half hour they had the tire patched and I was on my way. Service was fast and very courteous, I will definitely be returning here for any future issues!

Absolutely amazing service. Called an hour and a half before they were closing on Sunday with a car tire that had two nails in it. Told me to come on down and they would get it fixed up super quick. True to their word, they whisked the car in immediately and 20 minutes later the tire was fixed and back on the car. The folks there are super nice too which is lovely.Having a toddler, living too far to walk home from the shop, and it being late in the day on a weekend I figured this would be the most inconvenient thing. The folks here made it so quick and painless and my toddler was so entertained watching them fix the tire.A+++ - the next time we have tire needs we will be back here!!

I woke up today to a flat tire, and was so frustrated because this was my only day to run errands and most garages arent open on Sundays. Tire Choice totally saved me! When I called, Greg told me I could come in right then. When I arrived, I told Greg I was concerned that the tire wasnt salvageable because I had driven a few miles on it while it was flat. He said theyd try to save it. They were able to patch it, and less than an hour later I was out running errands! I cant recommend Tire Choice enough for their convenient hours, excellent customer service (Greg & Haitian are awesome!), and reasonable prices.

I ran over a screw and thought I needed a whole new tire. The place I usually go to couldnt see me for three days (!), but Greg (Store Manager) at Tire Choice told me to come right down and I was incredibly impressed with his level of professionalism and commitment to service. This was on a Sunday, and he was the only person working the front desk, but watching him interact with all the customers and addressing all their needs and concerns with grace and respect was an impressive sight in this day and age. Greg assured me that I did not need a new tire, and had his crew fix the one I had. Most other places would have been eager to sell me a new one. The work was done quickly and I was on my way in under an hour. I had an outstanding experience and highly recommend their services.

We called at 7:30am when we were about to leave for a trip when we found a flat tire. Big o could not help us until noon, but Greg said we should come right over and he can get us back on our trip. He and his team were really great! He explained each step which my kids and I really enjoyed. He had to clean up a bad patch from another shop and he did not charge us. They also checked out other tires to make sure we would have a safe trip. Great customer service. Totally recommend.

Greg, the manager, was fantastic. I called bright and early this morning and asked if he had time to fix a flat. He said, “come on down here right now and I’ll take care of you!” He was incredibly nice. His employee who was working on my car went above and beyond. I watched Greg put air in one guy’s tires for free, and directed another person who was looking for a used tire, down the street to a competitor. No one tried to upsell me. It must have been an easy fix because he refused to charge me. This guy is a total sweetheart. 10/10.

Cant thank Greg and his staff enough. Brought in a used car where the prior owner had replaced all 4 tires before selling. I noticed the front left tire would shake at 60mph+. Just from prior experience I know this usually means the wheel needs to be re-balanced (b/c of the new tires). Greg was quick to accommodate despite not having an appointment. I was in and out of there in less than 30 minutes with the front wheel re-balanced! I have regular maintenance for my cars at Tire Choice for years. Greg Allen, the manager is very nice and professional. He will not advise the services that is not necessary, which is one of the reasons that I stick to Tire Choice. Every time I came to service my cars, I was fully satisfied. On some occasions, Greg fixed my flat tire and replaced lost screws at the bottom cover for free. I strongly recommend any car services at Tire Choice.

My tire signal light shows up on my dashboard today, I need a tire inspection. I went to a tire store near me and they couldnt do the inspection for me on same day ( have to wait 2 more days for inspection).So I went to Tire Choice Auto service, and this is the best decision Ive ever met. I came in to get one (or more) of my tires replaced, because one of them was leaking. It still had a lot of tread left on it, so Greg patched the leaking tire free of charge instead of replacing it and saved me a bunch of money. Great service. I had a scare on a Friday afternoon after noticing fluid dripping from one of my axles. As I had to drive from the Bay to LA that Sunday, I raced around looking for a place not closed for the weekend. I ended up at Tire Choice feeling at my wits end. Within two hours, they had finished looking over my car. Luckily, there was nothing wrong with it. The manager, Greg, was kind enough to say he would not charge me for the visit. After dealing with back-to-back family medical emergencies, I got home very late Wednesday night only to find a giant screw lodged in my front drivers side tire--the cherry on top of an already extremely long week. To make matters worse my tire was completely deflated by that point. I appreciate the lengths Tire Choice went to help me when I truly needed it. This will now be my go-to spot to take my car for services and repairs, and if youre smart youll go here too!

Words can’t begin to say how great full I am! This is a true honest, very generous, tire shop. I got a flat on Highway 80 with still an hour to get home. Went to Costco and they pretty much said your not our type. I looked up on Google the next tire shop near me and presto, Tire Choice came up. Drove over there on my last 20 psi in my flat tire, and Wala they took me with arms wide open. The store manager Greg he is one true caring manager, it’s hard to see that kind of kindness these days. Greg is a life saver!! Truly I couldn’t believe what an honest, knowledgeable, helpful and kind person he was. I came in with a flat and four locked wheels, due to buying my car from a family friend who misplaced the wheel lock. I went to have my tires checked because my dashboard showed my tire pressure was low. The service staff checked and it wasnt my tires it was the computer that measured the pressure. They corrected the computer. No more problems. Excellent work and excellent customer service.

I just had the best experience with Greg at Tire Choice. I could tell my brakes were in bad shape...and boy was I right. I called based on other Google reviews, on a Saturday afternoon (about 2:30pm), and was told I could come immediately. Within minutes my car was lifted and Greg personally showed me the horrible shape of not just my brake pads but also rotors, and damage to one tire. He was able to tell me on the spot how much the job would cost, which I found totally reasonable. Work on my car started at around 3:30 and at 5:00pm on the dot I got a call saying my car was ready for pickup. Best, most courteous service Ive ever had with auto repair. I will absolutely return. The other day I got a screw in my tire that I didnt get there and when I got it and asked how much it was the owner just looked at me and laughed and told me not to worry he wont charge me for something like that. Literally sitting outside of the shop flabbergasted on how he took care of my situation!! This was my first time going to this place, but it is conveniently located less than a mile from my job. On the phone and in person, I received great customer care. Let me just say, Im smiling ear to ear. I had a tire with very low air. I called 20 minutes before the end of a Sunday shift and spoke to the manager, Greg. I was calling to make an appointment for Monday since it was so near closing time, but Greg said, Get in your car right now, and he said he didnt me want to to wake up to a flat. I purchased 4 tires from Amazon and purchase the install service that directed me to this shop.I had appointment set up for 4/12 from 10am to 11am.I showed up the employee said they didn’t see an appointment and didn’t have the tires, so I left. I reached out to Amazon and they confirmed the tires were delivered and the appointment was scheduled. I called the shop the guy found the tires but couldn’t see the install appointment . The guy was rude. I asked for the tire and I’m going elsewhere to get them install. Don’t spend your money at this shop.I’m so mad. never again. He might have been upset because English is my second language.

I had a screw stuck in my tire and after the dealer said I needed a new tire, but wouldn’t be able do it for another week, I took it here. Greg and team fixed it for free in about 20 minutes. Great guys.

I needed to have my tire repaired and replaced on my car and on the spur of the moment I stopped by Tire Choice in Albany CA on the spur of the moment. Greg came out to talk to me and he was absolutely fantastic! He told me he could take my tire immediately and to and come back in a couple hours! So happy with them & I highly, highly recommend them!
