However, he and his staff have been quite responsive when we requested they look for ways we could safely lower our home insurance rates. We havent had to make a claim, so cannot comment on that.

Ken is a straightforward, no-nonsense guy. He will talk with you about your coverage and offer options for you to choose. I like that he tells you the good and the bad with each option that he presents.
