The employees are friendly and professional. They offer choices when possible and offer advice only when asked for. Weve used them for several years and would recommend them to all friends and family. Great service.

The mechanics were wonderful. Friendly and on the ball. They have me some good information on my Volvo. The manager Jeff Harper even went out of his way to help me with some problems. I will go there from now on.

Always good service, even when packed. The free paper is nice, but I have usually read it already. No problem, there is plenty to entertain me with their choreographed service. Fluid levels have always been checked and oil level has always been shown to me before I sign. Yes, the prices are a tad on the high side, but I dont have to sit in a crowded, dirty waiting room, and the service techs take no for an answer when you decline any extras. Great Service is what it is all about and thats worth paying a couple dollars more.

Ive never had a bad experience.

Ive never had any problems here except for one of the guys leaving my wiper fluid open. They get the job done and being able to stay in my car is a huge plus since I am usually toting kids around with me. Prices are decent and they usually have coupons available. The wiper fluid cap made me nervous because I wondered what else theyd forget, but Ive been back a few times since without issue.

You know that ugh feeling when you have to go pay to get your oil changed? How many times do I have to say no to add-ons? Are they just trying to sell me something I dont really need? Ive been coming to the Albany store for years. Customer service and quality of service never fails.

Service was fast and cheerful. They tried to upsell a LOT but I was able to get my oil changed, fluid levels checked and topped off, tire pressures checked, and lights checked for about $25 (I had a $10 off coupon). This is really nice since I didnt have an appointment and my transmission fluid is an absolute pain to check unless you use a lift or have a bay. They also cleared the codes on my car for free and guarantee the fluid levels for at least 30 days.

They check and make sure somethings are working. The oil change usually takes about 20 to 30 minutes and with out getting off your car.

Fast and friendly they offer you coffee or water while you sit inside your vehicle at the same time they do oil change Awesome

I always come here for my oil changes. Today I was running uber late, and showed up 10 minutes before closing. I felt super bad, but my guy who took care of my fiancees car was amazing! Christian M. was freakin awesome!!I come to this location to change the oil on both of my household vehicles, but have never gotten this level of attention.. even 10 minutes to closing.Christian is awesome, and Christians level of professionalism is the reason I keep coming back to this location.Rockin job guys!! When we dont have time to change fluids ourselves its a pretty decent place to go. I suggest to lower prices a bit though.

This so called business is a joke at best. My mechanic spent an hour trying to remove my oil pan drain plug that these idiots stripped. After taking the drain plug to them and showing them they tried to deny they did it, questioned my mechanics abilities and said there was nothing they could do. My suggestion is find a good mechanic that is trust worthy and avoid this pathetic excuse of oil jockeys!

Prices are high! Make sure they fill oil when they change your oil! I was a quart low a few days after my oil was changed! Customer service was great just to expensive and they really are great at getting you to have other services done thats when the prices go up!

Pricey. Had my transmission serviced and was told to drive it around for 5 minutes and come back to have levels rechecked. Came back and it to wait in line for 45 more minutes to have levels checked. But hey I was offered a bottle of water and that helped with the wasted part of my day right... customer service lacking. Had to ask to have window washed and when done not a good job..

Joe, who I would assume is the manager was extremely rude to his employees and directly insulted them (twice) in front of me. In addition he told I DO NOT CARRY ANYTHING EXCEPT FULL SYNTHETIC EXCEPT THE ECO OIL. I know there is a huge upsell push to full symthetic but this employee repeatedly insisted that they did not have anything but full synthetic - a blatent lie. I will never be visiting this location again and I wonder how this man got to management with the lack of respect he gives his employees.He was nice to me though...
