They were super nice and I was in and out in about 10 minutes. I didn’t notice there was a sign saying to stay in the car but shortly after getting out the car I saw it and got back in the car. During the entire time they were professional and polite.

Over the years I have purchased a number of batteries from the Albany Battery X-Change. The service experience has been okay and the product quality good enough. However, the last time I stopped to get two new batteries the service guy got mad at me for getting out of my car IN THE PARKING LOT without a mask on. I was informed that I could sit in my car with the windows open without a mask on, but not stand in the parking lot without a mask on. Ignoring the idiocy of that statement, the entire interaction was run, hostile and unprofessional.The service used to be okay, but it has clearly gone down. I highly recommend going to a more professional business.

Tested my battery for free. Sold me a reconditioned one for 34.99! Works great. You wont find a better deal anywhere else. Great customer service. Polite. Respectful. And it was nasty outside due to wildfire the day before. It was really smoky and hard to breathe outside. These guys worked in it all day. Still patient, still nice. Will definitely go there again.

These guys are the best. Id rate it 6/5 if I could. Car had been struggling on the turnover for a while with a 4-5 year old battery. Brought it in and they started off by trying to charge the battery for free for a few hours. When it wouldnt hold, they gave me an employer discount on a new battery. Super helpful all around. What a nice and helpful place. We came in with a battery issue. They gave us a loaner and charged ours over night. Ours proved to have failed so they installed a new one and off we went. Super fast and nice folks. Highly recommend them.

Checked my battery and starter for free. Didnt recommend either as I still had several hundred volts left on the battery and the starter didnt need to be fixed yet. He didnt charge anything for his te either. I appreciate honest service.

Got a $34 battery last February 19th. Just now quit on me Id say I got my 30 bucks with.

Pete is very knowledgeable and conscientious.Very professional. Not out for a sale that isnt the problem. They really wanted to make sure my battery was bad before selling me a new one. Had the new one in by the time I got back. Long story short I also had a bad starter.

We went in with a dead battery, the guy tested it, saw it was a Napa battery, instead of asking if we bought it or if it was in the car when we got it, he just turned us away instead of offering to help us with buying a new 1 or getting 1. So its a 4 star vs a 5. He was a great help testing it and assisting. But the quick to pass the buck sorta was annoying because we got the car used and the battery came with the car.

These guys have great customer service helped me out a few times! I don’t give reviews or say this very often But this place has a 5star customer service for sure ask for peter this guy always has a smile on his face and genuinely loves helping people!

Pete and Brian were amazing and patient with me as i didnt know the real issue with the vehicle. They took the time to test the battery,change out the wipers, cleaned the windshield and exchanged the battery all in a very timely manner. The customer service is second to none and the price is right. I would suggest these guys for any battery related reapairs and more.

I think these guys are trying hard but I think theyre trying hard to be slick they could not start a vehicle where is there a large charger jumper that I could start with a portable 600 cranking amp power box I do not recommend their service and that is a hard thing for me to say of American Business
