Honestly they shouldnt be in business anymore. The staff at the Albany Ga location are very unprofessional and extremely rude. That is if you can ever get them on the phone. I just dropped southern harvest for this reason and switched to Geico where the people are kind and professional and never give you an attitude and they answer anytime i call with no long wait time. I do not recommend this business to anyone not even my worst enemy. I didnt want to give any stars but it made me.

Reasonable prices and friendly people

No one ever picks up the phone. And when you go inside, its a very long wait. No one insurance is ever low as they say.. Just ghetto and not professional at all. One customer takes about 30 to 40 minutes

Me and my family has been with this business for 8 years now and has been a great place to do business with, and they has worked along with us with whatever we wanted to get by helping us even if it wasnt in their store they would ask one of their other stores to find it...

Warning! Be sure to ask questions and be very clear on what type of insurance you want. The agents there will sign you up for the Georgia motor club without your permission and you will end up paying for something you didnt ask for. There is a company by the name Geogia Direct Services thats suppose to be a motor club. However, they dont have a real website or a valid address just a po box. This company isnt reputable. Please ask questions before any paperwork is finalized.

I used to have southern harvest in metro Atlanta and I absolutely hated their service the amount on my bill was never the amount they said I owe when I went in to pay my bill. However I went to this particular office for a family member and she have the same issue. Im not sure why every Southern Harvest office seems to have issues with people payments.. I would NEVER recommend someone to Southern Harvest.

Employees are super friendly and very knowledgeable, they will find you the cheapest quote that they can. It is best to pay with a money order or else there is a fee.
